d. the motor 4 is turned on, the motor 4 drives the rotating shaft 5 to rotate, the rotating shaft 5 can drive the curved wheel 6 to rotate, the bottom of each supporting plate can be in contact with the curved wheel 6 due to the action of gravity, the supporting plates can move up and down orderly due to the rotation of the curved wheel 6, the flexible circuit board above the supporting plates can be driven to do wavy bending motion macroscopically, various bending of the circuit board in the actual use process can be simulated, meanwhile, the structure in each supporting plate can simulate the possible severe environment, the data line can transmit the bending use performance of the circuit board in each severe environment to the detection computer, and then the working personnel can visually observe the use performance of the circuit board;
e. the timing controller controls the heating device inside the heating support plate 9 to be started, the integral temperature inside the detection device is kept at a set value, the timing controller controls the heating device to be closed after the set time is over, and the inside of the monitoring device simulates a high-temperature environment which possibly occurs in the actual use process at the moment, so that the use performance of the flexible circuit board in the high-temperature environment is detected;
f. the timing controller turns on a control switch for controlling the interior of the cooling support plate 10, so that cooling gas is discharged from the cooling gas tank to the interior of the detection device through the cooling gas pipeline, the overall temperature in the detection device is reduced, and the timing controller turns off the control switch after the temperature detector 14 detects that the temperature reaches a specified temperature;
g. after the set time is over, the timing controller controls the water pump to be started, the water pump sprays water from the atomizing nozzle 11, so that the whole humidity in the detection device rises, when the humidity detector 15 detects that the humidity reaches a set value, the timing controller controls the water pump to stop supplying water, and the humidity in the detection device can be increased in the process, so that a high-humidity environment which possibly occurs in the actual use process can be simulated, and the use condition of the circuit board in the high-humidity environment can be detected;
h. after the set time is over, the timing controller simultaneously turns on the heating device and the water pump, so that the internal environment of the detection device is in high temperature and high humidity, the temperature detector 14 and the humidity detector 15 can detect the temperature and the humidity in the detection device in real time, the temperature and the humidity in the detection device can be kept in a set temperature and humidity at any time, the temperature and the humidity in the detection device are increased and are continuously kept in a set range, the internal part of the detection device is in a high temperature and high humidity state, the severe environment which may appear in the actual use process is simulated, and the use condition of the circuit board in the severe environment of high temperature and high humidity can be detected;
i. after the set time is over, the timing controller controls the heating device and the water pump to be closed, and an operator can open the end cover 3, pull down the data line and take out the flexible circuit board.
