For another example, the fields in the activity organization project may have item names, executives, expected completion times, etc., and in one example, a certain data record is: if the item name is activity a, the executive is lie four, and the predicted completion time is the weekend of the week, the item name, the executive and the predicted completion time are fields in the data record, the activity a is a data item corresponding to the field "item name", the lie four is a data item corresponding to the field "executive", and the weekend is a data item corresponding to the field "predicted completion time".
The field type: refers to the category of the field, and may be a text type, a time type, or a data type.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment of a data presentation method according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the implementation environment includes: client 01, server 03.
The client 01 may include: the smart phone may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a digital assistant, a smart wearable device, a vehicle-mounted terminal, or the like, and may also include a software program running in the physical device. The Client 01 can be communicatively connected to the Server 03 based on a Browser/Server mode (Browser/Server, B/S) or a Client/Server mode (Client/Server, C/S).
The server 03 may comprise a server running independently, or a distributed server, or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
After the server 03 or the client 01 acquires data, the data may be displayed on a screen, where the data includes at least one data item, each data item corresponds to one field, when a combined field adding operation is received, at least two fields corresponding to the combined field adding operation are acquired, and then a combined data item is added to the data, where the combined data item includes data items corresponding to fields in the at least two fields. Therefore, the data items under the fields can be aggregated into the combined data item for showing through the set fields based on the combined field adding operation.
The data acquired by the server or the client may be data from different items, and is generally displayed in rows and columns, each row may be a piece of data, each column corresponds to a field, and the content distributed in each column in each piece of data is a data item, that is, a piece of data is composed of at least one data item referencing a column field. When data in different projects are displayed simultaneously in the related art, two schemes exist:
the first scheme is as follows: all items refer to the same field, for example, as shown in fig. 4, the task name, the executor, and the item are general fields, and can be used in any item, so that the data items in different items can be shown in a column on the general fields.
Scheme II: each item has its own custom fields that may differ in field name or field type among different items. So when the data items of all items are presented together, they are presented in different columns. Such as field 4, field 5, and field 6 in fig. 4, the data items corresponding to each of fields 4, 5, 6 are shown in different columns.
However, these data items are presented in different columns, which does not facilitate comparison, filtering, and sorting between data items. For example, if data not filling in field 4, field 5 or field 6 is to be filtered, it is difficult to filter the data in the display result shown in fig. 4. The application range of the universal field is small, and because the field is essentially the same field, the field names and the field types of all the items are required to be consistent, but the requirement that the fields with different field names and different field types are displayed in a column cannot be met.
In view of the defects of the related art, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data processing method, which enables a user to customize data to be displayed in a column by setting a combined field configuration control, thereby satisfying the personalized requirements of data processing. The method is also suitable for processing the data of the same item.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating a data processing method according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 2, the data processing method of the present disclosure may be executed on the server or the client shown in fig. 1. Including the following steps S201-S205.
S201, data is obtained, wherein the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field.
In one possible embodiment, the data items in the data may belong to the same item or different items. In the case of belonging to the same item, the data may be a data table, which contains at least one piece of data, each piece of data includes at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to a field. Under the condition that the data belong to different items, the data can be formed by summarizing at least two data tables, the data tables of the different items are firstly obtained, and then, each field of the data tables and the data items corresponding to the fields are migrated to the same data table.
In one possible embodiment, after the data is obtained, the data item of the data and the field corresponding to the data item may be presented in the interface.
S203, receiving a combined field adding operation, wherein the combined field adding operation comprises at least two fields.
S205, acquiring data items corresponding to each field of the at least two fields, and adding a combined data item in the data, wherein the combined data item comprises the data items corresponding to each field of the at least two fields.
The method comprises the following steps that a field adding operation is combined, wherein the field adding operation is used for triggering the set fields and data items under the fields to be displayed in an aggregation mode, the field adding operation comprises at least two fields to be combined, and the field adding operation is used for aggregating the data items corresponding to the at least two fields. In another embodiment, the combined field addition operation further includes a combined field corresponding to the aggregated combined data item. For example, a user intends to aggregate data items corresponding to "field 4" and data items corresponding to "field 5" in fig. 4, may call a combined field setting window, and input two fields to be combined in the combined field setting window: a field 4 and a field 5, and typing in a combined field corresponding to the aggregated data item; or selecting two fields to be combined (field 4 and field 5) and the data items corresponding to the fields to be combined, calling out a combined field setting window, and setting a combined field corresponding to a combined data item obtained by aggregating the data item in the field 4 and the data item in the field 5.
In one possible embodiment, the adding order of the fields may be determined according to the front-back order of the fields selected by the combined field adding operation, the data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two fields are aggregated in the adding order, the combined data items are displayed in the interface, and the fields corresponding to the combined data items are set as the combined field setting. In the operation of adding the combined fields, the adding sequence can be determined according to the sequence of the field setting, the adding sequence can also be determined according to the sequence of the field setting, and then the data items under the fields are aggregated according to the adding sequence. For example, referring to table one, there are fields in the project table such as name, gender, educational background, etc., and the field "name" corresponds to the data item: example name a, example name B, example name C, example name D, field "educational background" corresponds to a data item: the technical subject, the major, the preschool, the present subject, in the operation of adding the combined field, the user selects the field 'education background' first and then selects 'name', and sets the combined field as 'background and name', then the adding sequence of the combined field is determined according to the sequence of the field setting: the combined data items after aggregation of "educational background", "name" are shown in table two.

