(2) The general welding of adopting the bushing connection all adopts the process of welding of fillet weld, to welding the angle requirement, the space that needs to weld is bigger than the butt welding of flat, but often the construction space is very limited on the ship, is unfavorable for welding the fillet weld, has brought the inconvenience for the construction.
(3) If a sleeve connection is used, a large number of sleeves of the corresponding pipe specification must be prepared or purchased, which increases the purchase and manufacturing costs.
