Abstract
The invention discloses a split type filtering system and a filtering method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems that a filter screen is easy to block, time and labor are wasted in cleaning, and the maintenance and the replacement are troublesome in the prior art. The system comprises a filter screen body and a pipeline, wherein a barrel-shaped screen plate is arranged at the upper part of the filter screen body, a hemispherical opening is arranged at the lower part of the filter screen body, a bell-mouthed matching base is connected above the pipeline, and the matching base is matched with the hemispherical opening; the filtering method comprises the following steps: (1) after being filtered by the barrel-shaped screen plate, a medium to be processed enters the pipeline from the hemispherical opening and the matching base; (2) the pipeline is communicated with a water inlet of the water pump, and the filtered medium enters the water pump through the pipeline and is discharged from a water outlet of the water pump. The invention adopts a flip-chip design, and the filter screen is cleaned and replaced by lifting through the self-weight sealing of the filter screen and the arrangement of a lifting device at the top.

Background
In the water treatment process, in order to prevent large particles, floccules and the like from entering the equipment, a filter screen is required to be added at the water inlet of the water pump for filtering impurities, and in the ceramic membrane filtration treatment process, in order to prevent the channel opening of the membrane tube from being blocked, the impurities with the diameter of more than 2-3mm are prevented from entering the equipment. Traditional wedge cage filter screen is fixed in the bottom of the pool more, punches a hole after long-term operation and blocks up easily, and the filter screen blocks up the back and just can wash after emptying the pond, wastes time and energy, influences normal equipment operation to when the filter screen overhauls the change, the weight is too big, needs the change of spending a large amount of manpowers. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the water treatment equipment, a filtering system which is not easy to block and convenient to overhaul and clean needs to be researched.

Furthermore, a hoisting device is connected above the filter screen body through a steel wire rope.

A filtering method using the split type filtering system comprises the following steps:

(2) the filtered medium enters the water pump through the pipeline and is discharged from a water outlet of the water pump.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the top of the water tank is provided with a lifting frame, a pulley and an electric winch, the electric winch is connected with the filter screen body through a steel wire rope, the filter screen body is lifted to the top of the water tank and cleaned, and the filter screen body is placed back into the water tank again after being cleaned.

A filtration method using the split-type filtration system of claim 1, comprising the steps of: (1) placing the filter screen body and a pipeline in a water tank, wherein the pipeline is communicated with a water inlet of a water pump, starting the water pump, and enabling a medium to be processed in the water tank to enter the pipeline from the hemispherical opening and the matching base after being filtered by the barrel-shaped screen plate;
(2) the filtered medium enters the water pump through the pipeline and is discharged from a water outlet of the water pump.
7. The filtration method of claim 6, further comprising the steps of: the top of the water tank is provided with a lifting frame, a pulley and an electric winch, the electric winch is connected with the filter screen body through a steel wire rope, the filter screen body is lifted to the top of the water tank and cleaned, and the filter screen body is placed back into the water tank again after being cleaned.
