Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of drying equipment, and particularly relates to an adjustable apple heat pump drying system.
Background
In air source heat pump drying process, the required heat of the drying process of material is different in each stage, if in apple drying process, needs fast drying in earlier stage drying process to prevent that the apple from oxidizing and discolouring, influence the stoving effect of apple, and in the apple stoving later stage, its required heat reduces, and extravagant current situation will appear in the energy of unit. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art and provides an adjustable apple heat pump drying system which is reasonable in structural layout, low in energy consumption and capable of performing early-stage fast drying and later-stage continuous drying on apples in two drying ovens.

the fourth drying system also comprises a fourth liquid storage tank, a fourth electronic expansion valve, a fourth evaporator, a fourth gas-liquid separator, a fourth compressor and a fourth oil separator which are sequentially connected with the downstream of the sixth condenser, and the fourth oil separator is connected with a sixth electromagnetic valve.
The first evaporator and the second evaporator are a group and share a first evaporation fan, and the third evaporator and the fourth evaporator are a group and share a second evaporation fan.
The preset evaluation value is the weight change rate beta of the apples before and after intervention by the second drying system and the third drying system.
The weight change rate beta is more than or equal to 60 percent.

after the cut apples are placed in the second oven 62, the second drying system 2, the third drying system 3 and the fourth drying system 4 heat the second oven 62 together, when the preset evaluation value is reached, the second drying system 2 and the third drying system 3 stop heating the second oven 62, and the fourth drying system 4 still continuously heats.
In the embodiment, first drying system 1 includes a first condenser 51 in communication with first oven 61; the second drying system 2 comprises a second condenser 52 communicated with the first oven 61, and a third condenser 53 communicated with the second oven 62; third drying system 3 comprises a fourth condenser 54 in communication with first oven 61, and a fifth condenser 55 in communication with second oven 62; the fourth drying system 4 comprises a sixth condenser 56 communicated with a second oven 62; the second condenser 52 and the third condenser 53 are connected in parallel, and a first conversion device for controlling the flow direction of a condensing medium is arranged between the second condenser 52 and the third condenser 53; the fourth condenser 54 and the fifth condenser 55 are connected in parallel, and a second switching device for controlling the flow direction of the condensing medium is arranged between the fourth condenser 54 and the fifth condenser 55.
In the embodiment, the first switching device includes the second solenoid valve 521 independently controlling the second condenser 52, and the third solenoid valve 531 independently controlling the third condenser 53; the second switching device includes a fourth solenoid valve 541 that independently controls the fourth condenser 54, and a fifth solenoid valve 551 that independently controls the fifth condenser 55. In the embodiment, the first condenser 51 is also provided with a first electromagnetic valve 511 capable of independently controlling the condensing medium of itself; the sixth condenser 56 is provided with a sixth solenoid valve 561 capable of independently controlling its own condensing medium. In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the second condenser 52 and the fourth condenser 54 form a herringbone corner facing the first condenser 51, and the first condensing fan 71 is enclosed by the second condenser 52 and the fourth condenser 54; the third condenser 53 and the fifth condenser 55 are formed into a herringbone corner facing the sixth condenser 56, and the second condensing fan 72 is enclosed by the third condenser 53 and the fifth condenser 55.
In the embodiment, the first drying system 1 further includes a first liquid storage tank 11, a first electronic expansion valve 12, a first evaporator 13, a first gas-liquid separator 14, a first compressor 15 and a first oil separator 16, which are connected in sequence downstream of the first condenser 51, and the first oil separator 16 is connected to the first solenoid valve 511;

the third drying system 3 further comprises a third liquid storage tank 31, a third electronic expansion valve 32, a third evaporator 33, a third gas-liquid separator 34, a third compressor 35 and a third oil separator 36 which are connected in sequence at the downstream of the fourth condenser 54 and the fifth condenser 55, wherein the third oil separator 36 is respectively connected to a fourth solenoid valve 541 and a fifth solenoid valve 551;
the fourth drying system 4 further includes a fourth reservoir 41, a fourth electronic expansion valve 42, a fourth evaporator 43, a fourth gas-liquid separator 44, a fourth compressor 45, and a fourth oil separator 46, which are connected in sequence downstream of the sixth condenser 56, and the fourth oil separator 46 is connected to a sixth solenoid valve 561.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first evaporator 13 and the second evaporator 23 share a set of one first evaporation fan 81, and the third evaporator 33 and the fourth evaporator 43 share a set of one second evaporation fan 82.
In the embodiment, the preset evaluation value is the weight change rate β of the apples before and after the intervention by the second drying system 2 and the third drying system 3.

the fourth drying system (4) further comprises a fourth liquid storage tank (41), a fourth electronic expansion valve (42), a fourth evaporator (43), a fourth gas-liquid separator (44), a fourth compressor (45) and a fourth oil separator (46) which are sequentially connected to the downstream of the sixth condenser (56), and the fourth oil separator (46) is connected to a sixth electromagnetic valve (561).
