Abstract
The invention discloses a runner hub and a runner of an impact crusher, wherein the runner hub comprises a cover plate at the upper end, a bottom plate at the lower end and a side plate which is connected with the cover plate and the bottom plate in the middle, the cover plate and the bottom plate are both in the shape of fan blades, and the side plate is positioned at the edges of the cover plate and the bottom plate; the runner includes runner body and impact piece mechanism, and impact piece mechanism installs on the impact piece mounting panel at both ends about the runner body opening. According to the runner body and the runner of the impact crusher, the cover plate and the bottom plate are changed into the fan blade shape from the round shape, so that the outlines of the runner body and the runner are changed into the fan blade shape, meanwhile, the structures of the impact blocks IV and VI are changed, the number of retainer rings of the runner body is reduced, and further the weight of the runner is reduced. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mining machinery, in particular to a runner hub and a runner of an impact crusher.
Background
An impact crusher is a crushing machine which crushes materials by impacting the materials rotating at a high speed on a lining plate or the materials. The working principle is that the materials are rushed into the crushing cavity at a certain speed under the action of centrifugal force, violently collide with suspended materials and a lining plate in the crushing cavity, then rebound again, collide with the materials emitted from the impeller again, and finally the crushed materials are discharged from the crushing cavity.
The rotating wheel is a main part of the impact crusher, and is used for transmitting torque and rotating at a high speed, materials are fed from the center of the impeller, and are thrown out of the side face of the impeller to the crushing cavity for crushing through the rotation of the impeller.
Among the prior art, the runner body of impact breaker runner is regular circular structure, leads to the runner total weight heavier, and the power that motor output power consumed on runner self pivoted is more, and then leads to the power reduction that can be used to on handling broken material.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the bottom plate 12 is provided with a flow channel plate pressing block 121 and a flow channel plate positioning block 122, the flow channel plate pressing block 121 functions to fix the flow channel plate, and the flow channel plate positioning block 122 functions to position the flow channel plate so as to fix the flow channel plate. One runner plate is provided above and below each opening 131 for a total of 6.
Example 2
A rotary wheel of an impact crusher comprises an impact block mechanism 2 and a rotary wheel body 1 of embodiment 1, wherein the impact block mechanism 2 is arranged on impact block mounting plates at the left end and the right end of an opening 131 of the rotary wheel body 1 and is used for crushing materials, as shown in figure 2.
The impact block mechanism 2 comprises a first impact block assembly and a second impact block assembly, the first impact block assembly is installed on an impact block installation plate I132, and the second impact block assembly is installed on an impact block installation plate II 133. The first and second impact block assemblies are disposed at the left and right ends of the opening 131 because the left and right ends of the opening 131 are the main wear positions of the runner, where the impact blocks are installed to facilitate crushing of the material.
The first impact block component comprises an impact block I21 at the upper end, an impact block II 22 in the middle and an impact block III 23 at the lower end; the second impact block component comprises an impact block IV 24 at the upper end, an impact block V25 in the middle and an impact block VI 26 at the lower end, wherein the impact block IV 24 extends to the upper part of the cover plate 11, and the impact block VI 26 extends to the lower part of the bottom plate 12.

The impact crusher runner further comprises six wheel body guard rings 3, the six wheel body guard rings 3 are installed at the tip ends of fan blades of the cover plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, two wheel body guard rings 3 are arranged at each tip end, the wheel body guard rings 3 are used for protecting the edges of the wheel bodies, and the broken material wheel body guard rings are convenient to replace when worn.
The impact crusher rotor further comprises a rotor inlet retainer 4 mounted at the central aperture 14 of the cover plate 11 and a material distribution cone mounted at the central aperture 14 of the base plate 12. The function of runner import protective shroud 4 is to let the material from the central feeding, and when the feeding, the import protective shroud can effectively protect runner apron 11. The material separating cone has the function of sealing the central hole 14 at the bottom plate 12, and simultaneously separating materials entering the central hole 14 at the upper end cover plate 11, so that the materials are discharged out of the rotating wheel from the three openings 131 for crushing.
In this embodiment, the impact block i 21, the impact block ii 22, the impact block iii 23, the impact block iv 24, the impact block v 25, the impact block vi 26, the wheel body guard ring 3, and the runner inlet guard ring 4 are all mounted on the runner body 1 by hexagon socket head cap screws.
In this embodiment, the material of the runner body 1 is Q235, the maximum outer diameter is 1020mm, and the material of the impact block is wear-resistant cast iron.
Comparative example
Fig. 4-6 show the runner hub and runner of a prior art impact crusher. Wherein, the cover plate 011 and the bottom plate 012 are round; a protection block 013 is arranged on the bottom plate 012, and the protection block 013 plays a role in assisting in positioning the impact block; the impact block IV 024 and the impact block VI 026 are positioned between the cover plate 11 and the base plate 012; the wheel retainer 03 is mounted on the edges of the circular cover 11 and the circular base 012, and 12 of them are provided.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the differences between example 2 and the comparative examples are shown in the following table:

From the above table, it can be seen that, compared with the comparative example, after the improvement of example 2, the cover plate and the base plate are both changed into the fan blade shape, the lengths of the impact blocks iv and vi are increased, the number of retainer rings of the wheel body is reduced, the protection blocks are eliminated, the widths of the reinforcing ribs i and the reinforcing ribs ii are narrowed along with the change of the shapes of the cover plate and the base plate, and finally the total weight of the runner is reduced from 848.62kg to 730.88kg, and is reduced from 117.74 kg.
After the weight of the rotating wheel is reduced, the part of the output power of the motor consumed on the rotation of the rotating wheel under the same working condition can be reduced, and correspondingly, the upper limit of the part of the power which can be used for processing the crushed materials is improved to some extent, namely, the processing capacity of the whole-center feeding of the crusher is improved.
