The invention provides an industrial water treatment integrated agent for a reverse osmosis system, which has the following main physical and chemical indexes:
the application method of the industrial water treatment integrated agent for the reverse osmosis system provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1. the reference addition amount is 50 to 500ppm, and the specific addition amount can be determined according to a stirring test and a productivity test.
2. The special automatic dosing device composed of a dosing tank, a metering pump and the like is directly added, and the dosing amount in unit time can be set for continuous addition.
3. After adding soft water for dilution, the agent is continuously added or periodically added at the inlet of the circulating pump (namely the outlet of the collecting tank and in front of the reverse osmosis membrane) by using a metering pump or by adjusting a valve.
4. Can be manually added once or twice at intervals every week according to the condition of the water quality on site.
Notes in use:
1. direct contact with eyes should be avoided, once contact is made, a large amount of clear water should be used for washing immediately, no delay is caused, and the contact with skin for a long time is not allowed.
2. The product should be stored in a cool place (5-30 ℃) to avoid freezing and insolation.

As can be seen from the second and third tables, the industrial water treatment integrated agent for the reverse osmosis system provided by the invention has the advantages that through comparison of data before and after use, all detection data reach the national standard, and are obviously better than those before use. Among them, the industrial water treatment integrated agent for reverse osmosis system in the formulation of example 1 is the most effective in comparison of the flow rate and the differential pressure before RO membrane cleaning. The reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent prepared by the embodiment of the invention has reasonable components, the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, the cost is low, the product has the advantages of wide application range, wide effective pH value range, low accounting cost, good synergistic effect, convenient use, stable effect, safety, environmental protection, no residue and the like, the sterilization, cleaning, corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition are completed in one step, the water yield and the water quality are improved, the pressure difference is reduced, the operation time of the membrane is prolonged, and the reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent is suitable for an industrial circulating cooling water system and a reverse osmosis membrane water treatment system.

Claims (8)
1. The industrial water treatment integrated agent for the reverse osmosis system is characterized by being used for integrated treatment of sterilization, cleaning, corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition on a water body at the front end of the reverse osmosis system, and comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
2.0 to 5.5 percent of dispersant,
7 to 24 percent of bactericide,
2.5 to 9.5 percent of corrosion inhibitor,
4 to 16 percent of scale inhibitor,
2 to 5 percent of cleaning agent,
the balance being deionized water.
2. The reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent according to claim 1, wherein: the dispersing agent is a mixture of polyethylene glycol and hydroxyethyl cellulose.
3. A reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent according to claim 1, wherein the bactericide is a mixture of citric acid, isothiazolinone, sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate and dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride; wherein the polyethylene glycol is polyethylene glycol 400 #.
4. The reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent according to claim 1, wherein: the cleanser is coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide.
5. The reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent according to claim 1, wherein: the corrosion inhibitor is a mixture of 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid and methylbenzotriazole.
6. The reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent according to claim 1, wherein: the scale inhibitor is a mixture of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer.
7. The reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
2 to 5 percent of polyethylene glycol 400#,
0.1 to 0.5 percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose,
2 to 5 percent of citric acid,
2 to 8 percent of isothiazolinone,
2 to 8 percent of sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate,
1 to 3 percent of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride,
2-8 percent of 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid,
0.5 to 1.5 percent of methyl benzotriazole,
2 to 8 percent of hydroxyl ethylidene diphosphonic acid,
2 to 8 percent of maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer,
coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide 2-8 wt%,
the balance being deionized water.
8. The preparation method of the reverse osmosis system industrial water treatment integrated agent according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) pumping quantitative deionized water from the sterile water tank to a stainless steel stirring tank by a pump;
2) starting the stirrer, and adjusting the rotating speed of the stirrer to 30 revolutions per minute;
3) adding polyethylene glycol 400 #;
4) slowly adding hydroxyethyl cellulose;
5) adding citric acid;
6) adding 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid;
7) adding hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid;
8) adding a maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer;
9) adding isothiazolinone;
10) adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride;
11) adding sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate;
12) adding methyl benzotriazole;
13) coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide;
14) adding the rest deionized water in the formula, adjusting the stirring speed of the stirrer to 60-80 rpm, and continuously stirring for 40-60 minutes;
15) and standing for 20-30 minutes to obtain the industrial water treatment integrated agent of the reverse osmosis system.
