The liquid stream of shower nozzle 20 sprays the direction can be towards the tooth all the time like this, and avoids direct liquid stream directly to spout to the gum to avoided the gum to receive the direct action of liquid stream, mixed hard particle hits under the effect and the injury phenomenon such as hemorrhage that appears in liquid stream impact force and liquid stream, effectively protected the gum healthy, make gum nursing type towards the tooth ware can compromise clean tooth and protection gum, is showing the user product experience who has promoted gum nursing type towards the tooth ware.
In other embodiments of the present application, the monitoring module 40 is configured to obtain the variation data of the liquid jet direction in real time and transmit the variation data back to the control module 50, and the control module 50 controls the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the nozzle 20 to the tooth direction according to the variation data.
Specifically, when the monitoring module 40 works, it can obtain the variation data of the liquid jet direction sprayed by the spray head 20 in real time, and after obtaining the variation data, it can transmit the variation data back to the control module 50, and the control module 50 can analyze and process the variation data, and finally control the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the spray head 20 to the tooth direction according to the processing result of the variation data. When the variation data returned by the monitoring module 40 is zero or within the allowable range, the control module 50 can determine that the spraying direction of the liquid flow sprayed by the spraying head 20 has not changed significantly, so that the driving mechanism 30 does not need to be controlled to operate.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the monitoring module 40 includes an image sensor 41, the image sensor 41 is configured to obtain oral cavity image information in real time when the liquid jet direction is directed to the teeth, and transmit the oral cavity image information back to the control module 50, the control module 50 compares the oral cavity image information with preset standard image information, and when the oral cavity image information does not match the standard image information, the control module 50 controls the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the nozzle 20 until the oral cavity image information matches the standard image information.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the change data is oral cavity image information when the liquid jet direction is directed toward the teeth. As a specific implementation manner of the monitoring module 40, the image sensor 41 may be disposed at the nozzle 21 of the nozzle 20, so that the image sensor can record the oral cavity image information synchronously while the nozzle 20 sprays the liquid flow to the oral cavity, and transmit the oral cavity image information back to the control module 50, the control module 50 can compare the oral cavity image information with the preset standard image information, and determine whether the oral cavity image information matches the standard image information, if the oral cavity image information does not match the standard image information, the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21 deviates from the direction toward the teeth, so that the control module 50 can control the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the nozzle 20, during this process, the real-time transmitted oral cavity image information and the standard image information are continuously compared until the oral cavity image information matches the standard image information, which indicates that the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21 faces the direction toward the teeth, the control module 50 can stop the driving mechanism 30 from rotating the nozzle 20, so as to realize real-time and dynamic effective correction of the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21, and the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21 is always kept in the direction towards the teeth.
Illustratively, the specific way to determine whether the oral cavity image information and the standard image information match is: after the monitoring module 40 acquires the oral cavity image information, the oral cavity image information can be converted into a corresponding electrical signal and then transmitted back to the control module 50, the control module 50 performs fitting comparison on the electrical signal and the electrical signal corresponding to the standard image information, if the fitting is successful, the oral cavity image information is matched with the standard image information, and if the fitting is failed, the oral cavity image information is not matched with the standard image information.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 6, the monitoring module 40 further includes a communication module 42, the communication module 42 is configured to upload the oral cavity image information to the cloud device, so that the cloud device matches the oral cavity image information with the pre-stored reference image information, and transmits the oral cavity image information that is successfully matched back to the control module 50 through the communication module 42, and the control module 50 uses the oral cavity image information as the standard image information. The communication module 42 may be a WIFI module, a 4G, a 5G or a bluetooth module. Both the communication module 42 and the control module may be disposed on the PCB board 51.
Specifically, as a method for acquiring the standard image information, the communication module 42 in the monitoring module 40 can upload the oral cavity image information to the cloud device, and the cloud device stores reference image information of oral cavities of users of various ages in a database formed by long-term training of the cloud device, where the reference image information is oral cavity image information when the liquid spraying direction of the spray head 20 is correctly oriented to the teeth, so that the cloud device can quickly compare the oral cavity image information uploaded by the communication module 42 with the reference image information and finally give one or more oral cavity image information successfully matched with the reference image information to the control module 50, and the control module 50 can use the oral cavity image information as the standard image information. Therefore, the accuracy of the standard image information is obviously improved, the accuracy of the control module 50 for judging whether the liquid spraying direction of the spray head 20 correctly faces to the teeth is also obviously improved, and meanwhile, the gum nursing type tooth flushing device is enabled to be better suitable for users of different ages due to the support of cloud equipment.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the monitoring module 40 further includes a light sensor 43, the light sensor 43 is configured to emit a detection light beam in a liquid jet direction and record a time interval value from when the detection light beam is emitted to when a reflected light beam of the detection light beam is acquired, the control module 50 is configured to compare the time interval value with a preset standard time length range, when the time interval value is out of the standard time length range, the control module 50 controls the image sensor 41 to acquire oral cavity image information, and the control module 50 compares the oral cavity image information with the preset standard image information, and when the oral cavity image information does not match the standard image information, the control module 50 controls the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the spraying head 20 until the oral cavity image information matches the standard image information.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the change data are oral cavity image information when the liquid flow ejection direction is directed toward the teeth and a time interval value between the detection light beam and the reflected light beam emitted in the liquid flow ejection direction by the light sensor 43. As another specific implementation manner of the monitoring module 40, on the basis of the image sensor 41, an optical sensor 43 may be further added, and the optical sensor 43 may also be disposed at the nozzle 21 of the nozzle 20, and may also play a role in supplementing light for the image sensor 41. The optical sensor 43 can emit the detection light beam to the spraying direction of the liquid flow synchronously while the spraying head 20 sprays the liquid flow to the oral cavity, then the optical sensor 43 can transmit the time interval value from the emission of the detection light beam to the reception of the reflected light beam of the detection light beam back to the control module 50, the control module 50 can compare the time interval value with a preset standard time length range and judge whether the time interval value exceeds the standard time length range, if so, the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21 deviates from the direction facing the teeth, and the control module 50 can control the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the spraying head 20 until the time interval value is within the standard time length range.
