1. A wound healing guard for surgical care comprising:
the air exchange windows are arranged on two opposite side walls of the protective shell and are plugged by gauze; a ventilation and air exchange mechanism is arranged in the protective shell and matched with the ventilation window, and the ventilation and air exchange mechanism is used for stirring air in the protective shell to form circulation; a certain amount of medicine adding mechanism is fixed at the top end of the protective shell;
the ring is used for being attached to the skin on the outer side of the wound and supporting the protective shell, and the adhesive tape is arranged on the outer side of the ring.

the electric ventilation mechanism comprises moving bodies arranged in a protective shell, each moving body is arranged corresponding to the side wall of the protective shell where the ventilation window is arranged, the outer side of each moving body is coated with a protective plate, a blocking piece is arranged on the protective plate corresponding to the ventilation window, one end of a connecting rod is fixedly connected to the middle part of the protective plate, and the other end of the connecting rod penetrates through the side wall of the protective shell and is fixedly connected with a piston rod of a cylinder body; the cylinder body is supported outside the protective shell through a supporting plate.
4. A wound healing guard for surgical care according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the dosing mechanism is an automatic dosing mechanism or a manual dosing mechanism.

The wound healing protection device for surgical nursing according to claim 4, wherein the automatic dosing mechanism comprises a peristaltic pump fixed at the top end of the protection shell, a liquid storage cylinder is clamped outside the protection shell and connected with a liquid inlet pipe of the peristaltic pump, and the liquid outlet pipe of the peristaltic pump penetrates through the top wall of the protection shell downwards and extends into the protection shell;
the manual quantitative dosing mechanism comprises a transfusion tube, the liquid outlet end of the transfusion tube penetrates through the top wall of the protective shell, and the liquid inlet end of the transfusion tube is connected with a quantitative injector; the quantitative injector is clamped with the outer side of the protective shell.

The wound healing protection device for surgical nursing according to claim 5, wherein the peristaltic pump is fixedly connected with the top wall of the protection shell, a liquid inlet pipe of the peristaltic pump is upwards connected with the liquid storage cylinder, a liquid outlet pipe of the peristaltic pump downwards penetrates through the top wall of the protection shell to extend into the protection shell, and a spray head is arranged at the bottom end of the liquid outlet pipe;
the infusion tube is connected with the top wall of the protective shell in a sealing and inserting way.
7. The wound healing guard for surgical care according to claim 6, further including a controller and a timer disposed within the interior of the guard housing sidewall; the controller is respectively electrically connected with the timer, the cylinder body and/or the peristaltic pump.
8. A wound healing guard for surgical care according to claim 3, wherein the mobile body is an air bag or a hollow block; the blocking piece is a sealing block which is in sealing fit with the inner side of the ventilation window under the action of the reset elastic piece.
9. A wound healing guard for surgical care according to claim 1, wherein an annular groove is provided inside the ring; the annular groove is used for filling the edge of the gauze.
10. The wound healing guard for surgical care according to claim 1, wherein the ring is a rubber ring or a silicone ring.
