Abstract
The application provides a construction method and a construction device for urban major health medical service. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects:
1) according to the construction method of the urban major health medical service, resources of a third-party service provider are divided into a plurality of sub-resources, and the health medical service is constructed according to self business and the sub-resources of a business insurance company, so that the business insurance company can autonomously manage health of participants, and customize and operate the health service according to self business requirements of the business insurance company, the business insurance company can actively assemble the service according to the resources, and actively develop independent operation based on the independent service, so that the service operation autonomy, the service resource granulation and the service commercialization are realized, and the problem that the development of the health service of the business insurance company is restricted by the third-party service provider is solved.
2) The device for constructing the urban major health medical service divides the resource of the third-party service provider into a plurality of sub-resources through the dividing unit, the first constructing unit constructs the health medical service according to the self business and the plurality of sub-resources of the business insurance company, the business insurance company can carry out health management on the participators autonomously, the health service can be customized and operated according to the self business of the business insurance company, and the problem that the health service development of the business insurance company is restricted by the third-party service provider is solved.

splitting resources of a third-party service provider into a plurality of sub-resources, wherein the sub-resources comprise equipment resources, doctor resources and medicine resources;
and constructing health medical services according to the self business of the business insurance company and the plurality of sub-resources, wherein the health medical services comprise male health medical services and female health medical services.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after constructing the health care service according to the business insurance company's own business and the plurality of sub-resources, the method further comprises:
and carrying out three-level assembly of products, packages and schemes according to the health medical service, and constructing a product warehouse.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after performing a three-stage assembly of products, packages and protocols and building a product warehouse according to the health care services, the method further comprises:
and carrying out nationwide commodity definition and commodity operation based on the product warehouse.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the nationwide commodity definition and commodity operation based on the product warehouse, the method further comprises:
and constructing a capability line system based on the product warehouse, the commodity definition and the commodity operation, wherein the capability line system comprises health service and product definition capability, health service management capability, third party fusion and cooperation capability, health product marketing management capability, a health file and health evaluation engine, platform data sharing and exchange, platform upgrading and monitoring, micro-service management capability and marketing promotion capability.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after constructing the capability ray system, the method further comprises:
and constructing commercial services according to the capability line system.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after building a commoditized service according to the capability line hierarchy, the method further comprises:
constructing a service channel and an equity performance channel;
and delivering the commercialized service to a ginseng insurance side based on the service channel and the rights and interests performance channel.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after delivering the commercialized service to a insurer's end based on the service channel and the equity fulfillment channel, the method further comprises:
and reversely optimizing the commercialized service based on the requirements of the insured person and market feedback.
8. A construction device for urban major health medical service is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a splitting unit, a storage unit and a processing unit, wherein the splitting unit is used for splitting resources of a third-party service provider into a plurality of sub-resources, and the sub-resources comprise equipment resources, doctor resources and medicine resources;
and the construction unit is used for constructing health medical services according to the self business of the business insurance company and the plurality of sub-resources, wherein the health medical services comprise male health medical services and female health medical services.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the computer-readable storage medium controls a device to execute the method for constructing urban major health medical service according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A processor, characterized in that the processor is used for running a program, wherein the program is used for executing the construction method of urban health medical service according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
