Abstract

本发明公开了一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖,包括底砖和踩砖,所述踩砖的底部固定有滑环,所述底砖的内底部固定有多个压电块,多个所述压电块均通过挤压弹簧与滑环连接,所述底砖的内底部固定有下接板,所述滑环的底部固定有上接板,所述踩砖的上部固定有灯管和光敏电阻,所述底砖的内底部固定有蓄电池,所述底砖的内底部固定有密封环,所述密封环内部设有吸水机构。优点在于:本发明中,通过设置多个压电块,利用行人行走对踩砖的踩踏,使得压电块受压而发电,并且多个压电块同时多蓄电池充电,使得行人行走的能量有效的转换为电能而储存在蓄电池中,使得设备的供电实现自给自足,从而达到节能的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及道路建设技术领域,尤其涉及一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖。
背景技术
在对街道规划时常在街道的表面铺设地砖,地砖一方面能够美化街道,一方面能够将地面积水导流至地下,有效防止街道积水;
现有的街道地砖在实际使用时功能性较差,虽然能够一定程度的对雨水进行导流,但是并未有效降低砖体表面的湿滑程度,因此砖体表面仍旧湿滑而导致行人极易滑倒,对行人的出行形成威胁,并且夜间往往需要设置地埋灯来对砖面进行点亮,需要耗费较多的电能,现有地砖无法在夜间对行人的行走提供帮助,存在功能上的缺陷,因此亟需一种能够防滑的功能性街道砖。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中防滑效果较差的问题,而提出的一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖,包括底砖和踩砖,所述踩砖的底部固定有滑环,所述底砖的内底部固定有多个压电块,多个所述压电块均通过挤压弹簧与滑环连接,所述底砖的内底部固定有下接板,所述滑环的底部固定有上接板,所述踩砖的上部固定有灯管和光敏电阻,所述底砖的内底部固定有蓄电池,所述底砖的内底部固定有密封环,所述密封环内部设有吸水机构。
在上述的节能自点亮型防滑街道砖中,所述吸水机构包括固定于踩砖底部的滑块,所述滑块的上端开设有让位槽,所述踩砖的上端开设有多个与让位槽内部连通的吸水孔,所述让位槽的内底部贯穿开设有下落孔,所述底砖的底部贯穿开设有排水孔。
在上述的节能自点亮型防滑街道砖中,所述密封环的内壁密封滑动连接有推进环,所述推进环与滑块的底部共同连接有复位弹簧,所述推进环的上端固定有隔离环,所述滑块的底部开设有隔离槽,所述隔离环与隔离槽的内壁密封滑动连接。
在上述的节能自点亮型防滑街道砖中,所述滑块与密封环的内壁密封滑动连接,所述滑块与推进环的间隙中填充有电流变液,所述排水孔和下落孔中均设有单向阀。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明中,通过设置多个压电块,利用行人行走对踩砖的踩踏,使得压电块受压而发电,并且多个压电块同时多蓄电池充电,使得行人行走的能量有效的转换为电能而储存在蓄电池中,使得设备的供电实现自给自足,从而达到节能的效果;
2、本发明中,通过光敏电阻的设置,在行人夜间行走时,下接板与上接板的接触将使得灯管得电,从而使得灯管在夜间行人行走时自动点亮,因此夜间街道人群往来时,地砖能够实现自动的照明,从而路面不再漆黑难行,为行人的出行提供便利;
3、本发明中,通过设置滑块和密封环,使得行人经过踩踏地砖时,滑块将会随踩砖下移,从而压缩密封环内部空间,并在复位时形成负压而抽吸踩砖表面的分水,从而使得降雨天气里,踩砖表面能够得到更好的干燥和及时的除水,有效避免行人滑倒,使得行人在雨天能够更加安全的出行;
4、本发明中,通过设置推进环,在雨天的夜间出行时,当踩踏踩砖时,电流变液将会通电固化而膨胀并推动推进环移动,从而提高密封环内部的压缩效果,使得踩砖表面的水分能够更快更多的抽吸处理,从而降低踩砖表面的湿滑度,在夜间视野有限的情况下能够更好的保护行人,而白天则无需耗费额外的能源,使得能源得到充分利用进而实现节能。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例
参照图1-2,一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖,包括底砖1和踩砖2,踩砖2的底部固定有滑环3,底砖1的内底部固定有多个压电块4,多个压电块4均通过挤压弹簧5与滑环3连接,压电块4为压电陶瓷制成,底砖1的内底部固定有下接板6,滑环3的底部固定有上接板7,踩砖2的上部固定有灯管9和光敏电阻15,底砖1的内底部固定有蓄电池8,多个压电块4共同为蓄电池8供电,从而实现有效的电能积蓄,底砖1的内底部固定有密封环19,密封环19内部设有吸水机构。
