Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. If implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.

Claims (13)

1. An emergency handling method in an athletic meet, comprising:
receiving an event query request aiming at an athletic meeting, wherein the event query request comprises a first event type of an event to be queried;
acquiring event state information of the event to be queried, and determining the event grade of the event to be queried according to the event state information;
acquiring an event disaster loss information base corresponding to the sports meeting;
acquiring the event disaster damage information of the event to be inquired from the event disaster damage information base according to the event grade and the first event type;
and determining a first emergency handling scheme of the event to be inquired according to the event disaster loss information, the event grade and the first event type based on a preset emergency handling scheme library, and displaying the first emergency handling scheme.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a second event type having a derivative relation with the first event type from a preset event type library according to the first event type;
and acquiring a second emergency disposal scheme corresponding to the second event type from the preset emergency disposal scheme library, and displaying the second emergency disposal scheme.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the incident disaster damage information base is constructed by:
acquiring a knowledge graph corresponding to the athletic meeting;
extracting the relation information among the event grade, the event type and the event disaster loss information in the knowledge graph;
and according to the relation information, constructing an event disaster loss information base corresponding to the sports meeting.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining a knowledge-graph corresponding to the athletic meet comprises:
acquiring historical data of the sports meeting;
carrying out entity identification on the historical data to obtain a plurality of entities involved in the sports meeting and incidence relations among different entities;
and constructing the knowledge graph of the athletic meeting according to the plurality of entities and the association relation.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein before determining the first emergency treatment plan of the event to be queried according to the event disaster damage information, the event grade and the first event type based on the preset emergency treatment plan library, the method further comprises:
displaying the event disaster damage information on a display interface;
and receiving editing operation aiming at the event disaster damage information, and adjusting the event disaster damage information according to the editing operation.
6. An emergency treatment device in an athletic meet, comprising:
the event query module is used for receiving an event query request aiming at an athletic meeting, wherein the event query request comprises a first event type of an event to be queried;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the event state information of the event to be inquired and determining the event grade of the event to be inquired according to the event state information;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring an event disaster loss information base corresponding to the sports meeting;
a third obtaining module, configured to obtain event disaster damage information of the event to be queried from the event disaster damage information base according to the event level and the first event type;
and the first determining module is used for determining a first emergency handling scheme of the event to be inquired according to the event disaster loss information, the event grade and the first event type based on a preset emergency handling scheme library, and displaying the first emergency handling scheme.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a fourth obtaining module, configured to obtain, according to the first event type, a second event type having a derivation relationship with the first event type from a preset event type library;
and the fifth obtaining module is used for obtaining a second emergency disposal scheme corresponding to the second event type from the preset emergency disposal scheme library and displaying the second emergency disposal scheme.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the incident disaster damage information base is constructed by:
acquiring a knowledge graph corresponding to the athletic meeting;
extracting the relation information among the event grade, the event type and the event disaster loss information in the knowledge graph;
and according to the relation information, constructing an event disaster loss information base corresponding to the sports meeting.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the obtaining a knowledge-graph corresponding to the athletic meet comprises:
acquiring historical data of the sports meeting;
carrying out entity identification on the historical data to obtain a plurality of entities involved in the sports meeting and incidence relations among different entities;
and constructing the knowledge graph of the athletic meeting according to the plurality of entities and the association relation.
10. The apparatus of any of claims 6-9, wherein prior to the first determining module, the apparatus further comprises:
the display module is used for displaying the event disaster loss information on a display interface;
and the adjusting module is used for receiving the editing operation aiming at the event disaster damage information and adjusting the event disaster damage information according to the editing operation.
11. An electronic device, comprising: a memory, a processor; the memory has stored therein computer instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement the method of emergency treatment in an athletic event of any one of claims 1-5.
12. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of emergency treatment in an athletic event of any one of claims 1-5.
13. A computer program product, characterized in that an instruction processor in the computer program product, when executing, carries out the method of emergency handling in an athletic meet according to any one of claims 1-5.
