If the audio characters are matched with the preset random characters, the user is not on site or is illegal, unnecessary response actions are executed by the target remote controller, and the safety of the remote control retrieving function is improved.

if the audio characters are matched with the preset random characters, the target remote controller compares the surrounding environment audio frequency with the preset voiceprint, and if the surrounding environment audio frequency is matched with the preset voiceprint, the target remote controller executes a corresponding response action of the response instruction.
Since the user may not be the user even if the trigger of the terminal application is on the site of the target equipment installation environment, voiceprint comparison is added after the audio characters are matched with the preset random characters, namely, the peripheral environment audio containing the field trigger is compared with the preset voiceprint, if the peripheral environment audio is matched with the preset voiceprint, the field trigger, namely the user is the user, the relevant operation of the remote control retrieval instruction is not illegal, and the target remote controller executes the corresponding response action of the response instruction at the moment, so that the identity verification of the field trigger is completed based on the voiceprint, and the triggering accuracy and the safety of the remote controller retrieval are further improved.
Further, the present application also provides a remote controller retrieving system, which includes:
the terminal application server is used for acquiring a remote control retrieval instruction and a user identifier input by a user and forwarding the remote control retrieval instruction and the user identifier to the equipment server matched with the remote control retrieval instruction;
the device server is used for determining the target device according to the user identifier and sending a remote control retrieval instruction to the target device;
the target equipment is used for determining the effective remote controller in the connection state after receiving the remote control retrieval instruction and sending a response instruction to the effective remote controller;
and the effective remote controller is used for receiving the response instruction sent by the target equipment and executing corresponding response action.
Optionally, the remote controller retrieval system further comprises a terminal application,
before a terminal application server acquires a remote control retrieval instruction and a user identifier input by a user, a terminal application acquires the remote control retrieval instruction and the user identifier input by the user based on a public number or an applet; the terminal application sends the remote control return instruction and the user identification to a terminal application server
Optionally, the step of determining, by the device server, the target device according to the user identifier and sending the remote control retrieving instruction to the target device includes:
the device server judges whether the user identification has a binding device;
if the user identification has bound equipment, the equipment server determines target equipment bound by the user identification;
if the user identification does not have the bound equipment, the equipment server prompts the bound equipment; the device server acquires a device identifier uploaded by the terminal application, and binds the user identifier in the terminal application with a target device corresponding to the device identifier;
the device server sends a remote control retrieval instruction to the target device.
Optionally, the step of acquiring the remote control retrieval instruction and the user identifier input by the user by the terminal application based on the public number or the applet includes:
when detecting that a user triggers a remote control retrieval function of a public number or an applet in a terminal application, the terminal application acquires a user identifier of the user in the terminal application and acquires instruction information input by the user;
the terminal application judges whether the instruction information is matched with a preset keyword or not; if the instruction information is matched with the preset keyword, the instruction information is used as a remote control retrieval instruction; and if the instruction information does not match the preset keyword, judging that the instruction is not a remote control retrieval instruction.
Optionally, after receiving the remote control retrieving instruction, the target device determines an active remote controller in a connected state, and sends a response instruction to the active remote controller, where the step includes:
after receiving the remote control retrieving instruction, the target equipment determines an effective remote controller in a connection state;
the target equipment acquires the remote control number of the target equipment pairing remote controller from the equipment server, packages the remote control number into a response instruction to be sent, and sends the response instruction to the effective remote controller;
the effective remote controller receives a response instruction sent by the target equipment, and the step of executing the corresponding response action comprises the following steps:
the effective remote controller acquires the remote control number in the response instruction and compares the remote control number with a pre-stored local number; and the target remote controller with the local number matched with the remote control number in the effective remote controller executes a response action corresponding to the response instruction.
Optionally, the response action corresponding to the response instruction comprises one or more of sounding, lighting and vibrating;
after the step of the target remote controller executing the corresponding response action of the response instruction, the method further comprises the following steps:
and when the time variation of the acceleration unit of the target remote controller is larger than the preset acceleration value, stopping executing the response action by the target remote controller.
Optionally, before the step of the target remote controller executing a response action corresponding to the response instruction, the method further includes:
the target remote controller feeds back preset random characters to the target equipment, and starts a microphone of the target remote controller;
the target equipment has a display function, receives and displays the preset random characters, and sends prompt information for prompting a user to read the preset random characters to the terminal application;
the target remote controller collects surrounding environment audio and performs voice recognition on the surrounding environment audio to acquire corresponding audio characters; and the target remote controller compares the audio characters with preset random characters, and if the audio characters are matched with the preset random characters, the target remote controller executes a response action corresponding to the response instruction.
Optionally, if the audio text matches the preset random text, the step of the target remote controller executing a response action corresponding to the response instruction includes:
if the audio characters are matched with the preset random characters, the target remote controller compares the surrounding environment audio frequency with the preset voiceprint, and if the surrounding environment audio frequency is matched with the preset voiceprint, the target remote controller executes a corresponding response action of the response instruction.

