Preferably, the booster pad 13 has a third flow hole 132 in the axial direction; when washing clothes, water can flow through the first overflowing holes 125 of the middle friction pad 12 and the third overflowing holes 132 of the heightening pad 13, and deformation spaces are left for the first protrusions 112, the second protrusions 142, the third protrusions 1221 and the fourth protrusions 1241, so that the washing effect on the clothes is increased.

As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a washing machine having a top cover 21, a housing 22, an inner tub 23, a controller, and a washing assembly for a washing machine of any one of the above; the top of the upper friction pad 11 is detachably connected with the top cover 21; the inner cylinder 23 is arranged in the housing 22, and the lower friction pad 14 is arranged in the inner cylinder 23; a through hole is formed at the bottom of the inner cylinder 23, and the driving mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the shell 22; the driving mechanism passes through the through hole and is in driving connection with the lower friction pad 14; the top side of the inner cylinder 23 is provided with a water inlet 231 and the bottom side is provided with a water outlet 232; specifically, a third cavity protruding to the bottom of the washing machine is formed at the bottom of the inner cylinder 23; the third cavity structure corresponds to the second cavity structure, and the lower friction pad 14 can be accommodated in the third cavity; the bottom of the third chamber has a through-hole through which the drive mechanism is drivingly connected to the lower friction pad 14.
Preferably, the driving mechanism can be a gear-rack mechanism, a cam mechanism or the like which can convert rotation into linear motion; when the motor rotates, the driving mechanism can convert the rotation of the motor into linear motion, and further drive the lower friction pad 14 to move up and down relative to the upper friction pad 11.
Preferably, the cap 21 and the housing 22 are connected by a snap-fit structure; the buckle structure comprises an elastic buckle and a clamping groove; specifically, the elastic buckle is arranged on the top cover 21, and the clamping groove is arranged on the shell 22 at a position corresponding to the elastic buckle; when clothes need to be washed, the elastic buckle is clamped in the clamping groove under the action of external force, so that the top cover 21 is static relative to the shell 22, and the phenomenon that the top cover 21 is opened due to the fact that the lower friction pad 14 moves upwards and extrudes the upper friction pad 11 is avoided; when the clothes do not need to be washed, the elastic buckle is separated from the clamping groove under the action of external force, and the top cover 21 and the shell 22 can be separated at the moment.
Preferably, the water inlet 231 of the inner cylinder 23 is externally connected with a water inlet pipe, and the water outlet 232 of the inner cylinder 23 is externally connected with a water outlet pipe; a first electromagnetic valve is arranged at the water inlet 231, and a second electromagnetic valve is arranged at the water outlet 232; the controller is electrically connected with the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve and the driving motor respectively, and further controls the washing machine to wash clothes.
The washing process of the washing machine is as follows:
first, the top cover 21 is opened, the middle friction pad 12 is placed in the laundry, and the laundry is put in the washing space; adding detergent into the inner barrel 23, and connecting the top cover 21 and the shell 22 through a buckling structure to enable the top cover 21 to be static relative to the shell 22;
secondly, the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve to be opened, and water enters the inner barrel 23 through the water inlet pipe and the water inlet 231;
thirdly, after the water amount in the inner drum 23 meets the requirement, the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve to be closed and controls the driving motor to be started, and the lower friction pad 14 moves up and down relative to the upper friction pad 11 to extrude, rub and wash the clothes in the washing space;
finally, after washing, the lower friction pad 14 moves up and down to squeeze the clothes in the washing space, so that the water content in the clothes is reduced; the controller controls the driving motor to stop running and enables the lower friction pad 14 to be far away from the upper friction pad 11, so that the clothes can be taken out conveniently; the controller controls the second electromagnetic valve to open, and water is discharged out of the washing machine through the water outlet 232 and the water discharge pipe.

Claims (15)

1. A washing assembly for a washing machine, characterized in that the washing machine has an inner tub; the washing assembly is disposed in the inner tub, and includes:
an upper friction pad formed with a first cavity protruding toward the top of the washing machine; a first bulge is formed on the wall surface of the first cavity;
a lower friction pad formed with a second cavity protruding toward the bottom of the washing machine; the second cavity is formed with a second protrusion; the first cavity and the second cavity are matched to form a washing space;
the lower friction pad is in driving connection with the driving mechanism; under the action of the driving structure, the lower friction pad moves relative to the upper friction pad, so that the first protrusions and the second protrusions are in contact friction with clothes in the washing space and bend, and a washing effect is generated on the clothes.
2. A wash assembly for a laundry machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism has a drive motor; the driving motor rotates and is converted into linear motion through the driving mechanism, so that the lower friction pad is driven to be close to or far away from the upper friction pad, and clothes in the washing space are washed.