吸水机构包括固定于踩砖2底部的滑块12,滑块12的上端开设有让位槽13,踩砖2的上端开设有多个与让位槽13内部连通的吸水孔10,让位槽13的内底部贯穿开设有下落孔14,底砖1的底部贯穿开设有排水孔11;密封环19的内壁密封滑动连接有推进环17,推进环17与滑块12的底部共同连接有复位弹簧16,复位弹簧16用于推进环17位移后的自动复位,推进环17的上端固定有隔离环18,滑块12的底部开设有隔离槽20,隔离环18与隔离槽20的内壁密封滑动连接;
滑块12与密封环19的内壁密封滑动连接,滑块12与推进环17的间隙中填充有电流变液,接通有效电流后将会固化并膨胀,从而推动推进环17移动而扩散抽吸效果,排水孔11和下落孔14中均设有单向阀,实现密封环19内部流体的单向流动,从而通过负压抽吸踩砖2表面水流,使得踩砖2表面的湿滑度降低,进而避免行人滑倒。
本发明中,在行人走过地砖时,将会踩踏踩砖2,从而使得踩砖2带动滑环3下移,进而导致挤压弹簧5收缩而将压力传递至压电块4上,从而使得压电块4受压生电而箱蓄电池8供电,使得蓄电池8储存电能,从而充分利用行人行走带来的能量;
而在行人踩踏踩砖2时,踩砖2将同时带动滑块12下移,使得滑块12向下移动,压缩密封环19内部空间,从而使得密封环19内部流体由排水孔11排出,而在行人离开时,踩砖2将会在挤压弹簧5的弹力作用下复位,从而使得滑块12上移复位,而排水孔11内部设有单向阀,导致滑块12上移时密封环19内部欠压,从而导致外部流体由吸水孔10,经让位槽13转由下落孔14进入到密封环19中,从而维持压力的平衡,而在雨天路面有水时,踩砖2表面的雨水将会被抽离踩砖2表面,从而使得踩砖2表面保持相对的干燥,进而达到防滑的作用,使得行人行走更加安全;
在踩砖2受到踩踏而下移时,将导致上接板7下移与下接板6相抵接触,进而使得灯管9及电流变液的接电线路接通,在白天光线充足时,光敏电阻15阻值极大,导致线路接通后无法实现有效的供电,从而使得灯管9不点亮而电流变液不固化,而在夜间光线较弱时,灯管9将顺利得电而电量,进而在街道有行人不断通过时,实现对路面的自动点亮,进而使得路面不再漆黑难行,为行人的出行带来便捷;
并且电流变液的固化将膨胀而推动推进环17下移,导致密封环19内部空间得到进一步的压缩,从而使得行人行走过程对踩砖2表面水分抽吸量更大,进而使得踩砖2表面能够更快更好的除水,从而降低踩砖2表面的湿滑度,在夜间视野有限的情况下能够更好的保护行人,而白天则无需耗费额外的能源,使得能源得到充分利用进而实现节能,而整个设备无需额外供电,整体达到节能环保的效果。

1.一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖,包括底砖(1)和踩砖(2),其特征在于,所述踩砖(2)的底部固定有滑环(3),所述底砖(1)的内底部固定有多个压电块(4),多个所述压电块(4)均通过挤压弹簧(5)与滑环(3)连接,所述底砖(1)的内底部固定有下接板(6),所述滑环(3)的底部固定有上接板(7),所述踩砖(2)的上部固定有灯管(9)和光敏电阻(15),所述底砖(1)的内底部固定有蓄电池(8),所述底砖(1)的内底部固定有密封环(19),所述密封环(19)内部设有吸水机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖,其特征在于,所述吸水机构包括固定于踩砖(2)底部的滑块(12),所述滑块(12)的上端开设有让位槽(13),所述踩砖(2)的上端开设有多个与让位槽(13)内部连通的吸水孔(10),所述让位槽(13)的内底部贯穿开设有下落孔(14),所述底砖(1)的底部贯穿开设有排水孔(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖,其特征在于,所述密封环(19)的内壁密封滑动连接有推进环(17),所述推进环(17)与滑块(12)的底部共同连接有复位弹簧(16),所述推进环(17)的上端固定有隔离环(18),所述滑块(12)的底部开设有隔离槽(20),所述隔离环(18)与隔离槽(20)的内壁密封滑动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能自点亮型防滑街道砖,其特征在于,所述滑块(12)与密封环(19)的内壁密封滑动连接,所述滑块(12)与推进环(17)的间隙中填充有电流变液,所述排水孔(11)和下落孔(14)中均设有单向阀。
