7. The system of claim 1, wherein the parking status includes any one or more of sale, lease, free and lock.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the pricing includes a car selling price and a car renting price.
9. The system according to claim 1, wherein the stall information includes stall rent and lease terms.

A differential pricing parking stall selling method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the steps of displaying a plurality of garage entrances and exits and a plurality of parking place positions on a garage map, displaying parking place information on the parking place positions respectively, wherein the parking place information comprises entrance and exit distances, parking place states, parking place areas and parking place heights, calculating parking place pricing according to preset weights of the parking place information, and displaying the parking place pricing on the parking place positions.
