Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of safe operation of electric power facilities, in particular to a method and a system for preventing misoperation and locking of a circuit breaker.
Background
In the technical field of power system safety, five aspects (short for five-prevention) are particularly emphasized in the anti-misoperation locking operation, namely, the circuit breaker (switch) is prevented from being opened and closed by mistake; the isolating switch is prevented from being switched on and off under load; preventing the charged hanging (closing) of a grounding wire (a grounding switch); preventing power transmission with ground wire; prevent the wrong entering into the electrified interval. The last four conditions can realize misoperation prevention through forced locking measures, such as mechanical interlocking, electrical interlocking or microcomputer five-prevention and other technical measures, and the 'preventing of mistakenly opening and closing the circuit breaker (switch)' only has prompt measures for technical reasons, and no effective technical means is available for locking the misoperation of the circuit breaker, so that the risk of mistakenly opening and closing the circuit breaker (switch) exists.
The anti-misoperation locking device can prevent safety accidents and ensure the personal safety of workers, but if the workers go wrong due to negligence and do not confirm the equipment numbers, the possibility of power failure caused by closing the normally operated equipment can exist, the possibility of misoperation of the normally operated circuit breaker by non-specified people also exists, and in the occasion with more circuit breakers, if the anti-misoperation locking device cannot effectively manage the circuit breaker, the misoperation can be easily caused to cause safety accidents.