In a possible implementation manner, after the combined field adding operation is received, the data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields and the at least two fields are displayed in the interface, and the combined data items are added to the data in a manner of adding new data items. In one embodiment, if a delete operation is received indicating that a combined field is deleted, the combined data item and the combined field to which the combined data item corresponds are deleted in the data. Determining that the combined field modification operation includes at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification if the combined field modification operation is received; acquiring a data item corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields, and adding an updated combined data item in the data, wherein the updated combined data item comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields; and deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to at least two fields before modification in the data, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields before modification.
In another possible implementation manner, after receiving the combined field adding operation, the correspondence between the combined field and the at least two fields and between the at least two fields and the respective corresponding data items is obtained, and the correspondence between the combined field and the at least two fields and between the at least two fields and the respective corresponding data items is stored locally. And under the condition that the combined data item is added into the data in a mode of adding a new data item, deleting at least two fields in the interface and the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields. In one embodiment, if a delete operation is received indicating that a combined field is deleted, the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are deleted in the data; determining at least two fields corresponding to the combined field to be deleted according to a pre-stored corresponding relationship between the combined field and the at least two fields, and acquiring a data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields according to the corresponding relationship between the at least two fields and the respective corresponding data item; and displaying at least two fields and data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two fields in the interface. Illustratively, in response to the combination field adding operation, the data items a1, a2, a3 and a4 in the field a and the data items B1, B2, B3 and B4 in the field B are aggregated to obtain the combination data items a1B1, a2B2, a3B3 and a4B4, and the combination field corresponding to the combination data items is set to be "combination AB"; the correspondence between the combination field "combination AB" and "field a", "field B" is stored, the correspondence between "field a" and data items a1, a2, a3, and a4 is stored, and the correspondence between "field B" and data items B1, B2, B3, and B4 is stored. Then, when a delete operation of the combined field 'combined AB' is received, determining the fields to be restored as 'field A' and 'field B' according to the corresponding relation between the combined field 'combined AB' and 'field A' and 'field B', further determining the data items to be restored according to the corresponding relation between 'field A' and the data items thereof and the corresponding relation between 'field B' and the data items thereof, and displaying in an interface: "field a" and its corresponding data items a1, a2, a3, and a4, and "field B" and its corresponding data items B1, B2, B3, and B4.
In another embodiment, if a combined field modification operation is received, determining that the combined field modification operation includes at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; deleting a combined data item before updating corresponding to at least two fields before modification in the data, and displaying the at least two fields before modification and a data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields in the data, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields before modification; and acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields, adding updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields, and deleting the at least two modified fields and the data items corresponding to each field.
After the fields ' name ' and ' education background ' in the table one are aggregated, the fields ' name ' and ' education background ' and the corresponding data items are deleted to obtain the data in the table two, further, if the combined field needs to be changed, the data items corresponding to the fields ' name ' and ' gender ' are aggregated, the fields to be combined and the new fields corresponding to the combined data items can be set through the combined field setting window, specifically, the existing fields ' name ' and ' education background ' in the combined field setting window are deleted firstly, the new fields ' name ' and ' gender ' to be aggregated are configured, the combined field ' background and name ' are set to be modified into ' name and gender ', the ' name ' and the ' education background ' are the fields before modification, the ' name ' and ' gender ' are the fields after modification, the background and the name ' are the combined fields before modification, "name and gender" is the modified combined field. After receiving the determination operation of the user on the modified content, deleting a field ' background and name ' and a corresponding combined data item ' special subject, namely name A, in the interface; this family, example name B; … this family, example name D ", displaying in the interface data items corresponding to the fields" name "," education background "and" name "," education background ", according to the pre-stored correspondence between the combined fields" background and name "and the fields" name "," education background ", and the correspondence between the fields" name "," education background "and the respective corresponding data items; then, the data items corresponding to the fields "name" and "gender" are aggregated, and the fields corresponding to the combined data items obtained by aggregation are set as "name and gender", as shown in table three.

In another possible implementation manner, after receiving the combined field adding operation, recording the corresponding relationship between the combined field and the at least two fields, and between each field of the at least two fields and the data item; and hiding the data items corresponding to at least two fields and each field of at least two fields in the interface under the condition that the combined data items are added into the data in a mode of adding new data items. In one embodiment, if a delete operation is received indicating that a combined field is deleted, the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are deleted in the data; and setting the data items corresponding to each of the at least two fields and the at least two fields from the hidden state to the display state. Determining that the combined field modification operation includes at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification if the combined field modification operation is received; deleting the combined data items before updating corresponding to at least two fields before modification in the data, and setting the at least two fields before modification and the data items corresponding to the fields from the hidden state to the display state; and acquiring data items corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields, adding updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields, and setting the at least two modified fields and the data items corresponding to each field to be in a hidden state.
