In this way, the end cover 3 can be rotated around the transverse axis 111 by a certain angle, and then is fixed to the side of the housing 1 through the snap fit of the ribs 33 and the grooves 13, so as to close the opening 12. Of course, the inner wall of the end cap 3 may be formed with a groove to form a plurality of engaging portions, and the housing 1 may be provided with a corresponding rib structure on the outer peripheral side of the opening 12 to form an engaging portion for engaging with the plurality of engaging portions. In addition, in order to facilitate quick assembly of the end cap 3, the end cap 3 is not limited to providing a plurality of engagement portions only along the circumferential direction thereof, and a plurality of engagement portions may be arranged along the entire inner contour thereof, and the housing 1 is not limited to providing a plurality of engagement portions only on the outer circumferential side of the opening 12, and a plurality of engagement portions may be arranged along the side outer contour of the housing 1.
The surface cleaning head comprises a locking mechanism 4 for locking the end cap 3 in the locked position and a toggle mechanism 5 for rotating the end cap 3 from the locked position to the unlocked position, in particular, as shown in connection with fig. 6-10, 12, the locking mechanism 4 comprises a lock tongue 41, a first spring 42 and a locking portion. The lock tongue 41 is provided in the housing 1 so as to be movable in the lateral direction, and the first spring 42 is a spring having one end connected to the lock tongue 41 and the other end connected to the housing 1, and is stretched between the housing 1 and the lock tongue 41. The locking part is arranged on the end cover 3 and can be matched with the lock tongue in a clamping way. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the inner side wall of the end cap 3 is provided with a first protrusion 31 extending in the lateral direction, and the first protrusion 31 constitutes a locking portion. In the locked position, the locking tongue 41 is engaged with the lower surface of the first protrusion 31, and in the unlocked position, the locking tongue 41 is disengaged from the first protrusion 31, as shown in fig. 11 and 13. Of course, the locking portion is not limited to the structure of the protrusion extending outward in the lateral direction provided on the end cover 3, but may be a groove structure, and the locking tongue 41 may be in plug-in fit with the groove. The lock mechanism 4 has an unlock switch 43 operable by a user to unlock the lock mechanism, and the unlock switch 43 is provided on the housing 1.
The toggle mechanism 5 comprises a toggle member 51, a second spring 52 and an extension. The stirring piece 51 can be arranged on the shell 1 in a vertically movable way, and a second spring 52 is arranged between the shell 1 and the stirring piece 51, one end part of the spring is connected with the stirring piece 51, the other end part of the spring is connected with the shell 1, and the spring is tensioned between the stirring piece 51 and the shell 1. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the extension portion is fixedly provided on the inner side wall of the end cap 3 and extends in the lateral direction. The extension part is located on the moving path of the toggle member 51. The inner side wall of the end cap 3 is provided with a second protrusion 32 extending in the lateral direction, which second protrusion 32 constitutes an extension. In the locked position, the toggle member 51 is in abutting contact with the upper surface of the second protrusion 32, and the second spring 52 is in a compressed state. As shown in fig. 10 and 13, in the unlocking position, the second spring 52 applies a restoring elastic force to the toggle member 51, so that the toggle member 51 pushes the second protrusion 32 to move downward and disengage from the upper surface of the second protrusion 32, and thus the end cap 3 rotates around the transverse axis 111 by an angle, and finally the end cap 3 is opened from the opening 12. In other embodiments, the toggle member 51 is not limited to being disposed on the housing 1 in a manner of moving up and down, but may be disposed on the housing 1 in a manner of moving along a circumferential direction, that is, the housing 1 is provided with a chute extending along the circumferential direction, and the toggle member 51 is slidably connected in the chute along the circumferential direction. In this way, the poking piece 51 is more convenient to push the extension part to move and drive the end cover 3 to rotate by an angle, and the end cover 3 is more convenient to open from the opening 12.
The unlocking switch 43 can drive the lock tongue 41 to retract inwards and separate from the locking part by means of an external force so as to release the toggle piece 51 or extend outwards and be engaged with the locking part. As shown in fig. 10 and 12, before the user presses the unlocking switch 43, the lower end of the unlocking switch 43 is located at the top of the slope 411 of the lock tongue 41, the lock tongue 41 is engaged with the locking part of the end cover 3, and the toggle piece 51 is abutted against and in close contact with the extending part of the end cover 3, so that the end cover 3 is at the locking position; referring to fig. 11 and 13, after the user presses the unlocking switch 43, the lower end portion of the unlocking switch 43 is located at the slope bottom of the slope 411 of the lock tongue 41, the lock tongue 41 is disengaged from the locking portion of the end cover 3, the toggle member 51 pushes the extension portion downward under the elastic force of the spring, and the end cover 3 is rotated around the transverse axis 111 by an angle and then is switched from the locking position to the unlocking position.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, in order to facilitate the removal of the end cap 3 from the opening 12 of the housing 1, the end cap can be pulled out integrally with the roller brush 2, and the roller brush 2 is designed to be coaxially rotatably connected to the inner side wall of the end cap 3 at one end. Specifically, a sleeve 34 is provided on the inner side wall surface of the end cap 3, and the corresponding portion of the roll brush 2 is rotatably supported on the sleeve 34.
In the scheme, a user only needs to apply a smaller buckling force to the unlocking switch 43, so that the unlocking and rotating angle of the end cover can be simultaneously realized, the opening of the side part of the shell is opened, the end cover can be opened by one key, the operation can be realized by one hand, and the operation is more convenient.
In other embodiments, the locking mechanism is not limited to a lock tongue structure moving in a transverse direction to lock the end cover on the housing, but may be provided with a lock tongue structure stretching and clamping the end cover in a radial direction, and may be provided with a latch structure rotating in a circumferential direction to form the locking mechanism, that is, a latch structure preventing the end cover from rotating in the circumferential direction is arranged at the rotation joint of the end cover and the housing. In addition, the unlocking switch can also be designed to form a direct linkage triggering structure with the toggle piece, namely, when a user operates the unlocking switch, the locking of the locking mechanism can be simultaneously or firstly released, and the toggle piece is driven to act, so that one-key unlocking and the end cover rotating to the unlocking position are realized.
The above embodiments are provided to illustrate the technical concept and features of the present invention and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the same, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
