According to the embodiment of the invention, the multifunctional health-care home textile fabric and the preparation method thereof are provided.
Referring to the drawings and the detailed description, as shown in fig. 1-6, the multifunctional health home textile fabric according to the embodiment of the invention includes a plush layer 1, a breathable layer 2, a interwoven layer 3, a reinforcing layer 4 and an anti-static layer 5, which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the plush layer 1, the breathable layer 2, the interwoven layer 3, the reinforcing layer 4 and the anti-static layer 5 are fixedly connected by quilting threads 6, and the plush layer 1, the interwoven layer 3 and the anti-static layer 5 are formed by weaving warps and wefts.
In one embodiment, the interwoven layer 3 is formed by sequentially interweaving titanium fibers 301, magnetic fibers 302 and jade fibers 303, so that the health-care function of the fabric can be enhanced.
Specifically, the titanium fiber 301 is formed by combining hard titanium metal molecules through a high-tech nanotechnology, has the functions of adsorbing peculiar smell, eliminating body odor, storing heat, keeping warm, adjusting humidity balance among clothes, reducing the concentration of harmful gases in air, has beneficial physiological effects on human body, can relax tight muscles, concentrate spirit and attention, promote metabolism and improve sleep quality; the magnetic fiber 302 can affect the physiological activities of the human body and generate the changes of electric charge, electric potential, molecular structure, biochemistry and physiological functions through a nerve system and a body fluid system, thereby regulating the body functions of the human body and improving the disease resistance, and having good medical care function; the jade fiber 303 is prepared by extracting and nanotechnology to enable jade and other mineral materials to reach a sub-nanometer level, then melting the jade and other mineral materials into a melt, and performing wire drawing processing, wherein the jade contains abundant mineral substances and trace elements beneficial to a human body, and the jade fiber is released by being attached to the skin of the human body for a long time, can improve blood microcirculation and promote metabolism, thereby achieving the effects of preventing diseases and eliminating fatigue, and is an rare health-care fiber.