Aggregating the data items under the fields of 'name' and 'educational background' in the table I into a combined data item, adding the combined data item into the table in a new data adding mode, setting the combined fields corresponding to the combined data item as 'background and name', and setting the fields of 'name' and 'educational background' and the corresponding data items as a hidden state, wherein the display content is shown in the table II. After receiving the operation of deleting the combined field of 'background and name', deleting the field 'background and name' and the corresponding combined data item in the table, and switching the field 'name' and the 'education background' and the corresponding data item in the table from the hidden state to the display state. If the combined field needs to be changed, and data items corresponding to the fields of 'name' and 'gender' are aggregated, after the modification operation on the combined field is received, the combined field 'background and name' before modification, the combined field 'name and gender' after modification, the fields 'educational background' and 'name' before modification, and the fields 'name' and 'gender' after modification are obtained; deleting a field ' background and name ' and a corresponding combined data item ' special subject, an example name A, in the interface; this family, example name B; … this family, example name D ", sets the data items corresponding to the fields" name "," education background "and" name "," education background "hidden in the interface to the display state according to the correspondence between the combined field" background and name "and the fields" name "," education background "and the correspondence between the fields" name "," education background "and the respective corresponding data items; then, data items corresponding to the fields of 'name' and 'gender' are aggregated, fields corresponding to the combined data items obtained through aggregation are set as 'name and gender', and data items corresponding to the fields of 'name', 'gender' and 'name', 'gender' in the interface are set as a hidden state.
In the above, when adding the combined data item, the combined data item and the combined field may be added to the table in a new data adding manner, the original data item and field used for obtaining the combined data item may be kept unchanged, and the data item and field used for obtaining the combined data item may be hidden or deleted.
If the original data items and the fields are kept unchanged when the combined data items are added, the combined data items and the corresponding combined fields need to be deleted when the combined fields are deleted; and when the combined field is modified, adding the combined data item corresponding to the modified field into the data, and deleting the combined data item corresponding to the field before modification.
If the original data item and the field for obtaining the combined data item are hidden when the combined data item is added, the data under different operations can be displayed by switching the display states of the data item and the field in the process of deleting and modifying the combined field, and the user operation is quickly responded.
If the original data item and the field used for obtaining the combined data item are deleted when the combined data item is added, the deleted field and the data item can be recovered through the corresponding relation between the prestored combined field and the field in the process of deleting and modifying the combined field, and then data aggregation can be performed on the basis of the recovered data.
In one embodiment, if the associated data item is set to a hidden state when the combined data item is added:
when the combined field is deleted, the combined data item and the corresponding combined field need to be deleted, and meanwhile, the hidden related data item is set to be in a display state;
and when the combined field is modified, setting the hidden related data items as a display state, adding the combined data items corresponding to the modified fields into the data, deleting the combined data items corresponding to the fields before modification, and setting the modified fields and the data items corresponding to the fields as a hidden state.
In one embodiment, if the associated data is deleted when the combined data item is added:
when the combined field is deleted, the combined data item and the corresponding combined field need to be deleted, and the deleted combined field and the corresponding data item are displayed according to the corresponding relation between the combined field and the combined field;
and when the combined field is modified, deleting the combined data item corresponding to the field before modification, displaying the deleted combined field and the corresponding data item according to the corresponding relation between the field and the combined field, adding the combined data item corresponding to the modified combined field into the data, and deleting the modified combined field and the data item corresponding to the field.
The combined data item of the combined field is displayed in different modes, and the data processing mode and the data item display mode are enriched.
The above data processing method can be used for processing data items of the same item, and is also applicable to processing data items of different items. For example: the combined field adding operation includes a first item corresponding to the first item field, a first field corresponding to the first item, a second item corresponding to the second field, and a second field corresponding to the second item, and the step of adding the combined data item in the data may include:
in the data, acquiring first field content of a first item and second field content of a second item, wherein the first field content is a data item corresponding to a first field of the first item, and the second field content is a data item corresponding to a second field of the second item; aggregating the first field content and the second field content to obtain a combined data item; a combined data item is added to the data.
When the data items of different items are displayed in a data list, the display mode of the data is consistent with that of the data item of one item, and the data processing method is also the same. Thus, after adding the combined data item, the combined field and the combined data item may be displayed in the interface while the first field, the first field content and the second field, the second field content are displayed in the interface, or the first field, the first field content and the second field, the second field content may be hidden in the interface or deleted from the interface.
