s3: mixing the concentrated solution subjected to carbon removal by filtration in S1 and the mannitol solution in S2, adding water for injection, opening a valve of the water for injection of the concentrated solution tank, flushing a pipeline of the concentrated solution tank with the water for injection to a diluted solution tank, merging a washing solution into a filtrate, issuing an intermediate product inspection report form by a laboratory of the quality assurance department after the intermediate product is qualified, calculating the weight of the water for injection supplement by a preparation group leader according to the content of the intermediate product, filtering by a 0.1-1.0 mu microporous membrane filter, and finally filling.
