The present invention provides a hearing aid comprising: a top shell; the sound input device is arranged at the bottom side of the top shell; the circuit board is arranged at the bottom side of the top shell and is arranged at one side of the sound input device; the microprocessor is arranged on the circuit board, is electrically connected with the circuit board and is electrically connected with the sound input device; the sound output device is arranged on one side of the circuit board, is arranged on the bottom side of the sound input device and is electrically connected with the microprocessor; and the bottom shell is arranged at the bottom side of the circuit board.
