Abstract

The waterproof moisture-permeable polyurethane film with the environmental response function of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15% of poly-hydroxypropyl methyl methacrylate; 25 percent of diphenylmethane diisocyanate; 10 percent of 2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol; polyethylene glycol: 50 percent.
5. The environmentally responsible waterproof moisture-permeable polyurethane film according to claim 1, wherein the diol comprises one of ethylene glycol, 2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, and 1, 4-butanediol.
6. The environmentally responsible waterproof moisture-permeable polyurethane film according to claim 5, wherein the diol comprises one of ethylene glycol, 2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol, and 1, 3-butanediol.
7. The waterproof moisture-permeable polyurethane film with environmental response function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is in the range of 2000-.
8. The method for preparing a waterproof moisture-permeable polyurethane film having an environmental response function according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
mixing diphenylmethane diisocyanate and dihydric alcohol, and reacting at the temperature of 75-85 ℃ for 1-2 hours;
adding poly-hydroxypropyl methyl methacrylate and polyethylene glycol, keeping the temperature at 75-85 ℃, and reacting for 3-4 hours;
the raw material in a molten state is blown/cast into a film by a blowing machine/casting machine.
9. The preparation method of the waterproof and moisture permeable polyurethane film with the environmental response function according to claim 8, wherein the diphenylmethane diisocyanate and the dihydric alcohol are mixed and then react at a temperature of 80-85 ℃.
10. The method for preparing the waterproof and moisture-permeable polyurethane film with the environmental response function according to claim 8, wherein the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 75-80 ℃ after the poly-hydroxypropyl methyl methacrylate and the polyethylene glycol are added.
