Abstract
The invention discloses carbon black granulation equipment which comprises a rotary drum and a conveyor, wherein the rotary drum consists of a rotary drum shell, a material digging assembly, a rotary drum end plate, a rotary drum hollow shaft, a rotary drum bearing assembly, a rotary drum sealing assembly, a rotary drum driving unit and a driven part, and the conveyor consists of a conveyor shell, a conveyor shaft assembly, blades, a conveyor driving unit, a conveyor sealing assembly, a conveyor bearing assembly and a support. The equipment can complete granulation without adding auxiliary granulating agents such as water and the like, and energy consumption is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to carbon black granulation equipment which comprises a rotary drum and a conveyor, wherein the rotary drum consists of a rotary drum shell, a material digging assembly, a rotary drum end plate, a rotary drum hollow shaft, a rotary drum bearing assembly, a rotary drum sealing assembly, a rotary drum driving unit and a driven part, and the conveyor consists of a conveyor shell, a conveyor shaft assembly, blades, a conveyor driving unit, a conveyor sealing assembly, a conveyor bearing assembly and a support.
Background
Powdered carbon black is not easy to store, transport and use due to its characteristics of small bulk density, easy flying and poor flowability. Therefore, it is necessary to produce a granulated carbon black from a powdery carbon black, to improve the bulk density by approximately 10 times, to solve the problem of flying and to significantly improve the flowability. The existing granulation equipment needs to add water and other auxiliary granulating agents, wet particles need to be dried after granulation, and the energy consumption is high.

The bowl 1 includes a bowl housing 5, an excavating component 6, a bowl end plate 7, a bowl hollow shaft 8, a bowl bearing assembly 9, a bowl seal assembly 10, a bowl drive unit 11, and a driven component 12. The conveyer 2 is horizontally placed, the conveyer shell 13 is a circular shell, the upper part of one end of the conveyer shell is provided with a powdered carbon black inlet, the lower part of the other end of the conveyer shell is provided with a granular carbon black outlet, the upper part of the other end of the conveyer shell is provided with a dust suction port, the lower part of the powdered carbon black inlet is provided with a mixed carbon black outlet, the upper part of the granular carbon black outlet is provided with a granular carbon black inlet, the conveyer shell 13 is connected with a support 19 and supported on a base by the support 19, the conveyer shell 13 is connected with a conveyer sealing component 17, a conveyer shaft component 14 is positioned in the conveyer shell 13 and matched with the conveyer sealing component 17 to form a seal, the two ends of the conveyer shaft component 14 are provided with conveyer bearing components 18, one end of the conveyer shaft component 14 is connected with a conveyer driving unit 16 and rotates around a horizontal shaft under, the conveying action directions of the materials are respectively from a powdery carbon black inlet to a mixed carbon black outlet, from a granular carbon black inlet to a mixed carbon black outlet and from a granular carbon black inlet to a granular carbon black outlet.
