Abstract

The invention provides a machine shell and a mower. The shell comprises a shell body with a sealed inner part and is positioned outside the main body part of the mower; a functional hole formed on the shell and communicating the inside and the outside of the shell; and a function module selectively detachably installed at the function hole to detect a sealing state of the case or maintain a balance of air pressure inside and outside the case. Compared with the prior art, the mower has the advantages that the functional holes are formed in the shell, so that the functional modules can be selectively installed through the functional holes, the air filter cover or the airtight nozzle can be installed at the functional holes according to requirements, and the sealing state of the mower can be conveniently detected or the internal and external air pressure balance of the mower can be realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a machine shell and a mower, in particular to a structure for detecting the air tightness of the mower and balancing the air pressure inside and outside the mower.
Background
The intelligent lawn mower is a robot for maintaining a lawn, has the advantages of intellectualization, modernization, environmental protection, liberation of hands and the like, and is more and more favored by markets and consumers. Because the intelligent mower has the characteristic of autonomous outdoor work, and the protection of rainy and humid weather on water vapor is particularly important, all the combined parts of the mower body need to be sealed.
However, the sealing parts are likely to be neglected to be installed when the number of the sealing parts is large, and the air in the cavity of the intelligent mower expands or contracts along with the temperature change to apply pressure to the housing when the sealing part is sealed too well.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a machine shell and a mower, which can detect the sealing state of the mower and realize the balance of the internal air pressure and the external air pressure of the mower.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a casing comprising: an internally sealed housing; a functional hole formed on the shell and communicating the inside and the outside of the shell; and a function module selectively detachably installed at the function hole to detect a sealing state of the case or maintain air pressure balance inside and outside the case.
As a further improvement of the invention, the functional module is an air filter cover to balance air pressure inside and outside the shell.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the air filter cover comprises: a base adapted to be mounted at the functional hole; a mounting portion extending outward from the base portion; and the mounting part is fixed with the shell through a fastener.
As a further improvement of the invention, the two mounting parts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the base part.
As a further improvement of the invention, the functional module is an airtight charging nozzle which is matched with a barometer to detect the airtightness inside the shell.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the airtight charging nozzle comprises: a body part installed at the functional hole; an assembling portion extending outward from the main body portion.
As a further improvement of the invention, the body part is provided with an inflation tube which protrudes outwards and is connected with the barometer; the extending direction of the assembling part is vertical to the extending direction of the charging pipe.
As a further improvement of the invention, the assembling parts are provided with two parts which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the body part; the assembling portion is fixed to the housing by a fastener.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a lawn mower comprising: a housing; the control assembly is positioned in the shell and used for controlling the mower to work; wherein the housing comprises: an internally sealed housing; a functional hole formed on the shell and communicating the inside and the outside of the shell; and a function module selectively detachably installed at the function hole to detect a sealing state of the case or maintain air pressure balance inside and outside the case.
As a further improvement of the invention, the functional module is an air filter cover to balance air pressure inside and outside the housing of the mower in a working state.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the air filter cover comprises: a base adapted to be mounted at the functional hole; a mounting portion extending outward from the base portion; and the mounting part is fixed with the shell through a fastener.
As a further improvement of the invention, the two mounting parts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the base part.
