Specifically, the air inlet duct 16 is fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the dust cup 32, and when dust needs to be poured, the dust cup 32 and the air inlet duct 16 are detached from the main housing 10 as a whole, and then the dust is poured and installed back as a whole. The air inlet pipe 16 and the dust cup 32 are disassembled together, so that the connecting structure is reduced, and the handheld cleaning machine has simpler structure and more compact volume.
To facilitate support of the hand-held cleaner, the dust and air separation unit 30 further comprises a base surface, and at least part of the wall surface of the battery pack 50 and the base surface together support the hand-held cleaner. In this embodiment, the second duct 162 may be disposed above the first axis L1 and below the first axis L1, and the base surface is at least a portion of the bottom surface of the air inlet duct 16 when the second duct 162 is disposed below the first axis L1. I.e., at least a portion of the bottom surface of the air inlet duct 16 is coplanar with at least a portion of the bottom surface of the battery pack 50, thereby collectively supporting the hand-held cleaner. In another embodiment, the second conduit 162 is flush with or above the first axis L1, and the base surface is formed on a lower surface of the dirt cup 32, the lower surface of the dirt cup 32 being coplanar with a portion of the bottom surface of the battery pack 50, thereby collectively supporting the hand-held cleaner. Preferably, the base surface is parallel to the first axis L1.
The dust-air separating unit 30 is detachably connected to the main housing 10 and has a fitting wall, the battery pack 50 is located on one side of a plane of the fitting wall, a partition wall is provided between the dust collecting chamber 320 and at least a portion of the air inlet duct 16, and the handle 12 and the battery pack 50 are located on two sides of the partition wall, respectively. In one embodiment, the mating wall extends in a vertical direction, i.e., up and down in FIG. 2; the partition wall extends in the lateral direction, i.e., the front-rear direction in fig. 2. The fan assembly 20 at least partially overlaps the projection of the battery pack 50 in the direction of extension of the mating wall.
The battery 50 has a large mass with its center of gravity located approximately at its geometric center. As shown in fig. 2, the center of gravity of the handheld vacuum cleaner is substantially located on the center line parallel to the vertical direction, and in order to achieve better use effect and improve the holding experience, the center of gravity of the handheld vacuum cleaner is located in front of the center line of the battery pack 50 in the vertical direction. The center line of the battery pack 50 in the up-down direction passes through the handle 12.
Further, the battery pack 50 extends in a direction parallel to the first axis L1 and has a free end that is adjacent the rear of the hand held cleaner. Similarly, the handle 12 has a first end connected to the main housing 10 or the fan assembly 20 and a free end opposite the first end, the free end and the air inlet 160 being located at opposite ends of the hand-held cleaner. The free end of the battery pack 50 is closer to the air inlet 160 than the free end of the handle 12. That is, the handle 12 has a free end extending rearward in a direction parallel to the first axis L1, and the free end of the battery pack 50 is closer to the air inlet opening 160 than the free end of the handle 12. That is, the free end of the handle 12 is closer to the rear of the hand-held cleaner than the free end of the battery pack 50. Further, the free end of the battery pack 50 is closer to the air intake duct 16 than the free end of the handle 12. That is, the farthest position at which the handle 12 extends rearward is larger than the farthest position at which the battery pack 50 extends rearward, and a projection of the handle 12 in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the battery pack 50 at least partially protrudes from the battery pack 50. Therefore, a user can conveniently grip the tail of the handheld dust collector, and the weight part and the like are supported in front of the handle 12, so that dust collection operation is facilitated.
The hand-held cleaner may further include a dust suction pipe (not shown) having one end connected to the air inlet 160 and the other end connected to a dust suction working head (not shown) for contacting a cleaning surface to allow dust to enter the dust suction pipe along with the dust suction working head. The dust-absorbing working heads can be in various forms to adapt to different working surfaces, and one of the dust-absorbing working heads is directly connected to the air inlet or indirectly connected to the air inlet through an intermediate connecting piece such as a dust-absorbing pipe. The dust suction pipe can also be fixedly connected with the dust suction working head, or the dust suction pipe is directly constructed into a structure which is contacted with the cleaning surface for dust suction.
In one embodiment, a fan assembly 20 is disposed within the main housing 10, the fan assembly 20 being used to drive an air flow to create a negative pressure. The fan assembly 20 includes a motor and an impeller drivingly connected to the motor, and when the fan assembly 20 is in operation, the motor drives the impeller to rotate and generate a negative pressure under which suction is drawn into the dirt cup 32 through the air inlet.
In order to reduce the pollution of the outflow air to the external environment, the handheld dust collector further comprises an air inlet assembly and an air outlet assembly which are used for filtering the airflow. Wherein, the air inlet subassembly is located the low reaches of filter 34 in the air current flow direction, and fan subassembly 20's upper reaches, the filtering action of the air current through filter 34 after the separation through the air inlet subassembly filters most dust in the air current, can reduce the dust volume that gets into fan subassembly 20, reduces the pollution to fan subassembly 20. The air-out subassembly sets up in the circumference of motor for carry out further filtration to the air current and purify, make the external air of discharge satisfy the cleanliness factor requirement, avoid causing the pollution to external environment. Specifically, the air inlet assembly is a filter sponge, and the air outlet assembly is an air outlet HEPA.
The projection in a certain direction in the present application is understood to be a positional relationship of a planar light parallel to the direction, which is projected on a plane perpendicular to the direction by orthographic projection.
The above is only one embodiment of the present invention, and any other modifications based on the concept of the present invention are considered as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A hand-held cleaner, comprising:
a main housing;
a dust-gas separation unit for separating the gas stream, the dust-gas separation unit defining a first axis;
an air inlet in communication with the dust-air separation unit;
a fan assembly for driving an air flow to generate a negative pressure, the fan assembly disposed within the main housing;
the battery pack is electrically connected with the fan assembly and is used for providing electric energy for the operation of the fan assembly;
a handle connected to or integrally formed with the main housing, the handle having a gripping area for gripping by a user, the handle defining a second axis;
the first axis is substantially parallel to the second axis, the dust-gas separation unit, the fan assembly and the handle are sequentially arranged along the direction of the second axis, and the battery pack is located below the handle.
2. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1, wherein the battery pack defines a third axis and the fan assembly defines a fourth axis, the first, second, third, and fourth axes being parallel to one another.
3. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1, wherein the battery pack is removably mounted to the body of the hand-held cleaner, the removal direction of the battery pack being parallel to the second axis.
4. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1, wherein the handle has a first end connected to the main housing and a free end opposite the first end, the free end and the air inlet being located at opposite ends of the hand-held cleaner.
5. The hand-held cleaner of claim 4, wherein the handle extends in a straight line.
6. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1, wherein the dirt-air separation unit includes a dirt cup and a filter positioned within the dirt cup, the dirt cup being removably connected to the main housing.
7. The hand-held cleaner of claim 6, wherein the hand-held cleaner has an air inlet duct, the air inlet is provided at an end of the air inlet duct, and the dirt cup is removed together with the air inlet duct when removed.
8. The hand-held cleaner of claim 1, wherein the free end of the battery pack is closer to the air inlet than the free end of the handle.
9. The hand-held vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the hand-held vacuum cleaner comprises an air inlet duct, the dust-air separation unit comprises a dust collection chamber, a partition wall is provided between the dust collection chamber and at least a part of the air inlet duct, and the handle and the battery pack are respectively located on two sides of the partition wall.
10. The hand-held cleaner of claim 9, wherein at least a portion of the air inlet duct and at least a portion of the battery pack cooperate to support the hand-held cleaner.