The method and the device for adding the combined data items in the combined fields acquire at least two fields included in the combined field adding operation after receiving the combined field adding operation, and acquire and add the combined data items according to the data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two fields. The method and the device have the advantages that the data items corresponding to any more than two fields in the data are aggregated, the new combined data item is automatically generated according to the original data item, the efficiency of obtaining the combined data is improved, the data display modes are enriched, the data can be conveniently compared, sorted, searched and the like, and the method and the device are suitable for analyzing and comparing the data of different tables.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a data presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment, the data presentation method may be executed on a server or a client, please refer to fig. 3, and the data presentation method includes the following steps S301 to S307.
S301, a data list is displayed in the interface, the data list comprises at least two fields and at least one piece of data, the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field.
Wherein, each data item in the data list can be from the same item or different items. Presenting data from different items in an interface, comprising: acquiring data items of different projects; and aggregating the data items corresponding to the same field into a column for displaying, and displaying the data items corresponding to different fields in columns, wherein the data items belonging to the same item and corresponding to the same field are displayed in the same column. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the item data may be embodied as a data table, which includes a plurality of data items, each data item has a corresponding field, and when the item is displayed in the form of a data table, if the fields corresponding to the plurality of data items are the same, the data items are displayed by being classified into a same column, so that the data item of one item may be divided into a plurality of columns, each column corresponds to one field, and when the data items of different items are displayed together, each item has a corresponding field, and is displayed into a plurality of columns, even the device screen cannot be completely displayed, and operations such as comparison and screening of data are not convenient. In this case, the data items may be preprocessed, i.e.: if a plurality of items contain the same field, the field can be used in each item and is a universal field, so that the data items corresponding to the universal field can be aggregated into a column for display, the column number of the data items can be reduced to a certain extent, but the data items corresponding to different fields in each item are still displayed in a separate column, and the operations such as data comparison, query, screening and the like are inconvenient to perform.
The method and the device for displaying the data items in the different columns have the advantages that the combined field configuration control is arranged in the interface and is used for carrying out user-defined setting on the data items displayed in the different columns, so that the data items displayed in the different columns can be aggregated into one column for displaying according to the needs of users.
The interface display content is shown in fig. 4, data items referencing the same field in different items are shown in a column, such as the fields "performer", "task name" and "item", and data items referencing different fields in different items are shown in a different column, such as "field 4", "field 5" and "field 6". The "setup" pattern at the top right of the interface configures the controls for the composition fields.
S303, responding to the configuration request of the combined field, and displaying a configuration window in the interface.
Specifically, the combined field configuration control may be touched or clicked by using an external input device (e.g., a mouse, a keyboard, etc.) to perform a trigger operation, and in response to the trigger operation, the device may display a configuration window in the interface, where the configuration window may include a combined field setting control, a modification control, and a deletion control.
S305, receiving a first field and a second field set in the configuration window.
Receiving a trigger operation of setting a control on a combined field in a configuration window, and acquiring a target field and the combined field corresponding to the trigger operation, wherein the target field is selected from fields corresponding to data items displayed in different columns in an interface. For example, if the target field is a first field and a second field, displaying the data list in the interface includes: a first field, a data item corresponding to the first field, a second field, and a data item corresponding to the second field are presented in an interface.
In the field setting function provided by the configuration window, the method further comprises the following steps: a composition field set in a configuration window is received.
In one possible embodiment, in response to a selection operation of a combined field setting control in a configuration window, a field editing window is displayed, and the field editing window comprises a name setting control and at least two groups of field setting controls; receiving a field name input through the name setting control and a field input through the field setting control; and in response to the determination operation of the setting content in the field editing window, taking the field name input through the name setting control as a combined field, and taking the field input through the field setting control as a target field.
Wherein the field setting control comprises an item determination control and a field determination control associated with the item determination control. Receiving a field entered through a field setting control, comprising: receiving trigger operation of a project determination control, and displaying project identifiers of various projects in an interface; in response to a selection operation on any item identifier, displaying an item identifier corresponding to the selection operation; receiving a trigger operation on a field determination control, and displaying each field of the item corresponding to the item identifier corresponding to the selection operation; and responding to the selection operation of any field, and displaying the field corresponding to the selection operation.
When it is detected that a combined field setting control in a configuration window is triggered, a field editing window is displayed on an interface, fields corresponding to data items to be aggregated into a column can be set through the field editing window, the field editing window can be as shown in fig. 6 and comprises a combined field name setting box and a combined field setting box, a combined field name can be input in an input box corresponding to the combined field name, the set combined field comprises two steps of item selection and field selection, an item selection input box is triggered, the item selection input box can display names of the items in a pull-down list form, when a user selects a name of an item from the combined field names, a field selection input box on the right side is triggered, the field selection input box can display fields corresponding to the selected item in the pull-down list form, and the user selects a field from the pull-down list form, the field is a field which needs to be aggregated with fields of other items into a column for displaying, the above operations are repeated to determine a plurality of fields, and the data items under the fields are the data items which need to be aggregated into a combined data item for displaying.
S307, in response to the determination operation of the set content in the configuration window, displaying a combined data item in the interface, wherein the combined data item comprises a data item corresponding to the first field and a data item corresponding to the second field.
