The recoverable electronic bin 520 and the two socket protective caps 540 are placed in the hanging basket and put to the water bottom together, the ROV robot holds the T-shaped handle to place the recoverable electronic bin 520 into the electronic bin fixing barrel 510, then the measuring signal electric flying wire connector and the SCM electric flying wire connector are respectively inserted into the signal input socket and the signal output socket, and then the two socket protective caps 540 are respectively inserted into the corresponding plug fixing seats 530, so that the installation of the recoverable electronic bin 520 is completed. During recovery, the two socket protection caps 540 are taken down and placed in the hanging basket, then the measuring signal electrical flying wire connector and the SCM electrical flying wire connector are respectively pulled out and inserted into the corresponding plug fixing seats 530, and finally the ROV robot takes out the recoverable electronic bin 520 and puts the recoverable electronic bin into the hanging basket for recovery.
In addition, to improve the corrosion resistance of the flowmeter and increase the service life, the flowmeter pipe body 110 is provided with a corrosion resistant structure. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the fluid metering channel 120 includes an inlet section 123 and a venturi section 121, which are arranged in the direction of fluid flow and connected to each other, the inlet section 123 and the venturi section 121 being connected by a channel step surface 122, and a venturi assembly being arranged in the venturi section 121. The wall of the fluid metering channel 120 corresponding to the venturi section 121 is provided with a pressure guiding hole, and the pressure guiding hole is communicated with the fluid metering channel 120. The inner wall of the fluid metering channel 120 and the inner wall of the pressure guiding hole are covered with a continuous corrosion-resistant metal layer 130 in a build-up welding manner, the corrosion-resistant metal layer 130 extends to the inlet end of the flowmeter body 110, an inlet butt joint ring 131 is formed on the end face of the inlet end of the flowmeter body 110, and an inlet butt joint ring groove 132 is formed in the surface of the inlet butt joint ring 131, which faces away from the flowmeter body 110. The corrosion-resistant metal layer 130 is welded to the flowmeter body 110. The material of the flowmeter body 110 is a first metal, and the material of the corrosion-resistant metal layer 130 is a second metal, and the second metal has stronger erosion resistance and corrosion resistance than the first metal.
As shown in fig. 8, the venturi assembly includes a venturi tube 140, the venturi tube 140 including a venturi body 141, an outlet end of the venturi body 141 having an end flange 142 integrally formed therewith. The outlet end of the flowmeter body 110 is provided with a notch adapted to the end flange 142, the venturi tube 140 is inserted into the venturi section 121, the inlet end of the venturi tube 141 abuts against the passage step surface 122, the inlet of the venturi tube 141 and the liquid inlet section 123 form a continuous equal-diameter flow channel, and the end flange 142 falls into the notch. The venturi 140 is connected between the fluid metering channels 120 in a sealing manner. The end flange 142 is connected to the flowmeter pipe body 110 by bolts, and the venturi tube 140 and the flowmeter pipe body 110 are fixedly attached to each other, as described in patent document CN 106706047A. The end surface of the end flange 142 facing away from the venturi tube 141 is provided with an outlet end butting ring groove 143.
Specifically, a first sealing structure 151, a second sealing structure 152, a third sealing structure 153 and a flange sealing structure are distributed between the outer wall of the venturi tube 140 and the inner wall of the fluid metering channel 120 from the inlet to the outlet of the venturi tube 140.
The first sealing structure 151 is located near the inlet end of the venturi 140, and the second sealing structure 152 and the third sealing structure 153 are located outside the two ends of the throat of the venturi 140.
A first annular cavity 157 and a second annular cavity 158 are further disposed between the outer wall of the venturi tube 140 and the inner wall of the fluid metering channel 120, wherein the first annular cavity 157 is located between the first sealing structure 151 and the second sealing structure 152, and the first annular cavity 157 corresponds to an inlet of the inner cavity of the venturi tube 140. A second annular chamber 158 is located between the second seal 152 and the third seal 153, the second annular chamber 158 corresponding to the throat of the inner chamber of the venturi 140.
