The two-component waterborne polyurethane consists of hydroxyl-containing waterborne polyol resin and an NCO-group-containing low-viscosity polyisocyanate curing agent, and the film coating performance of the two-component waterborne polyurethane is mainly determined by the composition and structure of the hydroxyl resin and the curing agent. The conventional double-component waterborne polyurethane coating is crosslinked and cured with polyisocyanate, and although the performances such as crosslinking density and the like of the coating are improved, the performance indexes such as antibacterial property, adsorption and the like of the coating do not meet the ideal requirements.

c) adding a trimer, carrying out heat preservation and stirring reaction at 82-84 ℃ for 2.0-2.5 h, detecting the NCO value, dropwise adding dibutyltin dilaurate, heating to 86-88 ℃, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1.5-2.0 h, detecting the NCO value, and when the NCO value is consistent with the designed value;
d) cooling, adding a neutralizing agent, dispersing uniformly, filtering and discharging to obtain the self-adsorption type antibacterial water-based curing agent.
Compared with the prior art, the self-adsorption type antibacterial two-component water-based paint prepared by the invention has the following advantages: the self-adsorption type antibacterial two-component water-based paint prepared by the invention adopts the water-based curing agent with adsorption function and antibacterial property, does not need to add an antibacterial agent and an adsorbent, has good antibacterial function and adsorption property, and effectively makes up the defects of the existing water-based two-component paint.

Example 1
A self-adsorption type antibacterial water-based curing agent X comprises the following components in parts by weight: 180.0 parts of isophorone diisocyanate trimer, 6.0 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 14.0 parts of alkyd resin, 4.5 parts of triptycene derivative, 2.0 parts of 2-hydroxychalcone, 3.0 parts of 1, 4-butanediol, 0.05 part of dibutyltin dilaurate, 6.0 parts of triethylamine and 25.0 parts of diethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate.
The preparation method of the self-adsorption type antibacterial water-based curing agent X in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
a) carrying out water removal treatment on diethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate and 1, 4-butanediol in advance to obtain a pretreatment mixed solution;
