To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Currently, there are a large number of types of workers involved in performing operations in an operating room, and there are often operating doctors, surgical assistants, anesthesiologists, anesthesia assistants, paramedics, operating room nurses, anesthesia department masters, circulating nurses, hand washing nurses, nursing staff, and the like. Each person undertakes different tasks every day, and due to high work requirement and high pressure in an operating room, each person needs to constantly confirm own work tasks including completed and unfinished tasks, so that the work completion degree is ensured. In the past, the task confirmation is completed by the individual in different modes, such as logging in different application systems for inquiry, making a call to inquire about task distributors, or recording by the individual, and the like, so that the working efficiency of medical personnel and the convenience of information inquiry are seriously influenced.
Based on this, the medical information intelligent display method and system capable of automatically identifying the role provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively alleviate the technical problems.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiment, a detailed description will be first given of an intelligent medical information display method with automatic role recognition disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
In one possible implementation, the embodiment of the invention provides an automatic role recognition medical information intelligent display method, which is particularly applied to an intelligent display system, and the intelligent display system generally comprises a controller, and an identity recognition component and an intelligent display component which are connected with the controller. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a medical information intelligent display method with automatic role recognition, which includes the following steps:
step S102, acquiring characteristic information input by an identity recognition component;
step S104, determining whether the current user is a preset legal user or not according to the characteristic information;
in practical use, the identification module is an identification module of an intelligent display system, and may be disposed at an entrance of an operating room or at a designated location of each department, for example, so as to facilitate a user to input characteristic information.
Further, the characteristic information generally refers to a mark for identifying the identity of the user, such as a face mark, a fingerprint mark, an identification code mark, and the like. Before the intelligent display system is used, a user needs to register, input own characteristic information in advance for storage and serve as an identification basis, so that when the user inputs the characteristic information again in the using process, the intelligent display system can judge the validity of the current user.
Step S106, if yes, determining the role information of the current user;
when the current user is determined to be a legal user, the role of the current user needs to be further determined so as to conveniently execute the following steps and display the task information of the current user.
Step S108, searching a task template matched with the role information in a pre-stored task template library;
step S110, the task template is sent to a graphical user interface of the intelligent display component for display.
The task template is pre-configured with task information matched with a current user.
In actual use, the task information is distributed in advance. For example, the tasks of the related personnel can be scheduled according to the schedule of the operation and input into the intelligent display system. When a user needs to inquire the task information of the user, the characteristic information of the user can be input through the identity recognition component, and the information is displayed according to the steps, so that the task information can be displayed on the graphic user interface of the intelligent display component conveniently.
Therefore, the intelligent medical information display method with automatic role recognition shown in fig. 1 is actually an information display method, which can acquire the feature information input by the identity recognition component, determine whether the current user is a legal user according to the feature information, determine the role information of the current user under the condition of the legal user, further search the task template matched with the role information in the pre-stored task template library so as to send the task template to the graphical user interface of the intelligent display component for display, and because the task template is pre-configured with the task information matched with the current user, the current user can timely know the task completion condition of the current user through the task information in the task template without being interfered by other information, thereby not only being beneficial to ensuring the completion degree of work, but also being beneficial to centrally inquiring and managing the task information, and then the working efficiency of staff and the convenience of information inquiry have been improved.
In practical use, the identification component generally adopts non-inductive identification, which can be realized by various biometric technologies and radio frequency induction technologies, and therefore, the identification component in the embodiment of the present invention generally includes at least one of the following identification units: the device comprises a face recognition unit, a finger vein recognition unit, a palm vein recognition unit, an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) recognition unit and a voiceprint recognition unit.
Moreover, the medical information intelligent display method capable of automatically identifying roles provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following contents: responding to the selection operation acting on the identity identification component, and determining the identification unit selected by the current user; and starting the identification function of the identification unit selected by the current user to acquire the characteristic information of the current user.