Claims (10)

1. A remote controller retrieving method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the terminal application server acquires a remote control retrieval instruction and a user identifier input by a user, and forwards the remote control retrieval instruction and the user identifier to an equipment server matched with the remote control retrieval instruction;
the equipment server determines target equipment according to the user identification and sends a remote control retrieval instruction to the target equipment;
after receiving the remote control retrieving instruction, the target equipment determines an effective remote controller in a connection state and sends a response instruction to the effective remote controller;
and the effective remote controller receives a response instruction sent by the target equipment and executes a corresponding response action.
2. The remote controller retrieving method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of the terminal application server obtaining the remote controller retrieving instruction and the user identifier input by the user, the method further comprises:
the terminal application acquires a remote control retrieval instruction and a user identifier input by a user based on a public number or an applet;
and the terminal application sends the remote control return instruction and the user identification to a terminal application server.
3. The remote controller retrieving method according to claim 2, wherein the step of the device server determining the target device according to the user identifier and sending a remote controller retrieving instruction to the target device comprises:
the device server judges whether the user identification has a binding device;
if the user identification has bound equipment, the equipment server determines target equipment bound by the user identification;
if the user identification does not have the bound equipment, the equipment server prompts the bound equipment; the device server acquires a device identifier uploaded by the terminal application, and binds the user identifier in the terminal application with a target device corresponding to the device identifier;
the device server sends a remote control retrieval instruction to the target device.
4. The remote controller retrieving method according to claim 3, wherein the step of the terminal application acquiring the remote controller retrieving command and the user identification inputted by the user based on the public number or the applet comprises:
when detecting that a user triggers a remote control retrieval function of a public number or an applet in a terminal application, the terminal application acquires a user identifier of the user in the terminal application and acquires instruction information input by the user;
the terminal application judges whether the instruction information is matched with a preset keyword or not; if the instruction information is matched with the preset keyword, the instruction information is used as a remote control retrieval instruction; and if the instruction information does not match the preset keyword, judging that the instruction is not a remote control retrieval instruction.
5. The remote control recovery method according to claim 4,
after receiving the remote control retrieving instruction, the target device determines an effective remote controller in a connection state, and sends a response instruction to the effective remote controller, wherein the step of determining the effective remote controller comprises the following steps:
after receiving the remote control retrieving instruction, the target equipment determines an effective remote controller in a connection state;
the target equipment acquires the remote control number of the target equipment pairing remote controller from the equipment server, packages the remote control number into a response instruction to be sent, and sends the response instruction to the effective remote controller;
the effective remote controller receives a response instruction sent by the target equipment, and the step of executing the corresponding response action comprises the following steps:
the effective remote controller acquires the remote control number in the response instruction and compares the remote control number with a pre-stored local number; and the target remote controller with the local number matched with the remote control number in the effective remote controller executes a response action corresponding to the response instruction.
6. The method for retrieving a remote controller according to claim 5, wherein the response command corresponds to a response action comprising one or more of sounding, lighting, and vibrating;
after the step of the target remote controller executing the corresponding response action of the response instruction, the method further comprises the following steps:
and when the time variation of the acceleration unit of the target remote controller is larger than the preset acceleration value, stopping executing the response action by the target remote controller.
7. The remote controller retrieving method according to claim 6, further comprising, before the step of the target remote controller performing a response action corresponding to the response command:
the target remote controller feeds back preset random characters to the target equipment, and starts a microphone of the target remote controller;
the target equipment has a display function, receives and displays the preset random characters, and sends prompt information for prompting a user to read the preset random characters to the terminal application;
the target remote controller collects surrounding environment audio and performs voice recognition on the surrounding environment audio to acquire corresponding audio characters; and the target remote controller compares the audio characters with preset random characters, and if the audio characters are matched with the preset random characters, the target remote controller executes a response action corresponding to the response instruction.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step of the target remote controller executing the response action corresponding to the response command if the audio text matches the predetermined random text comprises:
if the audio characters are matched with the preset random characters, the target remote controller compares the surrounding environment audio frequency with the preset voiceprint, and if the surrounding environment audio frequency is matched with the preset voiceprint, the target remote controller executes a corresponding response action of the response instruction.
9. A remote control recovery system, comprising:
the terminal application server is used for acquiring a remote control retrieval instruction and a user identifier input by a user and forwarding the remote control retrieval instruction and the user identifier to the equipment server matched with the remote control retrieval instruction;
the device server is used for determining the target device according to the user identifier and sending a remote control retrieval instruction to the target device;
the target equipment is used for determining the effective remote controller in the connection state after receiving the remote control retrieval instruction and sending a response instruction to the effective remote controller;
and the effective remote controller is used for receiving the response instruction sent by the target equipment and executing corresponding response action.
10. The remote control recovery system of claim 9, wherein the remote control recovery system further comprises a terminal application,
before a terminal application server acquires a remote control retrieval instruction and a user identifier input by a user, a terminal application acquires the remote control retrieval instruction and the user identifier input by the user based on a public number or an applet; and the terminal application sends the remote control return instruction and the user identification to a terminal application server.
