As an embodiment of the present invention, an elastic cloth 71 is fixedly connected to an opening of the groove 58; the outer surface of the elastic cloth 71 is fixedly connected with a waterproof membrane 72; during operation, the elastic cloth 71 is used for keeping the opening of the groove 58 in a closed state all the time, and the waterproof membrane 72 is used for preventing the citicoline sodium concentrated solution from wetting the elastic cloth 71, so that the citicoline sodium concentrated solution can be prevented from entering the groove 58, waste of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution is avoided, and the whole using effect of the device is improved.
The working principle is as follows: pouring the citicoline sodium concentrated solution into a funnel 64, starting a motor 31 simultaneously, enabling the motor 31 to drive a U-shaped rod 32 to rotate, enabling one end of a first rod 33 at one end of the first rod 33 to be connected to the outer wall of the U-shaped rod 32 through a lantern ring 37, enabling the motor 31 to intermittently extrude a filter plate 34 through the first rod 33, enabling the filter plate 34 to swing as the filter plate 34 is rotatably connected to a rectangular groove 35, avoiding activated carbon particles from blocking the filter plate 34, further accelerating the filtration of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution, enabling the citicoline sodium concentrated solution filtered by the filter plate 34 to fall into the rectangular groove 35, then entering the inside of a box body 2 through the filtration of a filter screen 36, avoiding the phenomenon that the activated carbon particles fall into the inside of the box body 2, and enabling the filtration effect of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution to be better; when the motor 31 starts to operate, the motor 31 drives the cam 41 on the output shaft thereof to rotate, so that the cam 41 intermittently presses the first push plate 42, the first push plate 42 further slides downwards along the inner wall of the cavity 21, the second rod 43 is pressed, the second rod 43 is in ball joint with the third rod 44, the third rod 44 is pressed, and the third rod 44 rotates; when the cam 41 does not extrude the first push plate 42, the side wall of the third rod 44 is connected to the bottom of the cavity 21 through the spring, so that the third rod 44 returns to the initial position, and the third rod 44 is further used for beating the filter screen 36, thereby realizing the function of vibrating the filter screen 36, being convenient for shaking off the residual citicoline sodium concentrated solution on the filter screen 36, realizing the recovery of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution, and further avoiding the waste of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution; after the motor 31 drives the cam 41 to rotate, the cam 41 intermittently extrudes the first push plate 42, and then the L-shaped plate 51 at the bottom of the first push plate 42 moves downwards, so that the overlapped air bag 52 is extruded, after the overlapped air bag 52 is extruded, the gas in the overlapped air bag 52 enters the piston cylinder 53, and the push rod 54 is pushed to move downwards, so that the push rod 54 extrudes the second push plate 55, and then the second push plate 55 moves downwards along the guide rod 56, and then the residual citicoline sodium concentrated solution on the inner side wall of the box body 2 is scraped under the action of the scraper 57, and finally the citicoline sodium concentrated solution flows to the bottom of the box body 2 under the action of gravity, so that the citicoline sodium concentrated solution is recycled, and further the waste of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution is avoided; the citicoline sodium concentrated solution is poured into the funnel 64, the citicoline sodium concentrated solution is filtered by the filtering unit 3 to remove active carbon particles, when the citicoline sodium concentrated solution flows down from the filter screen 36, one part of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution falls into the discharging pipe 62, the other part of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution falls onto the top of the drainage plate 61, the other part of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution splashes onto the inner side wall of the box body 2, and the citicoline sodium concentrated solution falling onto the top of the drainage plate 61 and the inner side wall of the box body 2 finally flows along the drainage plate 61, so that the citicoline sodium concentrated solution enters the discharging pipe 62, and the drainage plate 61 is used for guiding the citicoline sodium concentrated solution to flow and facilitating the citicoline sodium concentrated solution to enter the discharging pipe; the elastic cloth 71 is used for enabling the opening of the groove 58 to be always in a closed state, and the waterproof membrane 72 is used for preventing the citicoline sodium concentrated solution from wetting the elastic cloth 71, so that the citicoline sodium concentrated solution can be prevented from entering the groove 58, waste of the citicoline sodium concentrated solution is avoided, and the overall using effect of the device is improved.

