In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the cancellation response sent by the payment terminal, the self-service terminal can determine the cancellation result according to the cancellation response and display the cancellation result on the display interface. For example, when the cancellation response is a cancellation response indicating a cancellation success, the cancellation result may be a cancellation success, and when the cancellation response is a cancellation response indicating a cancellation failure, the cancellation result may be a cancellation failure. Therefore, on one hand, the user can visually know the cancellation result, and on the other hand, the actual payment requirement of the user can be met.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, after the self-service device sends the consumption instruction to the payment terminal, when the payment terminal receives the consumption instruction, the consumption response may be fed back to the self-service device, so that the self-service device obtains the current processing state. Specifically, after the self-service device sends the consumption instruction to the payment terminal, timing may be performed, and it is determined whether a consumption response sent by the payment terminal is received before the timing duration reaches the set duration, and under the condition that the consumption response sent by the payment terminal is received before the timing duration reaches the set duration, a payment result sent by the payment terminal may be monitored, and under the condition that the timing duration reaches the set duration and the consumption response sent by the payment terminal is not received, a payment failure may be displayed, and a jump is made to an interface for executing a payment mode selection operation, so that step 102 and subsequent steps may be continuously executed. Therefore, the user can know the payment state in time, and can send the consumption instruction to the payment terminal again under the condition of payment failure so as to improve the success rate of payment.
The set time duration is preset, and it should be understood that, in order to improve the payment efficiency, the set time duration should not be set too large, for example, the set time duration may be 2 seconds, 3 seconds, and the like.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the payment state may be monitored by a server of the self-service device, and when the payment is completed, the self-service device may notify the server of the self-service device that the payment is completed, and specifically, after receiving the payment result, the self-service device may send the payment result to the server of the self-service device to notify the server of the self-service device that the payment state is the completion state.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, the amount information to be paid can be calculated by the server of the self-service device, and the calculation result is sent to the self-service device, so that the calculation pressure of the self-service device is reduced. The above process is described in detail with reference to example three.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a payment processing method according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the payment processing method may include the steps of:
step 301, responding to a trigger operation on a calculation control, and sending a payment request to a server of self-service equipment; the payment request carries information of the object to be paid.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information of the object to be paid can comprise information such as name, amount, quantity and the like of the object to be paid.
In the embodiment of the invention, the self-service equipment can provide a settlement interface, the settlement interface can be provided with a settlement control, and a user can trigger the settlement control to trigger a subsequent payment process. Specifically, the self-service device may send a payment request to a server of the self-service device in response to a triggering operation of a user on the settlement control, where the payment request carries information of an object to be paid.
For example, the self-service device may scan identification codes of objects to be paid, such as bar codes, two-dimensional codes and the like, to obtain information of the objects to be paid, may detect whether a user has triggered a trigger operation on the computation control after scanning all the identification codes of the objects to be paid, and may send a payment request to a server of the self-service device in response to the trigger operation on the computation control when the user has triggered the trigger operation on the computation control.
Step 302, receiving a payment response sent by a server of the self-service equipment; the payment response carries amount information, and the amount information is determined according to the object to be paid.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the payment request, the server of the self-service equipment can determine the amount information to be paid according to the information of the object to be paid in the payment request, and send the payment response carrying the amount information to the self-service equipment, and in response, the self-service equipment can receive the payment response sent by the server of the self-service equipment and determine the amount information to be paid according to the payment response.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, after the amount information to be paid is determined, the amount information to be paid can be displayed, on one hand, a user can conveniently know the specific amount information, and on the other hand, a proper payment mode can be selected for payment according to the amount information, so that the condition that the payment cannot be carried out due to insufficient balance is avoided.
And 303, responding to the detected payment mode selection operation, and sending a consumption instruction to the payment terminal through communication connection with the payment terminal, wherein the consumption instruction carries amount information and is used for the payment terminal to execute a payment process according to the amount information so as to obtain a payment result.
And step 304, receiving and displaying the payment result sent by the payment terminal.

The payment processing method of the embodiment of the invention can be executed by the payment terminal, wherein the payment terminal can be a POS device and other terminal devices with functions of supporting consumption, transferring accounts and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, the payment processing method may include the steps of:
step 401, receiving a consumption instruction sent by self-service equipment; wherein, the consumption instruction carries the information of the amount to be paid.
In the embodiment of the invention, the amount information to be paid is the amount of money required to be paid by the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the amount information to be paid is determined according to the object to be paid, wherein the object to be paid can be a commodity, for example.
For example, the self-service device may scan an identification code of the object to be paid, such as a barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like, and obtain information of the object to be paid, such as name, amount, quantity, and the like of the object to be paid, so in the embodiment of the present invention, the amount information to be paid may be determined according to the information of the object to be paid.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the self-service equipment determines the amount information to be paid, the self-service equipment can respond to the detected payment mode selection operation and send a consumption instruction to the payment terminal through the communication connection with the payment terminal, and correspondingly, the payment terminal can receive the consumption instruction sent by the self-service equipment, wherein the consumption instruction carries the amount information. The payment method may include, but is not limited to, card swiping payment of a physical card such as a bank card and a shopping card, and NFC payment such as Apple Pay and digital currency.