The pressure guiding holes comprise a low-pressure hole 102 and a high-pressure hole 101, wherein the low-pressure hole 102 is located on the wall of the flowmeter body 110 corresponding to the first annular cavity 157, the low-pressure hole 102 is communicated with the first annular cavity 157, and a plurality of low-pressure holes 102 are distributed around the first annular cavity 157. The high-pressure measuring holes 101 are located on the wall of the flowmeter body 110 corresponding to the second annular cavity 158, the high-pressure measuring holes 101 are communicated with the second annular cavity 158, and a plurality of high-pressure measuring holes 101 are distributed around the second annular cavity 158.
The flange seal arrangement includes a fourth seal arrangement 154 and a fifth seal arrangement 155, wherein the fifth seal arrangement 155 is located between the junction of the venturi body 141 and the end flange 142 and the junction of the venturi section 121 and the recess. The fourth seal structure 154 is located between the fifth seal structure 155 and the third seal structure 153, and is adjacent to the fourth seal structure 154.
As for the specific structure of the seal structure between the venturi tube 140 and the fluid metering passage 120 and the arrangement of the first annular chamber 157 and the second annular chamber 158, reference may be made to the arrangement of the flow meter described in patent document CN 106706047A.
In order to ensure the effect, the build-up welding thickness of the corrosion-resistant metal layer 130 and the inlet butt-joint ring 131 is not less than 3 mm. The first metal may be carbon steel and the second metal may be a nickel-based alloy, such as alloy designation F625.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various similar representations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. An underwater flowmeter with a recoverable electronic bin, which comprises a flowmeter main body (100) for fluid measurement and an electronic bin module (500) for data acquisition and transmission, wherein a multiphase flow metering device, a temperature measuring device and a pressure measuring device are arranged on the flowmeter main body (100), and the underwater flowmeter is characterized in that:
the flow meter body (100) and the electronics cartridge module (500) are arranged independently of each other, the electronics cartridge module (500) including a retrievable electronics cartridge (520);
the flowmeter is characterized in that a line concentration bin module (400) is arranged on the flowmeter main body (100), measuring signal output ends of the multiphase flow metering device, the temperature measuring device and the pressure measuring device are respectively connected to the line concentration bin module (400) through cables, the line concentration bin module (400) is connected with the recoverable electronic bin (520) through measuring signal electric flying lines so as to transmit measuring signals to the recoverable electronic bin (520), and the measuring signal electric flying lines are connected with the recoverable electronic bin (520) through plug-in type butt joints.
2. The underwater flow meter with the retrievable electronics pod of claim 1, wherein: the electronic bin module (500) further comprises an electronic bin fixing barrel (510) fixedly arranged on the underwater manifold, the electronic bin fixing barrel (510) comprises a barrel body (512) vertically arranged, the upper end of the barrel body (512) is provided with an opening, and the lower end of the barrel body is provided with an annular barrel bottom (511);
the recyclable electronic bin (520) is arranged in the electronic bin fixing barrel (510), and a guide mechanism is arranged between the outer wall of the recyclable electronic bin (520) and the electronic bin fixing barrel (510);
the upper end of the recyclable electronic bin (520) is provided with a T-shaped handle.
3. The subsea flow meter with a retrievable electronics pod of claim 2, wherein: the recyclable electronic bin (520) is provided with a signal input socket and a signal output socket, the signal input socket is used for being connected with a connector of the measuring signal electric flying wire, and the signal output socket is used for being connected with an SCM electric flying wire connector;
the electronic bin fixing barrel (510) is further connected with two plug fixing seats (530), and socket protection caps (540) are respectively inserted into the two plug fixing seats (530).

The subsea flow meter with a retrievable electronics pod of claim 2, wherein: guiding mechanism is including connecting horn mouth (513) of barrel (512) upper end, has seted up on this horn mouth (513) to be on a parallel with guide notch (514) of barrel (512) axis direction, this guide notch (514) upwards extend to the upper reason of horn mouth (513), the outer wall of recoverable electron storehouse (520) is equipped with deflector (522), and this deflector (522) are located in guide notch (514).

The underwater flow meter with the retrievable electronics pod of claim 1, wherein: the line concentration bin module (400) comprises a line concentration bin (410), the line concentration bin (410) is connected with the flowmeter main body (100), a line concentration joint component is arranged on the line concentration bin (410), a signal input end of the line concentration joint component is connected with measurement signal output ends of the multiphase flow metering device, the temperature measurement device and the pressure measurement device through cables, and a signal output end of the line concentration joint component is connected with the measurement signal electric flying leads.
