In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the cover seat 102 is provided with an opening and closing groove 1022, and the driving mechanism 30 further includes a third driving assembly, which is in transmission connection with the cylinder cover 101 and is used for driving the third driving assembly to open and close; the third drive assembly includes: the rotating shaft 308 is connected with the cylinder cover 101, a first end of the rotating shaft 308 is rotatably connected with the cover seat 102, a second end of the rotating shaft 308 passes through the opening and closing groove 1022 and extends outwards for a section, and a bearing can be arranged at the connection position of the rotating shaft 308 and the cover seat 102; a fifth gear 309 and a sixth gear 310 which are meshed with each other, wherein the sixth gear 310 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 308; and the third motor 311 is in transmission connection with the fifth gear 309 and is used for driving the fifth gear 309 to rotate so as to drive the cylinder cover 101 to rotate to open or close the smoke suction port 1021. The third motor 311 may be a stepping motor. The third motor 311 drives the fifth gear 309 to rotate, and drives the cylinder cover 101 to rotate 180 degrees and enter the opening and closing groove 1022, so that the smoking port 1021 is exposed, and smoking can be achieved; the third motor 311 drives the fifth gear 309 to rotate reversely, so as to drive the cylinder cover 101 to rotate reversely by 180 degrees, and the smoke suction port 1021 is closed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the ashtray further comprises a control assembly 50, the control assembly 50 comprising: a signal emitter 502 disposed on the cover 10; the signal receiver 503 is arranged on the main body 20, and when the cylinder cover 101 is opened, the signal receiver 503 can receive a signal sent by the signal transmitter 502; a controller 501 arranged to control the second drive assembly to drive the butt soak box 204 up when the signal receiver 503 is able to receive the signal from the signal transmitter 502; when the signal receiver 503 fails to receive the signal, the second drive assembly is controlled to drive the butt soak box 204 downward. When the cylinder cover 101 rotates to enter the opening and closing groove 1022, the smoking port 1021 is exposed, the signal receiver 503 can receive a signal sent by the signal transmitter 502, and the controller 501 controls the cigarette end soaking box 204 to ascend; when the cylinder cover 101 rotates 180 degrees reversely to close the smoking port 1021, the signal sent by the signal transmitter 502 is blocked, the signal receiver 503 cannot receive the signal, the controller 501 controls the cigarette stub soaking box 204 to descend, and further automation of ashtray smoking extinguishing is achieved. Both the signal transmitter 502 and the signal receiver 503 may employ one of laser or infrared.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 13, the control assembly 50 further includes a switch 505, the switch 505 being disposed on top of the lid base 102. The switch 505 is connected to the controller 501, and the third motor 311 is controlled to operate to open or close the cylinder head 101 by the switch 505 and the controller 501.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 and 13, a positioning element 504 is disposed on the inner wall of the main body 20, the positioning element 504 is used for detecting the lowest position of the cigarette end soaking box 204, when the positioning element 504 detects that the cigarette end soaking box 204 is lowered to the required position, a corresponding electric signal is sent to the controller 501, the controller 501 controls the second motor 304 to stop running, and simultaneously controls the first motor 301 to run, so as to drive the rotating plate 203 to rotate 180 degrees, and cigarette ash or cigarette ends are pushed into the cigarette end collecting box 202.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, the ashtray further includes a power supply module 506, and the power supply module 506 can be a lithium battery. Specifically, the side of the main body 20 may be provided with a battery storage case, and a battery storage case cover is provided outside, and the lithium battery is installed in the battery storage case.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electrical connection is completed by the electrical parts in sequence, the detailed connection means is the known technology in the field, the working principle and the process are mainly described below, and the electrical control is not described.
The following types and roles of electrical components in the present application include, but are not limited to, the following manufacturer models:
the switch 505 can be an AR 101-single-channel capacitance induction type touch ic/touch chip, and is a normally-off switch 505; when the touch switch 505 is pressed, the ashtray cover 101 is opened, and when the touch switch 505 is pressed, the ashtray cover 101 is closed.
The controller 501 may be a 51-series single chip microcomputer. The micro control ers of the single chip microcomputer is an integrated circuit chip, which adopts the super large scale integrated circuit technology to integrate the functions of a central processing unit CPU with data processing capacity, a random access memory RAM, a read only memory ROM, various I/O ports, an interrupt system, a timer/counter and the like, and can also comprise a display driving circuit, a pulse width modulation circuit, an analog multiplexer, an A/D converter and the like on a silicon chip to form a small and perfect microcomputer system, and the micro control ers are widely applied to the field of industrial control.
The position-in element 504 can be an ohm dragon EE-SY1200 reflection type photoelectric sensor, and detects whether an object exists or not by detecting the light reflected by the object.
It should be noted that the electrical components and their interconnection in the present invention are the prior art, and the present application does not improve the internal structure thereof.
The working principle of one embodiment of the invention is as follows: when the ashtray is used, the cylinder cover 101 of the ashtray is automatically opened by pressing the external switch 505, and the cigarette butt soaking box 204 also automatically ascends, so that the cigarette butt containing box 201 is soaked in the cigarette butt soaking box 204, and cigarette ash and cigarette butt can be conveniently contained in the smoking process; after smoking, the ashtray cover 101 of the ashtray is automatically closed by pressing the switch 505, the cigarette butt soaking box 204 automatically descends, the cigarette butt containing box 201 is separated from the cigarette butt soaking box 204, and after the cigarette butt soaking box 204 returns to the original position, the rotating plate 203 of the cigarette butt containing box 201 automatically rotates to dial the cigarette butt in the cigarette butt containing box 201 into the cigarette butt collecting box 202 through the rotating plate 203.
The ashtray with smoke extinguishing and automatic collecting functions of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, however, it should be noted that those skilled in the art may make modifications, alterations and adaptations on the basis of the foregoing disclosure without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The invention includes the specific embodiments described above and any equivalents thereof.

