if the user instruction is a message neglecting instruction, the intelligent watch main body is adjusted to an initial state;
if the user instruction is a message deleting instruction, deleting the target message notification, and then adjusting the intelligent watch main body to an initial state;
and if the user instruction is a message viewing instruction, adjusting the intelligent watch main body to a preset message viewing state.
