The invention relates to a columnar tooth press-mounting die for a columnar tooth drill bit, which comprises a columnar tooth pressing mechanism, a columnar tooth pressing rod and a columnar tooth positioning mechanism, wherein the columnar tooth pressing rod and the columnar tooth positioning mechanism are arranged in the columnar tooth pressing mechanism; the column tooth pressing mechanism is provided with a groove I, the bottom surface of the groove I is provided with a column tooth pressing rod mounting blind hole, and the inner vertical surface of the groove I is provided with a flat and round positioning sliding lead surface I; the groove I is internally provided with the column tooth positioning mechanism, and the column tooth positioning mechanism is provided with a groove II; the bottom surface of the groove II is provided with a cylindrical tooth pressure rod lead hole, the outer vertical surface of the groove II is provided with a flat positioning sliding lead surface II, and the inner vertical surface of the groove II is symmetrically provided with two convex surfaces; and the positioning sliding lead surface II is matched with the positioning sliding lead surface I. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of rock drilling bit manufacturing, in particular to a columnar tooth press-fitting die for a columnar tooth bit.
Background
The drill bit is mainly applied to mining of mine engineering, petroleum exploitation, national defense engineering and other industries needing rock drilling and tunneling, is a main mechanism of mine rock drilling equipment, and is also a part easy to damage and consume. The mechanism is mainly used for breaking rock when drilling, and the head part contacting with the rock is usually made into a column tooth or an insert by hard alloy.
In the processing process of the columnar-tooth drill bit, the hard alloy columnar teeth are pressed into the hole at the head of the drill body in a cold pressing mode to prepare a finished drill bit product. At present, most drill bit processing enterprises mostly adopt a single-stud pressing-in mode to install the stud-tooth drill bit hard alloy, and the processing efficiency of the drill bit is influenced to a certain extent; in addition, the machining mode of pressing in the single stud of the stud bit easily causes fatigue of machining personnel under the condition of mass production of the bit, and then the quality of the bit is affected, and safety accidents such as misoperation and the like are caused.

The invention aims to provide a stud tooth press-fitting die for a stud tooth drill bit, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and the product quality.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a die for press mounting of stud teeth of a stud tooth drill bit, which is characterized in that: the die comprises a column tooth pressing mechanism, a column tooth pressing rod and a column tooth positioning mechanism, wherein the column tooth pressing rod and the column tooth positioning mechanism are arranged in the column tooth pressing mechanism; the column tooth pressing mechanism is provided with a groove I, the bottom surface of the groove I is provided with a column tooth pressing rod mounting blind hole, and the inner vertical surface of the groove I is provided with a flat and round positioning sliding lead surface I; the groove I is internally provided with the column tooth positioning mechanism, and the column tooth positioning mechanism is provided with a groove II; the bottom surface of the groove II is provided with a cylindrical tooth pressure rod lead hole, the outer vertical surface of the groove II is provided with a flat positioning sliding lead surface II, and the inner vertical surface of the groove II is symmetrically provided with two convex surfaces; and the positioning sliding lead surface II is matched with the positioning sliding lead surface I.
One end of the columnar tooth pressure lever is concave, and the other end of the columnar tooth pressure lever is a metal round rod in a frustum shape.
One end of the columnar tooth pressure lever, which is in a frustum shape, is arranged in the columnar tooth pressure lever mounting blind hole.
The convex surface is matched with the chip removal hole surface of the drill bit which needs to be filled with the stud.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. one end of the columnar tooth pressure lever is concave, the other end of the columnar tooth pressure lever is a metal round rod in a frustum shape, and one end in the frustum shape is arranged in the installation blind hole of the columnar tooth pressure lever, so that tight fit is formed and falling is prevented; meanwhile, after the wear-resistant rubber is worn, the rubber can be easily disassembled and replaced under certain external force.
2. According to the invention, the inner vertical surface of the groove of the column tooth pressing mechanism is provided with the positioning sliding lead surface in a flat circle shape, the outer vertical surface of the groove of the column tooth positioning mechanism is provided with the positioning sliding lead surface in a flat shape, and the two positioning sliding lead surfaces are matched and used for positioning the column tooth pressing rod to accurately enter the column tooth pressing rod lead hole.
3. The vertical surface in the groove of the columnar tooth positioning mechanism is symmetrically provided with two convex surfaces which are matched with the chip removal hole surface of the drill bit and are used for positioning the columnar tooth hole of the drill bit to be over against the lead hole of the columnar tooth pressure rod so as to ensure that the columnar tooth is accurately pressed into the lead hole of the columnar tooth pressure rod.
4. Tests prove that the speed of cold pressing and drilling of the column teeth of the column-tooth drill bit can be increased by multiple times by adopting the invention, all the column teeth of the drill bit can be completed by one-time cold pressing, the production efficiency and the yield of the column-tooth drill bit are improved, the workload of workers is reduced, and the purpose of safe production is realized.
[ PRODUCTIVE EFFICIENCY TEST ] 20 drill bits with the same type and needing to be provided with column teeth are selected, and the traditional single column tooth pressing-in drill bit processing mode and the drill bit processing method are respectively adopted. The result shows that after 10 drill bits are pressed into the stud tooth by using the drill bit press-in method, the traditional mode of pressing and processing the drill bits by the single stud tooth is only 4. The drill bit machining efficiency is obviously improved.
[ test of yield ]
Under the condition of processing drill bits with the same type of column teeth, 200 drill bits with the same type of column teeth are produced in batch by using the method and 200 drill bits are pressed and processed by using single column teeth. The results show that the number of the drill bit waste products processed by the method is 2, and the number of the drill bit waste products processed by pressing the single column tooth into the drill bit is 4; analyzing the reason of generating the waste products, and finding out that: the waste products generated by processing the drill bit are mainly caused by the deflection of the tooth holes of the drill bit body of the drill bit, and the waste products generated by pressing the single column tooth into the drill bit are all caused by human errors. Therefore, under the condition of improving the processing precision of the drill bit column tooth hole, the invention has obviously better installation quality of the drill bit column tooth than the traditional drill bit single column tooth pressing processing mode.