A washing assembly for a laundry washing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that it also has an intermediate friction pad; the middle friction pad is provided with a first convex surface protruding towards the top of the washing machine and a second convex surface protruding towards the bottom of the washing machine; the first convex surface structure corresponds to the first cavity structure; the second convex structure corresponds to the second cavity structure; the first convex surface is formed with a third protrusion, and the second convex surface is formed with a fourth protrusion.

A washing assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first protrusions are provided in plurality along the wall surface of the first cavity and extend in a vertical direction; the second bulges are arranged along the wall surface of the second cavity and extend towards the vertical direction; the third protrusions are arranged along the first convex surface and extend towards the vertical direction; the fourth protrusions are arranged along the second convex surface in a plurality and extend towards the vertical direction.

A washing assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the middle friction pad is disposed inside the laundry, and under the action of the driving mechanism, the first and third protrusions are in contact friction with the upper surface of the laundry and bent to generate a washing action, and the second and fourth protrusions are in contact friction with the lower surface of the laundry and bent to generate a washing action.

A washing assembly for a laundry washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the intermediate friction pad comprises a first friction pad and a second friction pad; the top of the first friction pad forms the first convex surface, the bottom of the first friction pad is a plane, and the bottom of the second friction pad forms the second convex surface, and the top of the second friction pad is a plane; the bottom of the first friction pad and the top of the second friction pad are both provided with a magnet and a magnet groove, and the magnet is matched with the magnet groove to connect the first friction pad and the second friction pad.

A washing assembly for a laundry washing machine as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the washing assembly further has a booster pad disposed between the first and second friction pads; the top surface and the bottom surface of the heightening pad are both provided with a magnet and a magnet groove; the magnet or the magnet groove on the top surface of the heightening pad is matched with the magnet groove or the magnet of the first friction pad, so that the heightening pad is connected with the first friction pad; and the magnet or the magnet groove on the bottom surface of the heightening pad is matched with the magnet groove or the magnet of the second friction pad, so that the heightening pad is connected with the second friction pad.
8. A washing assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the booster pad has a rim extending radially outwardly; the edge is provided with a fifth bulge, and the fifth bulge is in contact friction with clothes and bends to have a washing effect on the clothes.

The washing assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the middle friction pad and the booster pad have a first flow passing hole in an axial direction; when washing clothes, water can flow through the first overflowing hole; the lower friction pad has a second overflowing hole along the axial direction, and water in the second cavity can flow through the second overflowing hole.
10. A washing assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first cavity, the second cavity, the first convex surface and the second convex surface are of spherical configuration.

A washing machine having a top cover, a housing, an inner drum, a controller and a washing assembly for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10; the top of the upper friction pad is detachably connected with the top cover; the inner cylinder is arranged in the shell, the lower friction pad is arranged in the inner cylinder, and the driving mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the shell; the side surface of the top of the inner cylinder is provided with a water inlet and the side surface of the bottom of the inner cylinder is provided with a water outlet.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 11, wherein the top cover and the casing are connected by a snap structure; the buckle structure comprises an elastic buckle and a clamping groove; when clothes need to be washed, the elastic buckle is clamped in the clamping groove, so that the top cover is static relative to the shell; when the clothes do not need to be washed, the elastic buckle is separated from the clamping groove, and the top cover is separated from the shell.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 11, wherein a first solenoid valve is provided at the water inlet, and a second solenoid valve is provided at the water outlet; the controller is electrically connected with the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve and the driving motor respectively and controls the washing machine to wash clothes.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 13, wherein the intermediate friction pad is placed in the laundry while washing the laundry; adding a detergent into the inner barrel, and connecting the top cover and the shell through a buckle structure; the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve to be opened, and water enters the inner barrel through the water inlet; after the water quantity meets the requirement, the controller controls the first electromagnetic valve to be closed and the driving motor to be started, and at the moment, the washing assembly for the washing machine washes clothes.
15. The washing machine as claimed in claim 14, wherein the controller controls the driving motor to stop operating and the second solenoid valve to be opened after washing is finished, and water is discharged to the outside of the washing machine through the water outlet.
