Technical Field

Background

the existing electric insulator has the following problems in use:
(1) because the insulator can be damaged in use, the whole insulator and hardware are required to be removed when the damaged insulator is taken out in the use of the existing device, so that the operation is inconvenient;
(2) when the middle insulator is removed, the hardware at the two sides can not be supported, so the hardware needs to be supported when being removed,
(3) when the existing insulator is used for fixing a cable, the tightness of the cable which is used for a long time cannot be adjusted.

when the damaged insulator and the hardware are disassembled, each fixing rod 62 is rotated, so that the sucking discs 63 at the bottom ends of the fixing rods 62 are separated from the adsorption of the hardware, and then the damaged insulator is moved out of the hardware;
when the lug 65 is rotated when the distance between the Contraband-shaped frames 69 is adjusted, the lug 65 is rotated to push the extension plate 67 to slide on the sliding groove 66, so that the Contraband-shaped frames 69 above the extension plates 67 are increased in distance;
when the cable on the insulator needs to be tightened or loosened, the tightening handle 83 in the C-shaped through groove 82 is rotated, and the tightening handle 83 rotates to drive the movable circular plate 61 to rotate, so that the cable is tightened and fixed.
