The upper part of the guide plate 461 is matched with the thread groove on the reciprocating screw rod 42, and two ends of the guide plate 461 are respectively connected with the two first guide rails 462 arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate 41 in a sliding way; a cleaning plate 463 which is provided between the base plate 41 and the blocking belt 31, wherein a connecting plate provided on the upper surface of the cleaning plate 463 penetrates the base plate 41 and is connected to the guide plate 461; a plurality of cleaning strips 464 for cleaning the blocking tape 31, which are provided on the lower surface of the cleaning plate 463; the cleaning strip 464 is made of one or more of cotton thread, collodion or superfine fiber.
The guide plate 461 matched with the thread groove on the reciprocating screw rod 42 drives the cleaning plate 463 to do linear reciprocating motion along the axis of the reciprocating screw rod 42, and meanwhile, the plurality of cleaning strips 464 below the cleaning plate 463 clean the garbage lifted to the upper part of the blocking belt 31 so as to realize timely cleaning of the garbage and guarantee that the blocking belt 31 can efficiently intercept the garbage. The garbage storage boxes 80 may be provided outside both ends of the barrier belt 31, and when the sweeping plate 463 linearly reciprocates, garbage may be stored in the garbage storage boxes 80 after being swept to both ends of the barrier belt 31.
In this embodiment, as can be seen from fig. 1 to 2 of the specification, the sluice further includes: the two groups of guide rails 55 are respectively arranged in the water channels 10 on the two sides of the corresponding support plate 32 and are in sliding connection with the two sides of the corresponding support plate 32; the second fixing frame 50 is arranged above the water channel 10; a second hoisting assembly for hoisting the blocking device 30 and the sweeping device 40 simultaneously; the second hoisting assembly comprises: two winches 51, two hoisting steel wires 511, a transmission component and a second lifting motor 52. Two winches 51 symmetrically arranged on the upper surface of the second fixing frame 50 above the cleaning device 40; two hoisting steel wires 511 which are respectively arranged on the two winches 51 and are respectively connected with the lifting lugs above the two fixing plates 43; the transmission component is respectively connected with the two winches 51 and is used for driving the two winches 51 to operate; and the second lifting motor 52 is connected with the transmission member and is used for providing power for the second lifting assembly.
The guide pulley is arranged on the winch 51, and the winch 51 plays a role in guiding the guide pulley in the unwinding and winding processes of the hoisting steel wire 511, so that the hoisting steel wire 511 is prevented from being disordered and entangled in the unwinding and winding processes. In the second hoisting assembly, the second hoisting motor 52 drives the two winches 51 to operate through a transmission component, and the winches 51 hoist the cleaning device 40 and the blocking device 30 simultaneously through hoisting steel wires 511, so that the cleaning device 40 and the blocking device 30 are conveniently, quickly and safely overhauled, and the labor intensity of workers is further reduced.
In this embodiment, as can be seen from fig. 1 to 3 of the specification, the transmission member includes: the transmission shaft 53, the two bevel gears one 531 and the transmission gear one 532. Two ends of the transmission shaft 53 are respectively connected with and penetrate through two support seats 54 arranged on the upper surface of the second fixing frame 50 in a rotating shaft manner; two first bevel gears 531 which are respectively connected with two ends of the transmission shaft 53 in a key way and are respectively meshed with a second bevel gear 512 which is correspondingly connected with a power input shaft end key of the winch 51 in a key way; the first transmission gear 532 is in key connection with the middle part of the transmission shaft 53 and is meshed with the second transmission gear 521 in key connection with the power output end of the second lifting motor 52.