As shown in 1~3, the die for press mounting of the stud teeth of the stud tooth drill bit comprises a stud tooth pressing mechanism 1, a stud tooth pressing rod 2 and a stud tooth positioning mechanism 3, wherein the stud tooth pressing rod 2 and the stud tooth positioning mechanism are arranged in the stud tooth pressing mechanism 1.
The column tooth pressing mechanism 1 is provided with a groove I, the bottom surface of the groove I is provided with a column tooth pressing rod mounting blind hole, and the inner vertical surface of the groove I is provided with a positioning sliding lead surface I6 in a flat round shape; a column tooth positioning mechanism 3 is arranged in the groove I, and the column tooth positioning mechanism 3 is provided with a groove II; the bottom surface of the groove II is provided with a cylindrical tooth pressure rod lead hole, the outer vertical surface of the groove II is provided with a flat positioning sliding lead surface II 6', and the inner vertical surface is symmetrically provided with two convex surfaces 5 matched with the chip removal hole surface of the drill bit 4 in which the cylindrical tooth is required to be installed; and the positioning sliding lead surface II 6' is matched with the positioning sliding lead surface I6.
Wherein: one end of the columnar tooth pressure lever 2 is concave, and the other end is a metal round rod in a frustum shape.

The working principle is shown in fig. 4. Firstly, the stud tooth positioning mechanism 3 is sleeved on a drill bit 4 which needs to be installed with stud teeth, so that after the protruding surfaces 5 of the stud tooth positioning mechanism positioning stud tooth drill bit are overlapped, the stud tooth positioning mechanism 3 is filled with alloy stud teeth 7, after the overlapping, the stud tooth pressing mechanism 1 is installed along the positioning sliding lead surface II 6', and then the pressing device of the press machine is used for acting on the stud tooth pressing mechanism 1, so that the installation of the stud tooth of the drill bit can be completed.
When in use, the drill bit 4 which needs to be pressed into the stud tooth is firstly arranged in the stud tooth positioning mechanism 3 on the drill bit processing working platform; then filling column teeth into the column tooth pressure rod lead holes of the column tooth positioning mechanism 3; and finally, the stud tooth pressing mechanism provided with the stud tooth pressing rod 2 is used for downwards positioning and sliding along the positioning sliding lead surface II 6' of the stud tooth positioning mechanism 3 through mechanical force, and the drill bit stud tooth installation can be completed.