And in response to the determination operation of the set content in the configuration window, aggregating the data items corresponding to the target fields in the interface into a column for displaying, and setting the fields corresponding to the data items aggregated into the column for displaying as combined fields. Taking target fields as a first field and a second field as an example, when the combined data item is displayed, aggregating the data items corresponding to the first field and the second field into the combined data item according to the adding sequence of the first field and the second field set in the configuration window, displaying the combined data item in a data list, and displaying the combined field in a field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface.
As shown in fig. 6, after setting each field that needs to be combined, the user clicks the "save" button, exits the field editing window, and aggregates the data items corresponding to each set field into a column for display. The display effect is as shown in fig. 7, the data items originally belonging to the columns of "field 4", "field 5", and "field 6" are aggregated in a column for display, the fields corresponding to the aggregated data items are all field names of the set combined fields, which are "example combined fields" in the figure, and the data items under the set fields and fields are not visible. If data items are corresponding to both "field 4" and "field 5" of the data of the task name "Viet Nam", the combined data items may be displayed in the order of adding "field 4" and "field 5" at the time of combination, for example, if it is assumed that the first field "field 4" (corresponding to data 4) is set first and the second field "field 5" (corresponding to data 5) is set later in fig. 6, the data corresponding to the combined field is "data 4, data 5" in the data of the task name "Viet Nam".
Further, after the combined data item is displayed in the interface, the method further includes: and displaying a modification control and a deletion control corresponding to the combined field in the configuration window. For example, in response to a determination operation on the setting content in the field editing window, the combined field may be presented in the configuration window, and the modification control and the deletion control corresponding to the combined field may be presented. Referring to fig. 5, a configuration window shows "combination field 1" and "combination field 2" on the left side, and shows operation controls corresponding to each combination field on the right side, including a modification control and a deletion control. The user can edit or delete the fields and data items pointed by the controls by operating the modification controls and the deletion controls. According to the method and the device for modifying the configuration of the combined fields, the modification control is set for each combined field, the name and the target field of the combined field can be modified through the modification control, the modification of the configuration of the combined field is supported, and the flexible modification of the combined field can be realized.
After the combined field is displayed in the field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface, for the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list, the following three processing modes exist:
displaying a first field and a second field in an interface, displaying a data item corresponding to the first field in a data display area corresponding to the first field, and displaying a data item corresponding to the second field in a data display area corresponding to the second field.
And (II) hiding the first field and the data item corresponding to the first field and the second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface.
And (III) deleting the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface.
In the case that the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list is displayed in the first manner: if the modification control is triggered, responding to the modification operation triggered by the modification control, and acquiring a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; and in response to the determination operation of the set content in the configuration window, deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the field before modification in the data list, and displaying the combined data item after updating in the data list, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification, and the combined data item after updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the field after modification. And if the deletion control is triggered, deleting the combined field and the combined data item corresponding to the combined field in the data list in response to the triggering operation of the deletion control.
When the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list is displayed in the second mode: if the modification control is triggered, responding to the modification operation triggered by the modification control, and acquiring a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; in response to the determination operation of the set content in the configuration window, deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the field before modification in the data list, and displaying the field before modification and the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification; and displaying the updated combined data item in the data list, wherein the updated combined data item comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the modified field, and setting the modified field and the data item corresponding to each field in the modified field to be in a hidden state. If the deletion control is triggered, in response to the triggering operation of the deletion control, deleting the combined fields in the data list and the combined data items corresponding to the combined fields; and setting the first field, the second field, the data item corresponding to the first field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the data list from the hidden state to the display state.
When the data item corresponding to the target field in the data list is displayed in the third manner: if the modification control is triggered, responding to the modification operation triggered by the modification control, and acquiring a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; in response to the determination operation of the set content in the configuration window, deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the field before modification in the data list, and displaying the field before modification and the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification; and displaying the updated combined data item in the data list, wherein the updated combined data item comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the modified field, and deleting the modified field and the data item corresponding to each field in the modified field from the data list. If the deletion control is triggered, in response to the triggering operation of the deletion control, deleting the combined fields in the data list and the combined data items corresponding to the combined fields; and displaying the target field and the corresponding data item in the data list according to the corresponding relation between the combined field and the target field, namely displaying the first field, the second field, the data item corresponding to the first field and the data item corresponding to the second field. Illustratively, the "example combination field" in fig. 7 is composed of "field 4", "field 5", and "field 6", data items corresponding to "field 4", "field 5", and "field 6" are displayed in a row in an aggregation manner, so as to present the display effect as in fig. 7, and after the "example combination field" is deleted, data items corresponding to "field 4", "field 5", and "field 6" are displayed in a row, so as to present the display effect as in fig. 4.
