The handheld terminal has certain cruising ability and portability, and testers get on the train at any time in a loop line train yard to test, so that the test efficiency is improved to a certain extent; the electronic tag sensor and the LED display screen are difficult to construct on site, the period is long, and the handheld terminal can be designed and implemented in advance as a first-stage scheme for rapidly completing system integration and combined debugging.
A high-definition network camera assists in shooting a receiving coil at the bottom of the locomotive, videos or pictures are collected and transmitted to a network server, and workshop section detection personnel check whether the receiving coil moves, a cable falls off, a structure is cracked or damaged and the like in a machine room through a computer software interface. step one, before warehousing: a locomotive to be detected can drive into an entrance of a detection area in a short time, and a heartbeat packet is sent to a data server every minute after a vehicle-mounted signal machine is powered on; the loop current reader sends signal data to the server once every second; the electronic tag reader works in a dormant state and waits for the vehicle to pass; the LED display screen displays prompt information that a detection area is idle and can drive in; the AB plate switching device is not started; the automatic detection platform software automatically runs for 24 hours without the need of special person on duty.
Step two, warehousing: when a locomotive to be detected runs through an entrance of a detection area, a magnetic steel probe of an electronic tag sensor detects that the locomotive passes through, a trigger radio frequency antenna actively works, information in an electronic tag at the bottom of the locomotive is read and integrated into a warehousing trigger information frame to be sent to a data server, automatic detection platform software reads trigger information of warehousing test, a database is inquired, the equipment number of a vehicle-mounted annunciator on the locomotive to be detected is found out, a command of 'start communication' is sent to the equipment number, and simultaneously prompt information 'please turn on a power supply of an AB board switching device' is sent to an LED display screen! "(the trigger information includes the track number, so the detection software can be positioned to a certain LED display screen), after all the vehicle-mounted annunciators are electrified to work, heartbeat packets are required to be sent to the server at regular time, the working state of TCP connection is ensured, meanwhile, the automatic test software platform can dynamically establish a mapping table of the equipment number and the IP address, and the software can rapidly position the IP address through the equipment number and send instruction data. And the vehicle-mounted signal machine receiving the communication command sends the output color lamp and the uplink and downlink data of the cab signal system in one second period. If the signal machine is not on-line, the software interface prompts fault information and sends a prompt message to the LED screen to display that the locomotive signal machine is not on-line and the equipment state is required to be checked.
Step three, in warehousing detection: after the AB plate switching device is electrified and is on line, heartbeat packets can be sent at regular time, and after the automatic detection platform software reads heartbeat data, the automatic detection platform software determines that the equipment is on line and starts automatic testing. If the waiting time is overtime, the LED display screen can display that the AB plate switching device is not on line, and the state of the equipment is required to be checked; first, the detection software will send a switch board command to the AB board switching device, which will force the a board to work after receiving the command. The output data of analysis loop current reader and locomotive semaphore can be compared to detection software, and LED display screen meeting prompt message simultaneously: "host A board output is being tested, please wait! If the color lamps are consistent with the uplink and downlink data and all the eight display lamps pass the test, the working normality of the host A board can be judged; secondly, the detection software sends a switch board instruction to the AB board switching device, and the AB board switching device forces the B board to work after receiving the instruction. The detection software compares and analyzes data, and meanwhile, the LED display screen prompts information: "host under test B Board output, please wait! ". Obtaining a consistent test result as above, and judging that the host B board works normally; then, the automatic detection software can send prompt information to the LED display screen, and the prompt information is as follows: "please switch the downlink side! And waiting for the detection personnel to manually perform the end changing operation. Similarly, if the locomotive is a reconnection locomotive, after the detection personnel executes the end changing operation, the AB plate switching device in the other locomotive needs to be opened, and the LED display screen can synchronously display prompt information.
After the automatic detection software detects the online information of the equipment at the downlink side, the test work of the locomotive signal host is automatically executed once as above.
After the detection is finished, the prompt information of the LED display screen: "the detection is finished, and the detection area can be moved out. ". At this time, the interface of the automatic detection platform software prompts the end of detection, and a worker can click the 'view record' soft key to inquire detailed test records. The detection software can support the query of the current test record, also support the query of all test records by taking time as a retrieval condition, and also support the independent query of the fault record.
If the test result is inconsistent with the expected result in the detection process, the automatic detection software immediately stops the test, and the right end of the interface prompts error information. And meanwhile, sending prompt information to an LED display screen to prompt specific error information of detection personnel and wait for fault recovery.
After manual intervention and fault recovery, the automatic detection software restarts testing, and if the power failure is in maintenance, the detection software automatically restarts testing; if the equipment is not powered off, the manual operation is required to restart the test on the detection software interface.
Step four, ex-warehouse: after the detection personnel confirm that the test is finished, the locomotive is operated to run out of the detection area, the electronic tag sensor sends trigger information of the locomotive running out of the garage, the automatic detection software updates the current running state of the locomotive after receiving the trigger information, and simultaneously issues prompt information, and the LED display screen can display that the detection area is idle and can run in.

