The invention relates to an infusion pump control system which comprises a control module, a display module, a liquid level detection module, a sensor module, an alarm module and a driving module, wherein the display module, the liquid level detection module, the sensor module, the alarm module and the driving module are electrically connected with the control module, and the driving module is in driving connection with an infusion pump. The liquid level detection module is arranged on the outer wall of the infusion container and used for detecting liquid level data of the infusion container, and the liquid level data are displayed on the display module; the sensor module detects the infusion tube in real time, and detection data are displayed on the display module. The system can control and adjust the infusion flow and the infusion speed of the infusion pump, displays data on the display module in real time, detects the liquid level of the infusion container in real time through the liquid level detection module, and can trigger the alarm module to remind a nursing staff of timely dressing change once the liquid level is detected to be free from liquid or lower than a set value. The invention solves the technical problems of low safety, untimely detection and the like of the traditional infusion pump.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the infusion pump 5 outputs the liquid medicine according to preset data, monitors the pressure and output flow rate in the infusion tube in real time by a pressure sensor 31 and a flow rate sensor 32 installed in the infusion tube, and displays the obtained data on a liquid crystal display. Meanwhile, the displayed data is compared with a preset numerical value, and when the data is abnormal, the control module 1 automatically adjusts the data to be normal; the liquid level in the infusion bottle is monitored in real time through the liquid level detection module 2, data are displayed on the liquid crystal display, and once the liquid level is lower than a set minimum value, the alarm is triggered in time to give an alarm to remind medical staff of changing dressings.

a control module;

the liquid level detection module is electrically connected with the control module; the liquid level detection module is arranged on the infusion container and used for detecting liquid level data of the infusion container, and the liquid level data are displayed on the display module;
the sensor module is arranged in the infusion pipeline, is electrically connected with the control module and is used for detecting the infusion tube in real time, and detection data are displayed on the display module;
the alarm module is electrically connected with the control module, and gives an alarm when no liquid exists in the infusion container or the volume of the infusion container is lower than a set value;
the driving module is electrically connected with the control module and used for driving the infusion pump;
the drive module is in drive connection with the infusion pump.
