The rotating motor 35 works and is sequentially driven by the meshing of the driving gear 36, the transmission gear 38 and the output gear 39, so that the rotating speed and the torque are changed, the power shaft 310 is driven to rotate, and the power shaft 310 drives the rotating disc 34 to rotate.
