Abstract

The rolling bearing is subject to wear of its various parts during operation, generating fine debris which adheres to the parts by the action of the lubricating oil, thus accelerating wear between the various parts.
The pure rolling bearing disclosed in the chinese patent 101782107a is a pure rolling bearing without a cage, having no sliding friction, and having cylindrical or tapered cylindrical rolling elements, and includes an inner ring, an outer ring, and a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, wherein a positioning rolling element is disposed between each two adjacent rolling elements along a circumferential direction, and forms a rolling contact structure with the two adjacent rolling elements; the middle part of the rolling body is provided with a concave slideway which is matched with a roller for positioning the rolling body; the positioning rolling body is provided with a roller matched with the rolling body slideway, the two ends of the positioning rolling body are provided with slideways, and the slideways are also provided with positioning rings. .

The first embodiment is as follows:
the structure of the bearing having high wear resistance of the present embodiment includes, as shown in fig. 1 to 6: the device comprises an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2, a roller 3, a rolling shaft 4 and an oil brush 5;
two ends of the outer ring 2 extend to the direction of the circle center to form baffle plates 21, and the baffle plates 21 are provided with a plurality of shaft holes 22; an oil groove 24 is further formed in the inner wall of the outer ring 2, and lubricating oil in the oil groove 24 is used for storing lubricating oil;
the roller 3 is sleeved on the rolling shaft 4, and the roller 3 can rotate on the rolling shaft 4;
the two ends of the roller 4 are arranged in the shaft hole 22 in an interference manner, so that the position of the roller 3 is fixed on the outer ring 2, and the roller 3 rotates at the fixed position;
the oil brush 5 is embedded between the two baffles 21, and the oil brush 5 is also positioned between the two adjacent rollers 3;
the oil brush 5 is abutted against the roller 3, and when the roller 3 rotates, the oil brush 5 can wipe the outer surface of the roller 3;

The oil brush 5, in addition to its wiping action, also serves to oil the rollers 3 and the inner ring 1 during operation of the bearing.
The oil grooves 24 can be distributed on the inner wall of the outer ring 2 in a single mode of longitudinal or transverse or inclined mode, and can also be distributed on the inner wall of the outer ring 2 in a combined mode of longitudinal and transverse.
The oil brush 5 is made of materials such as oil absorption cotton or felt or oil absorption sheet and the like which have certain wear resistance and can absorb certain oil quantity.
An oil filling hole 25 is formed in the outer wall of the outer ring 2, the oil filling hole 25 is communicated with the oil ditch 24, lubricating oil can be injected into the oil ditch 24 through the oil filling hole 25 when the lubricating oil in the oil ditch 24 is used up, and the lubricating oil can also be replaced through the oil filling hole 25.
The oil filler hole 25 is provided with a plug 26, and the oil plug 26 is used to block the oil filler hole 25 in a non-oil-filled state.

in the above embodiment, the oil seal 6 is further disposed between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2, the baffle 21 is further provided with the groove 23, the outer circumference of the oil seal 6 is provided with the boss 61, the boss 61 is embedded in the groove 23, and the arrangement of the oil seal 6 can effectively prevent the lubricating oil in the oil groove 24 and the oil brush 5 from leaking.