6. The underwater flow meter with the retrievable electronics pod of claim 5, wherein: the flowmeter body (100) comprises a flowmeter tube (110), and a fluid metering channel (120) is arranged in the flowmeter tube (110);
the multiphase flow metering device comprises a radiation source assembly (200) and a detector assembly (300), wherein the radiation source assembly (200) and the detector assembly (300) are opposite to each other and are distributed on two sides of a central line of the fluid metering channel (120);
a plane area (111) parallel to the axis of the fluid metering channel (120) is arranged on the outer side wall of the fluid metering channel (120), a probe installation cavity (112) is formed in the flowmeter body (110), the probe installation cavity (112) is perpendicular to the plane area (111), the plane area (111) is connected with a probe installation flange (330), the probe installation flange (330) is fixedly connected with a hollow cylindrical wire collecting bin (410), a probe installation through hole is formed in the side wall of the wire collecting bin (410) corresponding to the inner hole of the probe installation flange (330), and the probe installation through hole is communicated with the probe installation flange (330) and the probe installation cavity (112);
the detector assembly (300) comprises a columnar probe (310), a front end closing assembly (320) and a probe cover assembly, wherein the probe (310) is located in the probe mounting flange (330), the front end of the probe (310) is located in the probe mounting cavity (112), the probe (310) is in sealing connection with the probe mounting cavity (112) through the front end closing assembly (320), the rear end of the probe (310) is located in the probe mounting through hole, a probe inlet hole (411) is formed in the wire collecting bin (410) opposite to the rear end of the probe (310), the probe inlet hole (411) is closed by the probe cover assembly, and the probe cover assembly abuts against the rear end of the probe (310) so that the front end of the probe cover assembly abuts against the front end closing assembly (320), so that the probe (310) is fixed;
the rear end of the probe (310) is provided with a probe plug (311), and the probe plug (311) is connected with the line concentration connector assembly through a cable.
7. The subsea flow meter with a retrievable electronics pod of claim 6, wherein: the probe inlet hole (411) is a stepped hole, the inner end of the probe inlet hole (411) is a smaller hole, and the outer end of the probe inlet hole is a larger hole;
the probe sealing cover assembly comprises a probe sealing cover (420), the probe sealing cover (420) comprises a large-diameter section, a medium-diameter section and a small-diameter section, the outer diameters of the large-diameter section, the medium-diameter section and the small-diameter section are sequentially reduced from outside to inside, the large-diameter section, the medium-diameter section and the small-diameter section are sequentially connected with the same axial line to form the probe sealing cover (420), the large-diameter section and the medium-diameter section are adapted to and attached to corresponding side walls of the probe inlet hole (411), the inner end face of the large-diameter section is attached to a step of the probe inlet hole (411), and the large-diameter section is connected with the bottom wall of;
the small-diameter section of the probe sealing cover (420) extends into the wire collecting bin (410) and is opposite to the rear end of the probe (310), a guide sleeve (340) is connected between the small-diameter section and the rear end of the probe (310), one end of the guide sleeve (340) is sleeved on the small-diameter section, the other end of the guide sleeve is sleeved on the probe (310) and embedded in the probe mounting through hole, a leaning step (341) is formed in the inner wall of one end, corresponding to the probe (310), of the guide sleeve (340), and the leaning step (341) leans against the rear end of the probe (310);
the rear end of the probe (310) is provided with the probe plug (311), the probe plug (311) is positioned in the guide sleeve (340), and the guide sleeve (340) is provided with a wire passing hole (342) close to the probe plug (311);
and a waterproof sealing structure is arranged between the probe sealing cover (420) and the probe inlet hole (411).

the electric flying wire fixing seat (442) is internally provided with the core electric penetration bin piece (441), the signal input end of the core electric penetration bin piece (441) is connected with the probe plug (311) through a cable, the signal output end of the core electric penetration bin piece (441) is connected with the right-angle terminal (443), and the right-angle terminal (443) extends out of the electric flying wire fixing seat (442) and is in sealing fit with the electric flying wire fixing seat.
