carrying out normalization processing, format conversion processing and normalization verification on service data in a database, ensuring geographic spatial data vectorization, forming an ecological red line range layer, a house foundation information layer and an ecological relocation compensation index layer, and displaying on a GIS map through spatial layer superposition;
assigning information resources with geographical positions to geographical coordinates by adopting a geographical coding technology and carrying out geographical coding;
according to the ecological red line range defining and ecological compensation standards, calculating ecological relocation compensation cost based on a preset calculation formula and a preset calculation process by means of a space circle selection tool and a space analysis method;
the watershed water ecological environment condition, the living condition of the migrant, the compensation condition of the ecological migration project and the input labor and time cost condition before and after the ecological migration are recorded and used for comparing and analyzing results before and after the ecological migration, analyzing the construction effect and benefit of the ecological migration project and realizing the ecological migration analysis of the migrant by comprehensive evaluation of multiple dimensions.
