To avoid excessive deformation of the base paper by the press roller 6, the press roller 6 of this embodiment is preferably made of an elastic material. The first compression spring 4 of this embodiment is preferably arranged on the side of the hob blade 5 facing away from the press wheel 6. Therefore, in the paper cutting process, the first compression spring 4 enables the pressing wheel 6 to be always pressed on one side close to the bottom paper incoming material when the hobbing cutter 5 runs against the side wall (or the groove wall of the knife edge groove) of the paper guide plate, and the cut bottom paper is convenient to discharge.
The connecting seat 2 of this embodiment is provided with a guide groove 21 vertically arranged, the guide groove 21 communicates with the accommodating cavity, the hob seat 1 is provided with a positioning screw (not shown in the figure) in a penetrating manner, one end of the positioning screw abuts against a thread surface of the adjusting screw 7, and the other end of the positioning screw is in sliding fit with the guide groove 21. On the one hand, when hob seat 1 floated from top to bottom in the holding cavity of connecting seat 2, set screw can play the guide effect to hob seat 1, and on the other hand, set screw can consolidate adjusting screw 7 and the connection between hob seat 1, and the connection between 7 is not hard up with adjusting screw when preventing hob seat 1 from floating from top to bottom.
In order to enable the hob seat 1 to move more smoothly in the accommodating cavity of the connecting seat 2 in the up-and-down floating process, a guide cylinder 11 matched with the accommodating cavity is arranged at the upper part of the hob seat 1, and the adjusting screw 7 is connected with the guide cylinder 11.
The hob part of this embodiment further comprises a connecting plate 10a and a mounting plate 10b, said connecting base 2 being connected to a lower portion of said connecting plate 10a, said mounting plate 10b being adapted to be connected to a hob driving mechanism, which is fixed to an upper portion of said connecting plate 10 a. The hob driving mechanism can drive the hob part to reciprocate, namely, the pinch roller 6 rolls back and forth on the base paper, and the hob blade 5 rotates along with the pinch roller 6 to cut off the base paper.
While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiment, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A self-adjusting hob component is characterized by comprising a hob seat and a connecting seat, wherein the hob seat is provided with a containing groove with a downward opening, a hob shaft stretching across the containing groove is arranged on the hob seat, a first compression spring is sleeved on the hob shaft, a hob blade and a pinch roller which can float along the axial direction of the hob shaft are rotatably arranged on the hob shaft, and the hob blade is connected with the pinch roller;
the connecting seat is provided with a containing cavity with a downward opening, the upper part of the hob seat is arranged in the containing cavity in a floating mode, the top of the connecting seat is provided with an adjusting screw which stretches into the containing cavity and is connected with the hob seat, and a second compression spring which is abutted to the top surface of the hob seat is sleeved outside the adjusting screw.

The self-adjusting hob component of claim 1, wherein the connecting base is provided with a vertically arranged guide groove, the guide groove is communicated with the accommodating cavity, the hob base is provided with a positioning screw, one end of the positioning screw abuts against a thread surface of the adjusting screw, and the other end of the positioning screw is in sliding fit with the guide groove.

5. A self-adjusting hob assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein a sleeve is slidably mounted on the hob shaft, a bearing is provided between the hob shaft and the sleeve, and the hob blade and the pressure roller are both fixed to the sleeve.
6. The self-adjusting hob assembly of claim 4, wherein both ends of said first compression spring abut said hob base and said sleeve, respectively.
7. The self-adjusting hob assembly of claim 1, wherein the hob base is provided with a mounting groove at a bottom thereof, the hob shaft comprises a shaft body and a locking screw, two ends of the shaft body are clamped into the mounting groove and are respectively in threaded connection with the locking screw, and the locking screw abuts against an outer wall of the hob base.
8. The self-adjusting hob component of claim 6, wherein the sleeve is provided with bosses in the circumferential direction, the bosses and the pressure roller are respectively provided on both sides of the hob blade, and the pressure roller, the hob blade and the bosses of the sleeve are connected by screws.
9. The self-adjusting hob assembly of claim 1 further including a connecting plate and a mounting plate, said connecting plate being connected to a lower portion of said connecting plate, said mounting plate being adapted for connection to a hob drive mechanism which is secured to an upper portion of said connecting plate.
10. The self-adjusting hob component of claim 1, wherein the pressure wheel is made of an elastic material.