According to the data display method, the configuration window is displayed in the interface, the first field and the second field which are set in the configuration window are received, then the combined data item is displayed in the interface based on the data items corresponding to the first field and the second field, the field setting is carried out through the configuration window, the data items corresponding to any field can be automatically aggregated, the data items in different fields do not need to be manually combined, and the data processing steps are simplified; in addition, the configuration window can modify or delete the data items which are displayed in an aggregation manner through a modification section control and a deletion control in the configuration window, so that the display of the data items can be rapidly adjusted along with the change of requirements.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, by triggering the combined field configuration control, the configuration window can be opened, and the combined field is managed in the configuration window, so that functions of adding a new combined field, deleting the combined field, and editing the combined field are realized. The configuration combination field has the advantages of simple operation and good flexibility, can quickly display the data items corresponding to different fields in different projects in the same column, is convenient to compare, sort, search and the like in the same column, and provides convenience for analyzing and comparing the data items of different projects. The user can customize how to combine and display, and the personalized requirements can be met. After the configuration of the combined field is finished, generating a corresponding modification control and a corresponding deletion control, and supporting the modification of the configuration of the combined field, so that the configuration data can be repeatedly utilized and can be changed along with the change of requirements.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a data processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 8, the data processing apparatus 800 includes:
a data acquisition unit 801 configured to perform acquiring data, the data including at least one data item, each data item corresponding to a field;
a first receiving unit 802 configured to perform a receive combined field addition operation, the combined field addition operation including at least two fields;
the first processing unit 803 is configured to perform acquiring a data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields, and add a combined data item to the data, where the combined data item includes the data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields.
The method comprises the following steps that a field adding operation is combined, wherein the field adding operation is used for triggering the set fields and data items under the fields to be displayed in an aggregation mode, the field adding operation comprises at least two fields to be combined, and the field adding operation is used for aggregating the data items corresponding to the at least two fields. In one embodiment, the combined field addition operation may also include a combined field corresponding to the aggregated data.
In one possible implementation manner, the combined field adding operation further includes an adding order of at least two fields, and the first processing unit 803 is configured to perform: and aggregating the data items corresponding to each field in the at least two fields in the adding order, and adding the combined data items in the data.
In one possible implementation, the operation of adding the combined field further includes the combined field, and the apparatus further includes: the data display unit 804 is configured to display the data items of the data and the fields corresponding to the data items in the interface after the data is acquired;
the first processing unit 803 is further configured to perform displaying, after adding the combined data item in the data, the combined data item and a combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the first processing unit 803 is further configured to perform: after the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are displayed in the interface, the data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields and the at least two fields is displayed in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the first processing unit 803 is further configured to perform: after the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item are displayed in the interface, hiding the data item corresponding to each of at least two fields and at least two fields in the interface; or deleting at least two fields in the interface and the data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two fields.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a second receiving unit 805 configured to perform a deletion operation indicating deletion of the combined field after adding the combined data item in the data; a second processing unit 806 configured to perform deleting the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the data.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a relationship recording unit 807 configured to perform recording of a correspondence relationship between the combined field and the at least two fields after receiving the combined field addition operation; a third receiving unit 808 configured to perform a deletion operation indicating deletion of the combined field after adding the combined data item in the data; a third processing unit 809 configured to execute receiving a deletion operation indicating deletion of a combined field, deleting the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the data; acquiring a data item corresponding to each field of at least two fields according to the corresponding relation; and displaying at least two fields and data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two fields in the interface.
Wherein, the relationship recording unit 807 may be further configured to perform acquiring and storing the following data: and combining the corresponding relation between the field and at least two fields, and combining the corresponding relation between each field of the at least two fields and the data item.
In one possible implementation, the combined field adding operation includes a first item corresponding to the first item field, a first field corresponding to the first item, a second item corresponding to the second item field, and a second field corresponding to the second item; a first processing unit configured to perform: in the data, acquiring first field content of a first item and second field content of a second item, wherein the first field content is a data item corresponding to a first field of the first item, and the second field content is a data item corresponding to a second field of the second item; aggregating the first field content and the second field content to obtain a combined data item; a combined data item is added to the data.
In one possible implementation, the first processing unit 803 is further configured to perform: after the combined data item is added into the data, the first field content, the second field and the second field content are hidden in the interface, and the combined field and the combined data item are displayed in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a fourth receiving unit 810 configured to perform a reception combined field modification operation, the combined field modification operation including at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; a fourth processing unit 811 configured to perform: acquiring a data item corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields, and adding an updated combined data item in the data, wherein the updated combined data item comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields; and deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to at least two fields before modification in the data, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields before modification.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a fifth receiving unit 812 configured to perform a receive combined field modification operation, the combined field modification operation including at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification; a fifth processing unit 813 configured to perform: deleting a combined data item before updating corresponding to at least two fields before modification in the data, and displaying the at least two fields before modification and a data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields in the data, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields before modification; and acquiring the data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two modified fields, and adding updated combined data items in the data, wherein the updated combined data items comprise the data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two modified fields.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a data presentation device according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 9, the data presentation apparatus 900 includes:
a data list presentation unit 901 configured to perform presentation of a data list in an interface, where the data list includes at least two fields and at least one piece of data, and the data includes at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field;
a configuration window presentation unit 902 configured to perform displaying a configuration window in an interface in response to a combined field configuration request;
a field receiving unit 903 configured to perform receiving a first field and a second field set in a configuration window;
and a first presentation unit 904 configured to perform a display of a combined data item in the interface in response to a determination operation on the setting content in the configuration window, the combined data item including a data item corresponding to the first field and a data item corresponding to the second field.