As a further improvement of the invention, the functional module is an airtight charging nozzle which is matched with an air pressure gauge to detect the airtightness inside the shell of the mower in the non-working state.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 9, 10, 12 and 14, the present invention provides a cabinet 100 including: an internally sealed housing 110; a functional hole (shielded by the air filter cover 120, not shown) opened on the housing 110 to communicate the inside and outside of the housing 110; and a function module selectively detachably installed at the function hole to detect a sealing state of the case or maintain air pressure balance inside and outside the case.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1-4, when the functional module is an air filter cover 120, the air pressure inside and outside the housing 110 can be balanced when the mower is in operation. The air filter cover 120 includes a base portion 121 installed at the functional hole for ventilating air, and a mounting portion 122 extending outward from the base portion 121. The base 121 is provided with corresponding air holes 1211, which can also be made of air permeable material to achieve the purpose of air permeability. The two mounting portions 122 are provided, and the two mounting portions 122 extend from the base portion 121 in two opposite directions to be symmetrically disposed at both sides of the base portion 121. The air filter cover 120 mechanically secures the mounting portion 122 to the housing 110 via fasteners. The fastener may be any suitable component such as a screw, bolt, or snap-fit, without limitation. Optionally, the mounting portion 122 is provided with a corresponding mounting hole 1221, so that the mounting portion 122 and the housing 110 are mechanically fixed by a screw.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, the mounting inner side (the side close to the casing) of the air filter cover 120 is further provided with a stud 1222, and the stud 1222 is located at the edge of the mounting portion 122 and is adapted to the hole on the casing for limiting the position of the air filter cover 120 when mounting. The mounting portion 122 is provided with a slope on the mounting outer side (the side away from the housing) of the air filter cover 120, and the base portion 121 gradually protrudes out of the housing when the mounting of the air filter cover 120 is completed.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 5-8, when the functional module is an airtight charging nozzle 130, the airtightness of the casing may be detected by a pressure gauge. The airtight nozzle 130 includes a body portion 131 installed at the functional hole and an assembling portion 132 extending outward from the body portion 131. The two assembling portions 132 are provided, and the two assembling portions 132 extend from the main body 131 to two opposite directions to be symmetrically provided at both sides of the main body. An outward-protruding inflation tube 133 is arranged on the outer side (the side far away from the main body) of the main body 131 to connect with the barometer to detect the airtightness of the mower. The extending direction of the assembling portion 132 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the charging pipe 133. The airtight nozzle 130 mechanically fixes the assembly portion 132 and the housing 110 by a fastener (not shown). The fasteners may be suitable components such as screws, bolts, etc., without limitation. Optionally, the assembling portion 132 is provided with a corresponding assembling hole 1321, so that the assembling portion 132 and the housing 110 are mechanically fixed by a screw. And the outer side (the side away from the housing) of the assembling portion 132 is provided with a slope so that the body portion 131 gradually protrudes out of the housing when the airtight charging nozzle 130 is completely installed.
According to the invention, different functional modules can be installed at the functional holes manually or in other manners, so that the sealing state can be conveniently detected or the balance of the air pressure inside and outside the shell 110 can be realized, and the functional requirements of the mower in different working states can be met. When in the working state, the air filter cover 120 is used by the mower to balance the air pressure inside the housing 110 of the mower with the outside; for another example, when the air tightness needs to be detected, the air filter cover 120 is replaced by the air-tight inflation nozzle 130, then the rubber tube is sleeved on the inflation tube 133 of the air-tight inflation nozzle 130, and whether the upper limit of the inflation pressure and the pressure maintaining capability meet the standard is detected by the pressure gauge, so as to detect whether the sealing is reliable.
In addition, the present invention also discloses a lawnmower comprising: a housing; and the control component is positioned in the shell (not shown) to control the mower to work, and the control component and related circuits of the control component can be protected, protected against water and dust and the like through the sealing performance of the shell. Optionally, a movable upper cover is arranged on the casing to be matched with the casing for use, so that a protection effect is achieved.
Optionally, the type and the type of the mower are not limited, and the sealing state can be conveniently detected or the air pressure balance inside and outside the housing can be realized through the housing and the functional module thereon, so that the functional requirements of the mower in different working states can be met. The following two types of lawn mowers are listed for illustrating the assembly relationship and the operation process of the functional module in the lawn mowers, but should not be construed as limiting the models of the lawn mowers.
As shown in fig. 9-11, the present invention also discloses a first mower comprising: a housing 100; and the control component is positioned in the shell (not shown) to control the mower to work, and the control component and related circuits of the control component can be protected, protected against water and dust and the like through the sealing performance of the shell. Optionally, a movable upper cover 200 is arranged on the casing to cooperate with the casing for protection.