Claims (10)

1. An ashtray with the functions of extinguishing cigarettes and automatically collecting, which is characterized by comprising a cover body (10), a main body (20) connected with the cover body (10) and a driving mechanism (30), wherein:
the cover body (10) comprises a cylinder cover (101) and a cover seat (102), a smoke suction port (1021) is arranged on the cover seat (102), and the cylinder cover (101) is arranged at the smoke suction port (1021) in an openable and closable manner;
a cigarette end containing box (201) and a cigarette end collecting box (202) are arranged in the main body (20); a rotating plate (203) is arranged on one side of the cigarette butt containing box (201), an accommodating space (2013) with an open top is formed by the rotating plate (203) and the cigarette butt containing box (201) in an enclosing mode, and the open top of the accommodating space (2013) corresponds to the smoking port (1021); the cigarette butt collecting box (202) is connected with the cigarette butt containing box (201), and the top of the cigarette butt collecting box is open;
a cigarette butt soaking box (204) is further arranged in the main body (20), and a containing space (2041) for containing liquid is arranged in the cigarette butt soaking box (204); and
the driving mechanism (30) comprises a first driving component and a second driving component, the first driving component is in transmission connection with the rotating plate (203) and is used for driving the rotating plate (203) to rotate 180 degrees so as to poke the cigarette ash or cigarette butts in the accommodating space (2013) into the cigarette butt collecting box (202); the second driving component is in transmission connection with the cigarette end soaking box (204) and is used for driving the cigarette end soaking box (204) to ascend until the liquid enters the containing space (2013) or descend until the liquid is below the cigarette end containing box (201).
2. Ashtray with extinguishing and automatic collecting functions according to claim 1, characterized in that the section of said stub containing box (201) is semicircular, and the length of said rotating plate (203) is the same as the inner diameter of said stub containing box (201).

Ashtray with smoke extinguishing and automatic collecting functions according to claim 1, wherein a first rotating part (2031) is connected to a first end of the rotating plate (203), the first rotating part (2031) is in transmission connection with the first driving assembly, a second rotating part (2032) is connected to a second end of the rotating plate (203), and the second rotating part (2032) is in rotatable connection with the butt containing box (201).

Ashtray with smoke extinguishing and automatic collecting functions according to claim 3, wherein the first end of the rotating plate (203) is provided with a connecting block (2033), and the first rotating part (2031) is provided with a positioning groove (2034) matched with the connecting block (2033).

Ashtray with smoke suppression and automatic collection functions according to claim 3, wherein the first driving assembly comprises a first motor (301) and a first gear (302) and a second gear (303) which are meshed with each other, an output shaft of the first motor (301) is connected with the first gear (302), and the second gear (303) is sleeved on the first rotating part (2031).

Ashtray with smoke extinguishing and automatic collecting functions according to claim 1, wherein the cigarette butt collecting box (202) is connected with the cigarette butt containing box (201) through a guide plate (40), the first end of the guide plate (40) is rotatably connected with the top of the cigarette butt collecting box (202) through a rotating shaft (401), and the second end is arranged at the edge of the cigarette butt containing box (201); and a return spring (402) is arranged on the rotating shaft (401).

Ashtray with smoke suppression and automatic collection function according to claim 1, wherein said second drive assembly comprises a second motor (304), a support column (305) connected to said stub steeping box (204) and a third gear (306), said third gear (306) being connected to an output shaft of said second motor (304); the supporting column (305) is provided with a first belt tooth part (3051), and the first belt tooth part (3051) is in meshed connection with the third gear (306).

Ashtray with smoke suppression and automatic collection functions according to claim 7, wherein a second toothed portion (3052) corresponding to the first toothed portion (3051) is further disposed on the supporting column (305), a fourth gear (307) is engaged with the second toothed portion (3052), and the fourth gear (307) is rotatably connected to the main body (20).

Ashtray with smoke suppression and automatic collection functions according to claim 1, wherein an opening and closing groove (1022) is formed in the cover seat (102), the driving mechanism (30) further comprises a third driving assembly, and the third driving assembly is in transmission connection with the cylinder cover (101) and is used for driving the third driving assembly to open and close; the third drive assembly includes:
the rotating shaft (308) is connected with the cylinder cover (101), the first end of the rotating shaft (308) is rotatably connected with the cover base (102), and the second end of the rotating shaft (308) penetrates through the opening and closing groove (1022) and extends outwards for a section;
a fifth gear (309) and a sixth gear (310) which are meshed with each other, wherein the sixth gear (310) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (308);
and the third motor (311) is in transmission connection with the fifth gear (309) and is used for driving the fifth gear (309) to rotate so as to drive the cylinder cover (101) to rotate to open or close the smoke suction port (1021).
10. Ashtray with smoke suppression and automatic collection function according to claim 1, further comprising a control assembly (50), wherein said control assembly (50) comprises:
a signal emitter (502) arranged on the cover body (10);
the signal receiver (503) is arranged on the main body (20), and when the cylinder cover (101) is opened, the signal receiver (503) can receive a signal sent by the signal transmitter (502);
a controller (501) arranged to control the second drive assembly to drive the butt infusion cassette (204) up when the signal from the signal transmitter (502) is receivable by the signal receiver (503); controlling the second drive assembly to drive the butt dipping cartridge (204) down when the signal receiver (503) fails to receive the signal.