In one possible implementation manner, the data list presenting unit 901 is configured to perform: a first field, a data item corresponding to the first field, a second field, and a data item corresponding to the second field are presented in an interface.
In one possible implementation manner, the data list presenting unit 901 is configured to perform: and aggregating the data items corresponding to the first field and the data items corresponding to the second field into a combined data item according to the adding sequence of the first field and the second field set in the configuration window, and displaying the combined data item in the data list.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a combined field receiving unit 905 configured to perform receiving the combined field set in the configuration window after receiving the first field and the second field set in the configuration window; and a second presentation unit 906 configured to perform presentation of the combined field in a field presentation area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface in response to a determination operation on the setting content in the configuration window.
In one possible implementation manner, the apparatus further includes a control presentation unit 907 configured to display, after presenting the combined data item in the interface, a modification control and a deletion control corresponding to the combined field in the configuration window.
In one possible implementation, the second presentation unit 906 is configured to perform: after the combined field is displayed in the field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface, displaying a first field and a second field in the interface, displaying the data item corresponding to the first field in the data display area corresponding to the first field, and displaying the data item corresponding to the second field in the data display area corresponding to the second field.
In one possible implementation, the second presentation unit 906 is configured to perform: after the combined field is displayed in a field display area corresponding to the combined data item in the interface, hiding the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface; or deleting the first field, the data item corresponding to the first field, the second field and the data item corresponding to the second field in the interface.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: and a third presentation unit 908 configured to execute deleting the combination fields and the combination data items corresponding to the combination fields in the data list in response to the triggering operation of the deletion control.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a fourth presentation unit 909 configured to perform: responding to the trigger operation of the deletion control, deleting the combined field and the combined data item corresponding to the combined field in the data list; and displaying the first field, the second field, the data item corresponding to the first field, and the data item corresponding to the second field in the data list.
In one possible implementation, the first field is a field of a first item, and the second field is a field of a second item; a first presentation unit 904 configured to perform: aggregating the first field content of the first item and the second field content of the second item in the data list to obtain a combined data item, and displaying the combined data item in an interface; the content of the first field is a data item corresponding to the first field of the first item, and the content of the second field is a data item corresponding to the second field of the second item.
In one possible implementation, the first presentation unit 904 is configured to perform: after the combined data item is displayed in the interface, hiding the first field, the first field content, the second field and the second field content in the interface, displaying the combined data item in the interface, and displaying the combined field in a field display area corresponding to the combined data item.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a first field obtaining unit 910, configured to execute, in response to a modification operation triggered by a modification control, a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; a fifth presentation unit 911 configured to perform: and in response to the determination operation of the set content in the configuration window, deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the field before modification in the data list, and displaying the combined data item after updating in the data list, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification, and the combined data item after updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the field after modification.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: a second field obtaining unit 912, configured to perform, in response to a modification operation triggered by the modification control, a field before modification and a field after modification corresponding to the modification operation; a sixth presentation unit 913 configured to perform: in response to the determination operation of the set content in the configuration window, deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the field before modification in the data list, and displaying the field before modification and the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the field before modification; and displaying the updated combined data item in the data list, wherein the updated combined data item comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the modified field.
The method and the device for adding the combined data items in the combined fields acquire at least two fields included in the combined field adding operation after receiving the combined field adding operation, and acquire and add the combined data items according to the data items corresponding to the fields in the at least two fields. The method and the device have the advantages that the data items under any more than two fields in the data are aggregated, the new combined data item is generated according to the original data item, the data display mode is enriched, the data can be conveniently compared, sorted, searched and the like, and convenience is brought to the analysis and comparison of the data of different tables. According to the data display method, the configuration window is displayed in the interface, the first field and the second field which are set in the configuration window are received, and then the combined data item is displayed in the interface based on the data items corresponding to the first field and the second field; in addition, the configuration window can modify or delete the data items which are displayed in an aggregation manner through a modification section control and a deletion control in the configuration window, so that the display of the data items can be rapidly adjusted along with the change of requirements.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating a terminal according to an example embodiment. The terminal is used for executing the steps corresponding to the data processing method or the data display method, and may be a portable mobile terminal, for example: a smart phone, a tablet computer, an MP3 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 3), an MP4 player (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion video Experts compression standard Audio Layer 4), a notebook computer, or a desktop computer. A terminal may also be referred to by other names such as user equipment, portable terminal, laptop terminal, desktop terminal, etc.
Referring to fig. 10, the terminal may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1002, memory 1004, power component 1006, multimedia component 1008, audio component 1010, interface to input/output (I/O) 1010, sensor component 1014, and communications component 1016.