Optionally, the casing 100 includes: an internally sealed housing 110; a functional hole formed in the housing 110 to communicate the inside and outside of the housing; and a function module selectively detachably installed at the function hole to detect a sealing state of the case or maintain air pressure balance inside and outside the case. Optionally, referring to fig. 11, the lawn mower further comprises: a cutter assembly 300 positioned at the bottom of the casing 100 and a traveling assembly 400 positioned at the bottom of both sides of the casing. Wherein the cutter assembly 300 includes a cutter head 310 at the bottom of the housing for mounting the cutter. The travel assembly 400 includes a pair of travel wheels 410 and a pair of universal wheels 420 disposed in front of the travel wheels 410. The mower can work by, but not limited to, carrying out mowing action by the cutting knife assembly or driving the mower to walk by the walking assembly. In this embodiment, the lawn mower is an intelligent lawn mower, but may be other types of intelligent or non-intelligent garden lawn mowers or equipment, and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 12-14, the present invention also discloses a second lawnmower comprising: a housing 100; and the control component is positioned in the shell (not shown) to control the mower to work, and the control component and related circuits of the control component can be protected, protected against water and dust and the like through the sealing performance of the shell. Optionally, a movable upper cover 200 is arranged on the casing to cooperate with the casing for protection.
Optionally, referring to fig. 14, the lawn mower further comprises: a cutter assembly 300 positioned at the bottom of the casing 100 and a traveling assembly 400 positioned at the bottom of both sides of the casing. Wherein the cutter assembly 300 comprises a cutter head 310 at the bottom of the housing for mounting the cutter; the cutter protecting disc 320 is positioned below the cutter disc 310 and plays a role in protecting the cutting knife. The travel assembly 400 includes a pair of travel wheels 410 and a universal wheel 420 disposed in front of the travel wheels 410. The mower can work by, but not limited to, carrying out mowing action by the cutting knife assembly or driving the mower to walk by the walking assembly. In this embodiment, the lawn mower is an intelligent lawn mower, but may be other types of intelligent or non-intelligent garden lawn mowers or equipment, and is not limited herein.
In the scheme, the first mower and the second mower respectively comprise a machine shell and a functional module positioned on the machine shell, the functional modules are similar in structure and same in function, and are only limited to the appearance structure of the mower and other designs of the machine shell, the installation positions and the matching relation of the functional modules are different, the structure of the functional modules cannot be substantially improved, the working processes of the functional modules in the two mowers are basically the same, and the functional modules can be mutually referred.
Of course, referring to fig. 15, the operation of two lawn mowers of the present invention is as follows, including: selecting an airtight charging nozzle as a functional module; the airtight charging nozzle is matched with a barometer for use so as to detect the sealing state of the shell; replacing the air filter cover as a functional module; the control component controls the mower to work; and the air filter cover balances the air pressure inside and outside the shell.
Specifically, before the mower works, the airtight charging nozzle is manually selected as a functional module, then an assembling part of the airtight charging nozzle is mechanically fixed with the shell through a fastener, then the airtight charging nozzle is matched with a barometer for use, and whether the sealing state of the shell is qualified is detected; when the sealing state is qualified, replacing the air filter cover as a functional module to replace the airtight nozzle, and mechanically fixing the mounting part of the air filter cover and the shell by using a fastening piece; then the control assembly controls the mower to work, and air pressure inside and outside the machine shell can be balanced through the air filter cover in the working process of the mower.
In summary, the housing of the present invention is provided with the functional hole, so that the functional hole can be used to selectively mount the functional module, and further, the air filter or the airtight nozzle can be selected to be mounted at the functional hole according to the requirement, thereby facilitating the detection of the sealing state of the housing or the realization of the internal and external air pressure balance of the housing, and the housing of the present invention can be used for a lawn mower, and is also suitable for other housings or devices having an internal sealed housing.