Specifically, the gear ratio of the first transmission gear 532 to the second transmission gear 521 is 4:1, the first transmission gear 532 is meshed with the second transmission gear 521, and when the second lifting motor 52 drives the transmission shaft 53 to rotate, the transmission shaft 53 can obtain large torque. Because the first bevel gear 531 is meshed with the second bevel gear 512, and the gear ratio of the first bevel gear 531 to the second bevel gear 521 is 1:1, the transmission shaft 53 drives the two winches 51 to synchronously rotate when rotating. Specifically, the hoisting steel wires 511 on the two winches 51 are wound in opposite directions, and when the transmission shaft 53 drives the two winches 51 to synchronously operate, the two hoisting steel wires 511 can drive the shutter to lift and descend simultaneously.
In this embodiment, as can be seen from fig. 1 of the specification, the sluice further includes: a secondary barrier assembly disposed in the waterway 10 upstream of the barrier device 30; the auxiliary barrier net assembly comprises a third fixing frame 60 which is arranged in the water channel 10 at the upstream of the barrier net device 30; the auxiliary barrier net plate 61 is provided with a plurality of water filtering holes, two sides of the auxiliary barrier net plate 61 are respectively in sliding connection with two sliding chutes III arranged on two sides of the third fixing frame 60, and the lifting of the auxiliary barrier net plate 61 is realized through the third lifting assembly; the hoisting assembly III comprises: the second screw rod lifter 62 is arranged above the third fixing frame 60, and the end part of a screw rod of the second screw rod lifter is connected with the upper end of the auxiliary net blocking plate 61; and a power output shaft of the lifting motor III 63 is connected with a power input shaft of the screw rod lifter II 62.
When the blocking net device and the cleaning device are overhauled, for the garbage intercepting operation without influencing the sluice, the auxiliary blocking net plate 61 in the auxiliary blocking net component slides in the two sliding grooves III on the two sides of the fixing frame III 60 under the action of the lifting component III so as to realize the lifting of the auxiliary blocking net plate 61, so that the auxiliary blocking net plate 61 can temporarily intercept garbage when the blocking net device 30 is overhauled, the continuous operation capability of the sluice is favorably further improved, and the empty window period of garbage interception is avoided.
The water gate further comprises a controller 90 which is respectively controlled to be electrically connected with the first lifting motor 23, the first motor 333, the second motor 44, the second lifting motor 52 and the third lifting motor 63. The controller 90 can be a PLC controller 90 to realize the automatic operation of the sluice, thereby further improving the working efficiency of the sluice.

Claims (10)

1. Sluice with function is cleaned in rubbish interception, its characterized in that includes:
the first fixing frame is arranged in the water channel;
the two sides of the flashboard are respectively connected with the two sliding chutes I arranged on the two sides of the fixing frame I in a sliding manner, and the opening or closing of the water channel is realized through the first hoisting assembly;
the blocking net device is arranged in the water channel at the upstream of the flashboard and is used for blocking the garbage in the water flow; and
the cleaning device is arranged above the blocking net device and used for cleaning the garbage intercepted by the blocking net device;
the garbage blocking device comprises a blocking belt, support plates and driving components, wherein the two support plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the blocking belt, the driving components are connected with the blocking belt, and after garbage in water flow is blocked by the blocking belt, the garbage is lifted to the position below the cleaning device by the blocking belt under the driving of the driving components.
2. The floodgate with rubbish interception and cleaning functions of claim 1, wherein said first lifting assembly comprises:
the first screw rod lifter is arranged above the first fixing frame, and the end part of a screw rod of the first screw rod lifter is connected with the upper end of the flashboard; and
and a power output shaft of the first lifting motor is connected with a power input shaft of the first screw rod lifter.
3. The floodgate with a trash intercepting and cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the damming belt comprises:
the conveying bottom belt is provided with water filtering holes for water flow to pass through, is connected end to end and rotates circularly under the driving of the driving assembly; and
a plurality of lift plates disposed laterally at equal intervals on an outer surface of the conveyor base belt.
