s102, obtaining basic information of the agricultural products to be checked through a physical anti-counterfeiting unit;
the basic information is the production place and the batch of the agricultural products to be checked;
s103, inquiring monitoring information of the agricultural products through basic information of the agricultural products to be checked;
s104, comparing the monitoring information of the agricultural products with the agricultural products to be checked to obtain a comparison similarity, and if the comparison similarity is lower than a threshold value, marking the physical anti-counterfeiting unit of the agricultural products to be checked as a failure state.
The contrast similarity is performed as follows: firstly, acquiring a plurality of image information of agricultural products to be inspected and comparing the image information with the image information of monitoring information to obtain a first similarity, and if the first similarity exceeds a first threshold value, directly determining that the agricultural products to be inspected pass inspection and acceptance; if the first similarity is lower than a second threshold value, marking a physical anti-counterfeiting unit of the agricultural product to be checked as a failure state; if the first similarity is between the first threshold and the second threshold, continuously acquiring component information of the agricultural product to be checked, then comparing the component information with the component information of the monitoring information to obtain a second similarity, and if the second similarity is lower than the third threshold, marking the physical anti-counterfeiting unit of the agricultural product to be checked as a failure state; and after the physical anti-counterfeiting unit of the agricultural product to be inspected is marked as a failure state, alarming the source of the agricultural product to be inspected.
In a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an agricultural product producing and selling traceability product comprises:
the information acquisition module 201 is used for acquiring a physical anti-counterfeiting unit of an agricultural product to be inspected;
the query module 202 is used for obtaining the basic information of the agricultural product to be checked through the physical anti-counterfeiting unit; then, inquiring monitoring information of the agricultural products through the basic information of the agricultural products to be inspected;
the comparison module 203 is used for comparing the monitoring information of the agricultural products with the agricultural products to be checked to obtain a comparison similarity, and if the comparison similarity is lower than a threshold value, the physical anti-counterfeiting unit of the agricultural products to be checked is marked as a failure state;
and the original database 204 is used for summarizing the agricultural product monitoring information and providing a query entrance for the query module.

and comparing the monitoring information of the agricultural products with the agricultural products to be checked to obtain a contrast similarity, and if the contrast similarity is lower than a threshold value, marking the physical anti-counterfeiting unit of the agricultural products to be checked as a failure state.

The traceability method for agricultural product production and sale according to claim 1, wherein: the method also comprises a process of collecting the monitoring information of the agricultural products, so that the monitoring information of the agricultural products is in one-to-one correspondence with the physical anti-counterfeiting units.
3. The traceability method for agricultural product production and sale according to claim 2, wherein: the agricultural product monitoring information includes image information and/or composition information.

The traceability method for agricultural product production and sale according to claim 4, wherein: the image information comprises packaging image information and product image information; the composition information includes characteristic substance content information and moisture content information.
6. The traceability method for agricultural product production and sale according to claim 1, wherein: the physical anti-counterfeiting unit is a two-dimensional code or an RFID chip.
