The prior infrared heating furnace technology has the following problems:
1. most of infrared heating furnaces on the market are fixed by metal cushion blocks and then installed on equipment, and the back face of the infrared heating furnaces is blocked by white heat insulation materials to dissipate heat, so that the infrared heating furnaces cannot effectively collect heat and reflect the heat to a required position, and meanwhile, after the infrared heating furnaces are used for a long time, the heat insulation materials become dark after being polluted, and the infrared heating furnaces cannot collect and reflect the heat and become materials for absorbing the heat;

In order to fully utilize the heat in the heating process, the fine porcelain reflector 7 is made of a fine porcelain reflective material through a firing process, the outer end surface of the fine porcelain reflector 7 is of an inward-concave smooth arc surface structure, and the reflective radians of the fine porcelain reflector 7 are accurate and consistent through the smooth arc surface, so that the heat is reflected to the surface of a product, and the heat utilization rate in the heating process is improved;
and the metal support 6 is made of high-temperature-resistant stainless steel materials, so that the high-temperature heat baking of the heating furnace body 1 can be borne, and the metal support 6 cannot be heated and deformed in the process of continuously heating the product.