4. The floodgate with a trash intercepting and sweeping function according to claim 3, wherein the driving assembly comprises:
the circumferential surface of the driving roller is rotationally connected with the inner surface of the conveying bottom belt, and two ends of the driving roller are respectively connected with the two support plate rotating shafts;
the circumferential surface of the driven roller is rotationally connected with the inner surface of the conveying bottom belt, and two ends of the driving roller are respectively connected with the two support plate rotating shafts; and
and the power output end of the first motor is connected with the end part of the driving roller through a first gear set and is used for driving the driving roller to rotate.
5. The floodgate with a trash intercepting and sweeping function according to claim 1, wherein the sweeping means comprises:
two ends of the lower surface of the bottom plate are respectively connected with the upper ends of the two support plates,
the reciprocating screw rod is arranged above the bottom plate and is parallel to the width direction of the barrier belt;
the two fixing plates are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate and are respectively connected with rotating shafts at two ends of the reciprocating screw rod;
the power output end of the motor II is connected with the end part of the reciprocating screw rod through a gear set II and is used for driving the reciprocating screw rod to rotate; and
and the cleaning assembly is arranged above the barrier belt and is connected with the reciprocating lead screw, and when the reciprocating lead screw rotates, the cleaning assembly makes linear reciprocating motion so as to clean the barrier belt.
6. The floodgate with a trash intercepting and sweeping function according to claim 5, wherein the sweeping assembly comprises:
the upper part of the guide plate is matched with the thread groove on the reciprocating screw rod, and two ends of the guide plate are respectively in sliding connection with two guide rails I arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate;
the sweeping plate is arranged between the bottom plate and the blocking belt, and a connecting plate arranged on the upper surface of the sweeping plate penetrates through the bottom plate and is connected with the guide plate; and
the sweeping strips are arranged on the lower surface of the sweeping plate and used for sweeping the barrier belt; the sweeping strip is made of one or more of cotton threads, collodion or superfine fibers.
7. The floodgate with rubbish interception and cleaning functions of claim 5, characterized in that said floodgate further comprises:
the two groups of guide rails II are respectively arranged in the water channels on the two sides of the corresponding support plate and are in sliding connection with the two sides of the corresponding support plate;
the second fixing frame is arranged above the water channel; and
and the second hoisting assembly is used for hoisting the blocking device and the cleaning device simultaneously.
8. The floodgate with rubbish interception cleans function of claim 7, characterized in that, said second lifting assembly includes:
the two winches are symmetrically arranged on the upper surfaces of the two fixing frames above the cleaning device;
the two hoisting steel wires are respectively arranged on the two winches and are respectively connected with the lifting lugs above the two fixing plates;
the transmission component is respectively connected with the two winches and is used for driving the two winches to operate; and
and the second lifting motor is connected with the transmission member and is used for providing power for the second lifting assembly.
9. The floodgate with a trash intercepting and cleaning function according to claim 8, wherein the transmission member comprises:
two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively connected with and penetrate through two support rotating shafts arranged on the upper surfaces of the two fixing frames;
the two first bevel gears are respectively in key connection with two ends of the transmission shaft and are respectively meshed with two corresponding bevel gears in key connection with power input shaft ends of the winch; and
the first transmission gear is connected to the middle of the transmission shaft in a key mode and meshed with the second transmission gear connected to the second power output end of the lifting motor in a key mode.
10. The floodgate with rubbish interception and cleaning functions of any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising: a secondary barrier net assembly disposed in the waterway upstream of the barrier net device, the secondary barrier net assembly comprising:
the fixing frame III is arranged in a water channel at the upstream of the blocking net device;
two sides of the auxiliary screen plate are respectively connected with two sliding chutes III arranged on two sides of the fixing frame III in a sliding manner, and the lifting of the auxiliary screen plate is realized through a lifting assembly III;
wherein, the hoisting assembly III comprises: a second screw rod lifter and a third lifting motor; the second screw rod lifter is arranged above the third fixing frame, and the end part of a screw rod of the second screw rod lifter is connected with the upper end of the auxiliary blocking net plate; and a power output shaft of the lifting motor III is connected with a power input shaft of the screw rod lifter II.