Specifically, the user may input one kind of characteristic information in advance, and may also input various kinds of characteristic information in advance, so that when information display is performed, the identification unit may be selected according to actual requirements to perform the collection of the characteristic information. For example, the operating room worker can quickly complete identity verification without contact. And which kind of identification unit is used is usually determined by the operating room worker himself, and identity confirmation is carried out in the most convenient way. Specifically, when a worker wears gloves, the worker can recognize the gloves by the face recognition unit or the RFID recognition unit, when wears a hat or a mask, the worker can recognize the gloves by the palm vein recognition unit, the finger vein recognition unit or the RFID recognition unit, and when wears the hat, the mask or the gloves at the same time, the worker can recognize the gloves by the voiceprint recognition unit. Therefore, the combined identification mode of each identification unit is suitable for the states of various workers in the operating room.
Generally, based on the multiple identification units, a user may store multiple kinds of feature information in advance, such as a facial image, a finger vein, a palm vein, RFID information, a voiceprint, and the like, and these pieces of information may be stored in association with the identity information of the user, as an identification basis, and stored in a feature library in response, so that when the feature information input by the identity identification component is obtained, the feature information can be searched in the feature library, and whether the current user is a legal user or not and the identity information of the current user can be identified.
Furthermore, the above-mentioned identity recognition module can also be configured with an AI (Artificial Intelligence) self-learning technique, because most of the personnel in the operating room are relatively fixed in a certain period of time, and the AI self-learning technique can gradually improve the ability and speed of identity feature recognition of the identity recognition module, for example, when an operator wears a hat and a mask, he can only recognize the identity by other methods such as a finger vein recognition unit and a palm vein recognition unit, and when does not wear the hat or the mask, he can pass through a face recognition unit, but after he/she repeatedly passes through various methods to recognize the identity recognition module, the identity recognition module can actively learn the features of wearing the hat and the mask, the face recognition unit can also extract the feature details of the part which is not covered by the mask and the hat, so as to enrich the face feature value, eventually, even when the user wears a hat or a mask, the face recognition unit can strive to recognize the correct identity of the user. This kind of mode that adopts multiple biological identification can construct more complete personnel's characteristic information base, and is different with single biological identification mode, and the wisdom display system has gathered personnel's characteristic information through multiple mode, and to the information that the sensitivity is high, when must all match of multiple characteristic information, just can authorized the demonstration, has improved the security that shows.
For convenience of understanding, on the basis of fig. 1, another medical information intelligent display method for automatic role recognition is further provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which describes a process of current user recognition and information display, specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of another medical information intelligent display method for automatic role recognition is provided, and the method includes the following steps:
step S202, acquiring characteristic information input by an identity recognition component;
step S204, searching whether target characteristic information consistent with the characteristic information exists in a preset characteristic library;
step S206, if yes, the current user is determined to be a preset legal user, and the identity information of the current user is output;
the target feature information is feature information stored in advance as a recognition basis, for example, when a doctor registers, feature information such as a facial image, a finger vein, a palm vein, RFID information, and a voiceprint is simultaneously input, so that in the registration mode, the identification information of the doctor can be stored in association with the input facial image, finger vein, palm vein, RFID information, and voiceprint feature, and a correspondence relationship in a preset format can be generated and stored in a feature library, and therefore, if the doctor inputs feature information again through an identification component during use, the steps S202 and S204 can be executed, and the matching target feature information can be searched in the feature library. And when the consistent target characteristic information is found, the identity information of the current user is determined.
Step S208, searching role information corresponding to the identity information in a role information base stored in advance;
step S210, determining the searched role information as the role information of the current user.
Further, the role information base is also a preset database storing user role information, and usually the role information base can be associated with the feature base, that is, when a user registers information, the user can directly store feature information, identity information and role information in an associated manner, at this time, the feature base and the role information base are communicated, and maintenance is facilitated. In addition, different databases may be separately set, that is, the feature library and the role information library may also be configured separately, and may be specifically set according to an actual use situation, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Step S212, searching a task template matched with the role information in a pre-stored task template library;
step S214, the task template is sent to the graphical user interface of the intelligent display component for display.
