a stator hole 2-1 is formed in one side, away from the rotor center pin 1-2, of the stator shell 2, a PEEK supporting sheet 2-2 is fixedly installed in the stator hole 2-1, a stator center pin 2-3 is fixedly installed on the PEEK supporting sheet 2-2, a special-shaped elastic sheet 2-4 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the stator center pin 2-3, and the stator center pin 2-3 is connected with a stator signal transmission line 2-5 arranged on the outer side of the stator shell 2;
a friction ring 1-4 welded with the insulation supporting plate 1-1 is arranged between the rotor center needle 1-2 and the stator center needle 2-3, and one end of the special-shaped elastic sheet 2-4 is in contact with the friction ring 1-4.

The assembled stator center pin 2-3 assembly is installed in a stator hole 2-1 of a stator shell 2, the stator hole 2-1 fixes a support sheet 2-2, and a special-shaped elastic sheet 2-4 is fixed on the stator center pin 2-3 by using a screw, so that the machining size and angle of the special-shaped elastic sheet 2-4 are adjusted, the elastic force is in a reasonable range during contact, high-reliability contact of a product during use is guaranteed, performance indexes are stabilized, the friction force during rotation is guaranteed, and the long-life use of a joint is realized. The center pin of the stator signal transmission line 2-5 is welded in the center hole of the stator center pin 2-3, the stator flange is fixed on the stator shell 2 through screws, the outer conductor is welded on the stator flange, the height adjusting ring 4 is installed on the stator shell 2, and the stator end of the rotary joint is assembled.
Finally, the rotor end and the stator end of the rotary joint are assembled together, and the stator end of the rotor end is fixed into a single-channel rotary joint by using the bearing sealing cover 3-1, so that the traditional cavity size is changed, the height size of the cavity is reduced to 6.9mm, the time and the path of signal transmission are reduced, and the height size of the joint is reduced, thereby reducing the insertion loss of the whole product, improving the consistency of performance indexes and saving the material cost; the size of the middle hole is enlarged to 3.7mm, a plurality of modules can be stacked, the lap joint combination of 12 channel rotary joints can be realized, the consistency of each channel is ensured, the assembly time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved; the rotor shell 1 and the stator shell 2 adopt a flexible driving mode, so that abnormal joint rotation caused by non-concentric rotation of the modular joint during rotation is solved, the bearing is not stressed during rotation, the smoothness during rotation is improved, and the service life of the joint is prolonged; the problem that the central conductor falls off when the product is used is also avoided, and the reliability of the product is improved.
The radio frequency signal is input by a stator signal transmission line 2-5, transmitted by a stator center pin 2-3, a special-shaped elastic sheet 2-4, a friction ring 1-4 and a rotor center pin 1-2, and finally output by a rotor signal transmission line 1-3.