Claims (6)
1. A medicament for treating disturbance of consciousness and a preparation method thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: adding water for injection into the container A, adding the prescription amount of citicoline sodium, keeping the temperature at 5-100 ℃, adding the water for injection to prepare a citicoline sodium concentrated solution, adjusting the pH value with 0.1-3mol/L hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide solution, adding activated carbon, keeping the temperature for 5-55 minutes, and filtering and decarburizing by using a filtering device;
s2: adding water for injection into the container B, heating the container B to 5-100 ℃, then adding mannitol with a prescription amount, heating and stirring the mixture until the mannitol is completely dissolved, then adding water for injection at the temperature of 5-100 ℃, adding activated carbon according to 0.3-3 per mill (w/v) of the total volume of the mannitol solution, keeping the temperature for 5-55 minutes, and then filtering and decarburizing the mixture by using a filtering device;
s3: mixing the concentrated solution subjected to carbon removal by filtration in S1 and the mannitol solution in S2, adding water for injection, opening a valve of the water for injection of the concentrated solution tank, flushing a pipeline of the concentrated solution tank with the water for injection to a diluted solution tank, merging a washing solution into a filtrate, issuing an intermediate product inspection report form by a laboratory of the quality assurance department after the intermediate product is qualified, calculating the weight of the water for injection supplement by a preparation group leader according to the content of the intermediate product, filtering by a 0.1-1.0 mu microporous membrane filter, and finally filling.

A medicament for treating disturbance of consciousness and its preparation method as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the filtering device comprises a base (1), a box body (2) and a filtering unit (3); the box body (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1); the top of the box body (2) is arranged in an opening manner; the filtering unit (3) is arranged inside the box body (2); the filtering unit (3) comprises a motor (31), a U-shaped rod (32), a first rod (33), a filtering plate (34), a rectangular groove (35) and a filtering screen (36); the motors (31) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the side wall of the box body (2); the U-shaped rod (32) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor (31); the rectangular groove (35) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the box body (2); the filter plate (34) is rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the rectangular groove (35); one end of the first rod (33) is connected to the outer wall of the U-shaped rod (32) through a lantern ring (37), and the other end of the first rod is connected to the filter plate (34) in a ball joint mode; a through groove (38) is formed in the bottom of the rectangular groove (35); the filter screen (36) is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the through groove (38).

A medicament for treating disturbance of consciousness and its preparation method as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a cavity (21) is arranged in the wall body of the box body (2); a vibration mechanism is arranged in the cavity (21); the vibration mechanism comprises a cam (41), a first push plate (42), a second rod (43) and a third rod (44); the cam (41) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor (31); the first push plate (42) is connected to the inner wall of the cavity (21) in a sliding manner; one end of the third rod (44) is hinged to the bottom of the cavity (21), and the other end of the third rod is in contact with the filter screen (36); one end of the second rod (43) is in ball joint with the first push plate (42), and the other end of the second rod is in ball joint with the third rod (44).

A medicament for treating disturbance of consciousness and its preparation method as claimed in claim 3, wherein: a scraping mechanism is further arranged inside the cavity (21); the scraping mechanism comprises an L-shaped plate (51), a stacked air bag (52), a piston cylinder (53), a push rod (54), a second push plate (55), a guide rod (56) and a scraper (57); the piston cylinder (53) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cavity (21); the overlapped air bag (52) is fixedly connected to the top of the piston cylinder (53), and the overlapped air bag (52) is communicated with the overlapped air bag (52) of the piston cylinder (53); the top of the L-shaped plate (51) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the first push plate (42), and the bottom of the L-shaped plate is arranged at the top of the stacked air bag (52); a groove (58) is formed in the inner side wall of the box body (2); the guide rod (56) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the groove (58); the second push plate (55) is sleeved on the guide rod (56) and is in sliding connection with the guide rod (56); one end of the push rod (54) is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the piston cylinder (53), and the other end of the push rod is fixedly connected to the top of the second push plate (55); the scraping plate (57) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the second push plate (55).

A medicament for the treatment of disturbance of consciousness and process for its preparation as claimed in claim 4, wherein: drainage plates (61) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the bottom of the box body (2); the cross section of the drainage plate (61) is in a right-angled triangle shape; a discharge pipe (62) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the base (1); the top end of the discharge pipe (62) is opened in the box body (2); the top of the base (1) is also fixedly connected with a supporting plate (63); the top of the supporting plate (63) is provided with a funnel (64) in a penetrating way.
