At present, there are various methods for purifying flue gas, which can be classified into absorption method, adsorption method, catalytic conversion method, biological method, plasma method, etc. according to different principles. The absorption method is the most common method, and the main principle is to separate out pollutants in the flue gas by absorption, so as to achieve the purpose of removing pollutants containing fine particulate matters, sulfides, nitrides and the like.
In the existing flue gas purification technology, the pollutants or particulate matters in the flue gas are generally filtered by cloth bag dust removal, the filtering times are only once, the filtered flue gas possibly contains the particulate matters or pollutants with smaller particle sizes, the purification effect of the flue gas does not reach the expected target, and in addition, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag cannot be effectively cleaned, and the purification function of the filter bag can also be influenced.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a self-cleaning flue gas purification system which has the function of filtering by a multistage filter bag and can simultaneously clean dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag in real time, thereby further improving the flue gas purification effect.

The upper ends of the top pipes are connected with the nozzles, the nozzles are communicated with a compressed air source through the top pipes and the air delivery pipes, the nozzles are located right below the filter bags, compressed air is sprayed out from spray holes in the upper portions of the nozzles, and the sprayed air flow can blow off dust attached to the outer surfaces of the filter bags so as to further clean the dust on the outer surfaces of the filter bags above the nozzles. The driving motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate for a certain angle, correspondingly, the circular partition plate rotates for a certain angle, the cleaned filter bag leaves the starting position, the adjacent filter bag which is not cleaned moves to the position right above the spray head at the upper end of the top pipe, and the double-shaft motor is started to repeat the previous cleaning work. Until all the filter bags on the circular partition plate complete further dust cleaning work on the outer surface.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a self-cleaning flue gas purification system comprises a cylindrical purification box 1, a circular partition plate 2 is horizontally arranged in the purification box 1 in a rotating manner, a plurality of filter bags 6 are annularly arranged on the circular partition plate 2, the openings of the filter bags 6 are positioned above the circular partition plate 2, a rotating shaft 3 is fixedly arranged at the center position of the circular partition plate 2, the lower end of the rotating shaft 3 is rotatably arranged on a bottom plate of the purification box 1, the upper part of the rotating shaft 3 is rotatably arranged on a top plate of the purification box 1, and the upper end of the rotating shaft 3 is in transmission connection with a driving motor 4; the outer edge of the circular partition board 2 is in circumferential sliding fit with the inner side wall of the purification box 1, the inner wall of the purification box 1 is provided with an annular groove 27, and the outer edge of the circular partition board 2 is provided with a flange 14 matched with the annular groove 27; the purifying box 1 is internally and fixedly provided with a plurality of layers of isolating cylinders 5 which are coaxially arranged with the purifying box 1, each layer of isolating cylinder 5 is divided into an upper half section 7 which is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the circular partition board 2 and a lower half section 8 which is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the circular partition board 2, the upper end surface of the upper half section 7 is in sliding fit with the top plate of the purifying box 1, the lower end surface of the lower half section 8 is in sliding fit with the bottom plate of the purifying box 1, the side wall of the purifying box 1 below the circular partition board 2 is provided with an air inlet 9, the top plate of the purifying box 1 above the innermost isolating cylinder 5 is provided with an air outlet 10, and a communicating pipe 11 is communicated between the inner cavity of the purifying box 1 outside the upper half section 7 of the isolating cylinder 5 and. The communicating pipe 11 is L-shaped, and one end of the communicating pipe above the circular clapboard 2 is trumpet-shaped.

Two push rods 18 are hinged on the cross rod 16, the other ends of the two push rods 18 are respectively hinged with a rocker 19, and the other ends of the two rockers 19 are respectively fixedly connected to an output shaft of a double-shaft motor 20. The push rod 18 is hinged with the end part of the rocker 19 through a pin 21, and two ends of the pin 21 are respectively in threaded connection with nuts 22.
The upper ends of the four jacking pipes 17 are connected with spray heads 23, a plurality of upward spray holes 24 are distributed at the upper parts of the spray heads 23, and the inner cavities of the jacking pipes 17 are communicated with a compressed air source through air conveying pipes 25. The air delivery pipe 25 is a flexible pipe so as to meet the working condition requirement of vertical movement of the top pipe 17.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the flue gas firstly enters the annular inner cavity of the purification box 1 from the air inlet 9 of the purification box 1, after the filtering action of the outermost filter bag 6, the flue gas is discharged from the mouth part of the outermost filter bag 6, enters the annular inner cavity formed by the surrounding of the upper half section 7 of the outermost isolation cylinder 5 and the inner wall of the purification box 1, then enters the annular cavity formed by the surrounding of the lower half section 8 of the outermost isolation cylinder 5 and the lower half section 8 of the next outer isolation cylinder 5 through the communicating pipe 11, and the like until the flue gas is discharged from the inner cavity formed by the surrounding of the upper half section 7 of the innermost isolation cylinder 5, so that the multi-stage filter bag 6 of the flue gas is filtered; the driving motor 4 drives the rotating shaft 3 to rotate, the circular partition board 2 is driven to synchronously rotate by taking the rotating shaft 3 as an axis, the upper half section 7 and the lower half section 8 of each layer of isolating cylinder 5 are respectively and fixedly connected to the upper surface and the lower surface of the circular partition board 2, each isolating board and the circular partition board 2 realize synchronous rotation, the rotating circular partition board 2 simultaneously drives the filter bag 6 to rotate by taking the rotating shaft 3 as the axis, and dust on the outer surface of the filter bag 6 is peeled by centrifugal force generated by rotation.