The task template is pre-configured with task information matched with a current user.
In actual use, for the medical system, the role information generally includes at least one of the following: an operating doctor, an operating assistant, an anesthetist, an anesthesia assistant, a medical doctor for repair, an operating room nurse manager, an anesthesia department main and subordinate nurse, a circulating nurse, a hand washing nurse and a nurse care;
therefore, since the task template corresponding to each role information is also configured in advance according to the role information in the task template library stored in advance, the step of searching for the task template in step S212 includes: if the role information is an operating doctor or an operating assistant, searching an operating task template in a pre-stored task template library; if the role information is an anaesthesiologist or an anaesthesia assistant, searching an anaesthesia task template in a pre-stored task template library; and if the role information is the patrol nurse or the hand washing nurse, searching the scheduling template in a pre-stored task template library.
Further, if the role information is the operating room nurse manager, the operation process data corresponding to the current time period can be obtained, and the operation process data is sent to the graphical user interface of the intelligent display component to be displayed; the operation progress data comprises the identification of each operation room in the current time period and the operation progress information of each operation room.
In practical use, the corresponding operating room nurse team usually has an independent task template, and the operation progress data can be displayed.
Usually, the operation process data can be displayed in the form of a page or a graphic table in the graphic user interface of the intelligent display component, the time of the day and all operation conditions in the day including the number of completed operations, the number of in-operation operations and the number of operations to be performed can be displayed, further, the operation process information of the operating room can include a current operating room identifier, whether the current operating room has an operation, whether anesthesia is started, whether the operation is started, when the operation is finished and the number of the operations to be completed in the current operating room is finished, various information of the latest next operation and the like, the information can be displayed in a task template corresponding to the nurse manager of the operating room, when the identity identification component identifies the identity information (name, identity card number, mobile phone number and the like) and the role information of the user in the modes of face, palm vein, RFID and the like, the user can be identified as the nurse officer of the operating room, at the moment, information related to the nurse officer of the operating room is called and displayed in the graphical user interface of the intelligent display component to display the current operating conditions of all the operating rooms, and further, each task template can provide access to other interfaces, such as button controls and the like, so that other information can be inquired and displayed conveniently.
Further, the surgical task template corresponding to the surgical doctor or the surgical assistant is further provided with an inquiry control, and the intelligent medical information display method for automatic role identification provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following processes:
responding to the operation information query operation acted on the query control by the current user; inquiring corresponding operation information in a preset operation inquiry system, and sending the operation information to a graphical user interface corresponding to an operation task template for displaying, wherein the operation information comprises at least one of the following information: operating room where the procedure is performed, procedure name, procedure-related staff information, patient information, vital sign information, and operating room video information.
Specifically, after the intelligent display system identifies the name and role of the user and confirms that the user is an operating doctor, the operating room, the name of the operation and other operation information of the doctor performing the operation on the current day can be inquired through the operation scheduling system, all relevant information including staff information, patient information, vital sign information, operating room video information and the like relevant to the current operation is displayed on a screen, and the operating doctor can also make a call through the interface, request cooperation and the like.
In addition, the nurse can also configure a corresponding task template, usually, the task template of the nurse can set a list of emergency tasks, the nurse usually issues the nurse requirement by the patient or the family members of the patient, and after the nurse becomes a legal user of the intelligent display system through registration, the nurse can carry out emergency tasks or select the corresponding nurse task through the task template corresponding to the nurse. The specific setting may be performed according to an actual use situation, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiments, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent medical information display device with automatic role recognition, which is applied to an intelligent display system, the intelligent display system includes a controller, and an identity recognition component and an intelligent display component connected to the controller, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of the intelligent medical information display device with automatic role recognition, the device includes:
an obtaining module 30, configured to obtain feature information input by the identity recognition component;