The processing component 1002 generally controls the overall operation of the terminal, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1002 may include one or more processors 1020 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 1002 may include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 1002 and other components. For example, the processing component 1002 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1008 and the processing component 1002.
The memory 1004 is configured to perform storing various types of data to support operations at the terminal. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the terminal, contact data, phonebook data, messages, images, videos, and so forth. The memory 1004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile storage devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 1006 provides power to the various components of the terminal. The power components 1006 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the terminal.
The multimedia component 1008 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the terminal and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1008 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the terminal is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1010 is configured to perform outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component 1010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to perform receiving an external audio signal when the terminal is in an operation mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 1004 or transmitted via the communication component 1016. In some embodiments, audio component 1010 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1010 provides an interface between the processing component 1002 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1014 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of status assessment for the terminal. For example, the sensor assembly 1014 can detect the open/closed state of the terminal, the relative positioning of the components, such as the display and keypad of the terminal, the sensor assembly 1014 can also detect a change in the position of the terminal or a component of the terminal, the presence or absence of user contact with the terminal, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the terminal, and a change in the temperature of the terminal. The sensor assembly 1014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1014 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1016 is configured to perform communications that facilitate wired or wireless means between the terminal and other devices. The terminal may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or 10G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1016 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1016 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1004 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1020 of the terminal to perform the above-described method is also provided. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises readable program code executable by the processor 1020 of the terminal to perform the above-mentioned method. Alternatively, the program code may be stored in a storage medium of the terminal, which may be a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, for example, a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating a server according to an exemplary embodiment, where the server may be configured to execute steps corresponding to the data processing method or the data presentation method. Referring to FIG. 11, the server 1100 includes a processing component 1110 that further includes one or more processors, and memory resources, represented by memory 1120, for storing instructions, such as application programs, that are executable by the processing component 1110. The application programs stored in memory 1120 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1110 is configured to execute instructions to perform the data processing method or the data presentation method described above.
The server 1100 may also include a power pack 1130 configured to perform power management of the server 1100, a wired or wireless network interface 1150 configured to perform connecting the server 1100 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1140. The server 1100 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1120, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product or computer program is also provided, the computer program product or computer program comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the computer device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and executes the computer instructions, so that the computer device executes the data processing method or the data presentation method provided in the above-mentioned various optional implementation modes.
In an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device is further provided, where the electronic device includes a processor and a memory, and the memory is used to store processor executable instructions, where the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement the data processing method corresponding to fig. 2 or the data presentation method corresponding to fig. 3.
The memory may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor may execute various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory. The memory can mainly comprise a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area can store an operating system, application programs needed by functions and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory may also include a memory controller to provide the processor access to the memory.

Claims (10)

1. A data processing method, comprising:
acquiring data, wherein the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to a field;
receiving a combined field addition operation, the combined field addition operation comprising at least two fields;
and acquiring a data item corresponding to each field of the at least two fields, and adding a combined data item in the data, wherein the combined data item comprises the data item corresponding to each field of the at least two fields.
2. The data processing method of claim 1, wherein the combined field add operation further comprises combining fields, then
After the acquiring of the data, the data processing method further includes: displaying the data items of the data and the fields corresponding to the data items in an interface;
after adding the combined data item in the data, the method further comprises: and displaying the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the interface.
3. The data processing method according to claim 2, wherein after the adding of the combined data item in the data, the data processing method further comprises:
and receiving a deleting operation for indicating to delete the combined field, and deleting the combined data item and the combined field corresponding to the combined data item in the data.
4. The data processing method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving a combined field modification operation, wherein the combined field modification operation comprises at least two fields before modification and at least two fields after modification;
acquiring a data item corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields, and adding an updated combined data item in the data, wherein the updated combined data item comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two modified fields;
deleting the combined data item before updating corresponding to the at least two fields before modification in the data, wherein the combined data item before updating comprises the data item corresponding to each field in the at least two fields before modification.
5. A method for displaying data, comprising:
displaying a data list in an interface, wherein the data list comprises at least two fields and at least one piece of data, the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field;
displaying a configuration window in the interface in response to the combined field configuration request;
receiving a first field and a second field set in the configuration window;
and in response to the determination operation of the setting content in the configuration window, displaying a combined data item in the interface, wherein the combined data item comprises a data item corresponding to the first field and a data item corresponding to the second field.
6. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
a data acquisition unit configured to perform acquisition of data, the data including at least one data item, each data item corresponding to a field;
a first receiving unit configured to perform a receive combined field addition operation, the combined field addition operation including at least two fields;
the first processing unit is configured to acquire a data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields, and add a combined data item in the data, where the combined data item includes the data item corresponding to each of the at least two fields.
7. A data presentation device, comprising:
the data list display unit is configured to display a data list in an interface, wherein the data list comprises at least two fields and at least one piece of data, the data comprises at least one data item, and each data item corresponds to one field;
a configuration window presentation unit configured to perform displaying a configuration window in the interface in response to a combined field configuration request;
a field receiving unit configured to perform receiving a first field and a second field set in the configuration window;
