the oil injection push rod drives the oil injection cylinder piston to reciprocate in the oil injection cylinder.
The oil inlet pipe is provided with an oil inlet pipe one-way valve.
The oil outlet pipe is provided with an oil outlet pipe one-way valve.
The lever adjuster is connected with the oil injection lever.
The joint of the oil inlet pipe and the oil storage tank is provided with an oil outlet filter screen.
The invention has the advantages that:
the automatic lubricating device is an interval quantitative automatic lubricating device, and when the working equipment is lubricated, the lubricating agent is ensured to be injected into a moving point only when the moving equipment moves, and the lubricating agent is injected discontinuously according to the discontinuous time of the operation cycle of the equipment, so that the uniform lubrication is ensured, the lubricating oil is saved, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the automatic lubricating apparatus of the present invention is characterized by comprising an oil injection cylinder 19, a reservoir tank 14 connected with the oil injection cylinder 19 through an oil inlet pipe 17, an oil outlet pipe 15 provided on the oil injection cylinder 19, an oil injection nozzle 2 provided at the end of the oil outlet pipe 15, a base 12 provided on the wall of the reservoir tank 14, an oil injection lever 4 hinged with the base 12 through a connecting pin I13 and having a lateral rod and a longitudinal rod, an oil injection push rod 8 hinged with the middle of the lateral rod of the oil injection lever 4 through a connecting pin II 9, an oil injection cylinder piston 10 provided at the end of the oil injection push rod 8, a bracket 3 provided on the wall of the oil injection cylinder 19, a lever adjuster 6 provided on the bracket 3, a lateral rod connecting the oil injection lever 4 and a lever return spring 5 of the bracket 3, a positioning wheel 1 provided at the bottom end of the longitudinal rod of the oil injection lever 4, this positioning wheel 1 is arranged beside the mobile device 7,
the oil injection push rod 8 drives the oil injection cylinder piston 10 to reciprocate in the oil injection cylinder 19.
The oil inlet pipe 17 is provided with an oil inlet pipe check valve 18.
The oil outlet pipe 15 is provided with an oil outlet pipe check valve 11.
The lever adjuster 6 is connected with the oil injection lever 4.
An oil outlet filter screen 16 is arranged at the joint of the oil inlet pipe 17 and the oil storage tank 14.
Before the automatic lubricating device works, firstly, the distance between a positioning wheel 1 and an oil injection nozzle 2 and the distance between the oil injection nozzle 2 and a mobile device 7 are determined through an adjusting bracket 3, an oil injection lever 4, a lever return spring 5 and a lever adjuster 6. While the lubricant dosage is adjusted by adjusting the lever return spring 5 and the lever adjuster 6.
When the device works, namely the mobile device 7 runs, the positioning wheel 1 is attached to the surface of the mobile device 7, the mobile device 7 drives the positioning wheel 1 to synchronously move up and down along with the running of the mobile device 7, and the oil injection lever 4 is driven by the up-and-down movement of the positioning wheel 1 to rotate around the connecting pin I13. When the positioning wheel 1 moves upwards, the oil injection push rod 8 is lifted, the oil injection cylinder 19 is under negative pressure, the oil inlet pipe check valve 18 of the oil injection cylinder 19 is opened, and the lubricant in the oil storage tank 14 is sucked into the oil injection cylinder 19 through the oil inlet pipe 17. When the positioning wheel 1 moves downwards, the oil injection push rod 8 is pushed downwards, the oil injection cylinder 19 is pressurized positively, the oil inlet pipe one-way valve 18 of the oil injection cylinder 19 is closed, the oil outlet pipe one-way valve 11 of the oil injection cylinder 19 is opened, and the lubricant is lubricated to the mobile equipment 7 through the oil outlet pipe 15 of the oil injection cylinder 19 and the oil injection nozzle 2. By adjusting the lever actuator 6, the stroke of the piston 10 of the filling cylinder is adjusted, so that the dosage of the lubricant is controlled.
By analogy, the positioning wheel 1 is driven to reciprocate along with the movement of the mobile equipment 7 to be lubricated, and the lubricating oil can be automatically injected into the mobile equipment 7, so that the normal lubrication of the mobile equipment 7 to be lubricated is ensured.
The automatic lubricating device is an interval quantitative automatic lubricating device, and when the working equipment is lubricated, the lubricating agent is ensured to be injected into the moving point only when the moving equipment 7 moves, and the lubricating agent is injected discontinuously according to the discontinuous time of the operation cycle of the equipment, so that the uniform lubrication is ensured, the lubricating oil is saved, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