Or, the control module 50 may also synchronously determine whether the oral cavity image information is matched with the standard image information when determining whether the time interval value is within the standard time length range, and may determine that the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21 faces the direction of the teeth only when the time interval value is within the standard time length range and the oral cavity image information is matched with the standard image information, otherwise, control the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the spraying head 20 until the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21 faces the direction of the teeth, so that the double verification of the image detection and the light detection is realized, and the reliability of the spraying direction of the correction liquid flow is further improved.
Specifically, the detection principle of the optical sensor 43 is that when the optical sensor 43 emits the detection light beam to the tooth, the time interval value between the detection light beam and the reflected light beam is always within a certain range, and the range is a standard time length range, and when the time interval value is not within the range, the time interval value is smaller or larger, that is, the detection light beam is emitted to the oral cavity internal tissue such as tongue or gum, so that it can be determined that the ejection direction of the liquid flow does not face the tooth.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the monitoring module 40 further includes an angle sensor 44, the angle sensor 44 is configured to record a rotation angle range of the nozzle 20 when the oral cavity image information matches the standard image information, and mark the rotation angle range as a standard angle range, the angle sensor 44 is configured to record a real-time angle value of the nozzle 20 after acquiring the standard angle range, the control module 50 is configured to compare the real-time angle value with the standard angle range, and when the real-time angle value is outside the standard angle range, the control module 50 controls the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the nozzle 20 until the oral cavity image information matches the standard image information.
Specifically, the angle sensor 44 is added to the image sensor 41, so that the angle sensor 44 and the image sensor 41 can achieve the detection effect of cross validation. That is, when the image sensor 41 works, the angle sensor 44 works synchronously, the angle sensor 44 may continuously record the rotation angle information of the spraying head 20 with a virtual plane as a reference in advance, and when the oral cavity image information matches the standard image information, mark the rotation angle range where the spraying head 20 is located as a standard angle range, then may collect the rotation angle of the spraying head 20 in real time, and transmit the rotation angle information back to the control module 50, the control module 50 may compare the real-time angle value with the standard angle range, and when the real-time angle value is outside the standard angle range, it indicates that the spraying direction of the liquid flow is not toward the teeth, at this time, if the oral cavity image information transmitted back by the image sensor 41 also indicates that the spraying direction of the liquid flow is not toward the teeth, the control module 50 may control the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the spraying head 20, until the direction of the jet of liquid is directed towards the teeth. When the control module 50 conflicts with the judgment result of the angle sensor 44 and the judgment result of the image sensor 41, the driving mechanism 30 is still controlled to rotate the nozzle 20 until the spraying direction of the liquid flow is directed to the teeth. Therefore, the reliability of the spraying direction of the correction liquid flow is further improved.
Optionally, in order to avoid occupying the space near the nozzle 21 of the spraying head 20, the angle sensor 44 may be disposed at a position of the spraying head 20 close to the main body 10, so as to make the nozzle 21 as small as possible compared to the scheme of the image sensor 41+ the optical sensor 43, thereby improving the flexibility of the spraying head 20 extending into the oral cavity for cleaning.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the monitoring module 40 includes a light sensor 43, the light sensor 43 is configured to emit a detection light beam in a liquid jet direction, and is configured to record a time interval value from when the detection light beam is emitted to when a reflected light beam of the detection light beam is acquired, and to transmit the time interval value back to the control module 50, the control module 50 is configured to compare the time interval value with a preset standard time length range, and when the time interval value is outside the standard time length range, the control module 50 controls the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the nozzle 20 until the time interval value is within the standard time length range.
Specifically, as another implementation manner of the monitoring module 40, the monitoring module 40 may only have the optical sensor 43, the optical sensor 43 may emit the detection light beam to the spraying direction of the liquid flow synchronously while the spraying head 20 sprays the liquid flow to the oral cavity, then, the optical sensor 43 may transmit a time interval value from the emission of the detection light beam to the reception of the reflected light beam of the detection light beam back to the control module 50, the control module 50 may compare the time interval value with a preset standard time length range, and determine whether the time interval value exceeds the standard time length range, if so, it indicates that the spraying direction of the liquid flow of the nozzle 21 deviates from the direction toward the teeth, so that the control module 50 may control the driving mechanism 30 to rotate the spraying head 20 until the time interval value is within the standard time length range. This can effectively monitor the direction of the liquid stream, and also reduce the cost of implementing the monitoring module 40.