Claims (10)
1. Locomotive signal goes out warehouse entry automatic check out system which characterized in that: the locomotive signal automatic detection device comprises a vehicle-mounted annunciator, an electronic tag inductor, an LED display screen, an AB plate switching device, a loop current reader and a high-definition network camera system, wherein the vehicle-mounted annunciator and the AB plate switching device are vehicle-mounted equipment, the locomotive signal automatic detection platform software for the entry and exit, the data server and the loop current reader are indoor ground equipment, and the electronic tag inductor, the LED display screen and the high-definition network camera system are outdoor ground equipment.
2. The cab signal in-out automatic detection system of claim 1, wherein: the vehicle-mounted annunciator consists of a display lamp lighting circuit, a switching value sampling circuit and a communication module, wherein the sampling circuit is used for collecting switching value information of eight color lamps, an up-down row and a 50V end; the wireless communication module sends switching value data to the monitoring center data server and receives working instructions for starting and stopping sending, which are issued by the automatic detection platform software.

The cab signal in-out automatic detection system of claim 1, wherein: the loop current reader consists of an induction signal sampling circuit and a communication module, wherein the sampling circuit is responsible for sampling and analyzing induction signals on a track and calculating information of a color-coded lamp, super-protection information and center frequency; the result data is transmitted to the data server through a wireless communication module or a wire.

The cab signal in-out automatic detection system of claim 1, wherein: the AB board switching device consists of a locomotive signal AB board switching circuit and a communication module, and the AB board switching circuit forcibly switches the working state of a main board and a standby board of a signal host; the wireless communication module sends the information of the current working board of the signal host to the data server and receives the working instruction of switching the AB board and turning off the power supply issued by the automatic detection platform software.

The cab signal in-out automatic detection system of claim 1, wherein: the electronic tag sensor and the LED display screen are arranged at the inlet of each track of the loop yard, the electronic tag sensor is arranged between two rails, the electronic tag is arranged at the bottom of the locomotive, and the electronic tag sensor can read information stored in the electronic tag; an induction coil in the electronic tag inductor reads data information in the locomotive electronic tag and generates a trigger command; and analyzing a command issued by the automatic detection platform software by a main control board program of the LED display screen, and transmitting prompt information in the test process to the LED large screen, wherein the LED display screen supports touch control.

The cab signal in-out automatic detection system of claim 1, wherein: the data server is deployed in a monitoring room, the automatic detection platform software is installed on the data server, and the server serves as a physical node of a network center and receives data information of all vehicle-mounted and ground equipment.
7. The cab signal in-out automatic detection system of claim 1, wherein: the high-definition network camera assists in shooting a receiving coil at the bottom of the locomotive, acquires videos or pictures and transmits the videos or the pictures to the network server.
8. The cab signal in-out automatic detection system of claim 1, wherein: the electronic tag sensor and the LED display screen can be replaced by a handheld display terminal.
9. The communication process of the automatic detecting system for the entrance and exit of the cab signal according to claims 1 to 8, wherein: the method comprises the following communication processes:
the first process comprises a data server and a vehicle-mounted signal machine: after the vehicle-mounted annunciator is electrified to work, TCP connection is initiated to a network server, heartbeat packets are periodically sent, when a locomotive enters a detection area, the automatic detection platform software uses the sampling data of the vehicle-mounted annunciator to perform comparison analysis, and after a test conclusion is obtained, the test is confirmed to be finished;
and a second flow, the data server and the AB board switching device: after the AB plate switching device is electrified and works, TCP connection is initiated to a network server, heartbeat packets are periodically sent, and working instructions for switching the AB plate and closing a power supply, which are issued by platform software, are automatically detected;
and a third process, namely a data server and an electronic tag sensor: the system comprises an LED display screen, a magnetic steel switch triggers an electronic tag sensor to start working and read the number information, then basic information of a locomotive to be detected and a trigger command of a warehousing test are sent to a data server, and automatic test platform software reads the trigger command of the warehousing test, issues a prompt message and displays the prompt message on the LED display screen;
and a fourth process, namely a data server and a loop current reader: a sampling circuit of the loop current reader is responsible for sampling and analyzing induction signals on the track and calculating the information of the center frequency of the coded color lamp and the ultra-protection information; the result data is transmitted to a data server through a wireless communication module or a wire;
and a fifth process, the data server and the high-definition network camera: the high-definition network camera assists in shooting a receiving coil at the bottom of the locomotive, acquires videos or pictures and transmits the videos or the pictures to the data server.
10. The testing process of the automatic detecting system for the locomotive signal entering and exiting the garage based on the claims 1-8 is characterized in that: the method comprises the following test procedures:

step two, warehousing: when a locomotive to be detected runs through an entrance of a detection area, a magnetic steel probe of an electronic tag sensor detects that a locomotive passes through, a trigger radio frequency antenna actively works, information in an electronic tag at the bottom of the locomotive is read, the information is integrated into a warehousing trigger information frame and sent to a data server, automatic detection platform software reads trigger information of warehousing test, a database is inquired, the equipment number of a vehicle-mounted annunciator on the locomotive to be detected is found, an instruction is sent to the equipment number, and the power supply of an AB board switching device is turned on;
step three, in warehousing detection: after the AB plate switching device is electrified and on-line, a heartbeat packet is sent at regular time, and after the automatic detection platform software reads heartbeat data, the device is determined to be on-line and automatic testing is started;
step four, ex-warehouse: after the detection personnel confirm that the test is finished, the locomotive is operated to run out of the detection area, the electronic tag sensor sends triggering information of the locomotive out of the garage, the automatic detection software updates the current running state of the locomotive after receiving the triggering information, and simultaneously issues prompt information which is displayed on an LED display screen.