Specifically, the user may select the corresponding payment method on the display interface of the self-service device according to the self-service device's own needs, for example, the self-service device may provide an interface for performing payment method selection operation, the interface may have selection controls of different payment methods, and the user may select the corresponding payment method by triggering the corresponding selection control. Correspondingly, when the self-service device detects that the user triggers the payment mode selection operation, the self-service device can respond to the detected payment mode selection operation and send a consumption instruction to the payment terminal through the communication connection with the payment terminal, and correspondingly, the payment terminal can receive the consumption instruction sent by the self-service device.
And 402, executing a payment process according to the amount information to obtain a payment result.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment terminal can execute the payment process according to the amount information to obtain the payment result. For example, the payment terminal may prompt the user to execute a payment page for card reading or swiping, so that the user may trigger the corresponding card reading or swiping according to the prompt information, and the payment terminal may obtain the payment result in response to the card reading or swiping triggered by the user.
And step 403, sending the payment result to the self-service equipment so as to display the payment result on the self-service equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the payment terminal obtains the payment result, the payment result can be sent to the self-service equipment, and correspondingly, after the self-service equipment receives the payment result, the payment result can be displayed.
According to the payment processing method, the consumption instruction sent by the self-service equipment is received through the payment terminal; the consumption instruction carries amount information to be paid, a payment process is executed according to the amount information to obtain a payment result, and the payment result is sent to the self-service equipment so as to be displayed on the self-service equipment. Therefore, the self-service equipment and the payment terminal are combined and integrally applied to a receipt scene or a self-service settlement scene, diversified information such as information of an object to be paid, settlement information, a payment result and the like is displayed through a screen of the self-service equipment, and entity card and NFC payment is carried out through the payment terminal, so that the defects of the self-service equipment and the payment terminal in the prior art can be overcome, and the applicability of the method is improved.
It should be noted that, during actual application, a user may have an operation error, for example, the identification code of the same object to be paid is repeatedly scanned, so that the amount information to be paid is higher than the actual amount of the object to be paid, or the user purchases the object to be paid by mistake, at this time, the user does not want to purchase a certain object to be paid, or the user wants to continue to select the object to be paid, and the like. The above process will be described in detail with reference to the fifth embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a payment processing method according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 5, after the payment terminal receives the consumption instruction sent by the self-service device, the payment processing method may further include the following steps:
step 501, receiving a cancellation instruction sent by the self-service equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the self-service device sends the consumption instruction, a cancellation control for canceling the payment process may be displayed on the display interface, for example, the cancellation control may be an "x" control.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process that the payment terminal executes the payment process according to the amount information to be paid, the user can trigger the triggering operation of the cancellation control at any time, and after the self-service equipment detects that the user triggers the triggering operation of the cancellation control, the self-service equipment can respond to the triggering operation of the cancellation control and send a cancellation instruction to the payment terminal. Accordingly, the payment terminal can receive the canceling instruction sent by the self-service equipment.
Step 502, in response to the cancellation instruction, inquiring the payment status.
And 503, under the condition that the payment state is the unread card, sending a cancellation response for indicating that the cancellation is successful to the self-service equipment, and terminating the payment process.
And step 504, under the condition that the payment state is the read card, sending a cancellation response for indicating cancellation failure to the self-service equipment, and continuing to execute the payment process.
It can be understood that, after receiving the consumption instruction, the payment terminal may execute a payment process according to the amount information to be paid carried in the consumption instruction, when the payment terminal receives a cancellation instruction in the process of executing the payment process, the payment process cannot be directly terminated, and the payment state also needs to be queried, and when the payment state is a read card or a swiped card, for example, when a user uses a shopping card for payment, and at this time, corresponding amount information in the shopping card has been deducted, the payment process cannot be terminated, the payment process needs to be continuously executed, and when the payment state is an unread card or a swiped card, the payment process may be terminated.
Specifically, after receiving the cancel instruction, the payment terminal may query the payment state in response to the cancel instruction, send a cancel response indicating that the cancellation is successful to the self-service device and terminate the payment process when the payment state is the non-swiping card or the unread card, and send a cancel response indicating that the cancellation is failed to the self-service device and continue to execute the payment process when the payment state is the read card or the swiped card. Therefore, the actual payment requirements of the user can be met.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the invention, when the payment terminal terminates the payment process, the payment terminal can exit from the card reading page or the card swiping page and display the payment failure page, so that the user can conveniently and intuitively know the payment result.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when executing the payment process, the payment terminal may send an order request to the payment server, the payment server creates the payment order according to the order request, and sends information of the payment order to the payment terminal, and accordingly, the payment terminal may execute the payment process according to the information of the payment order to obtain the payment result. The above process is described in detail with reference to example six.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart of a payment processing method according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the payment processing method may include the steps of:
step 601, receiving a consumption instruction sent by self-service equipment; wherein, the consumption instruction carries the information of the amount to be paid.
The execution process of step 601 may refer to the execution process of step 401 in the above embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 602, sending an order request to a payment server; the order request carries amount information and is used for creating a payment order according to the amount information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the consumption instruction, the payment terminal can generate an order request according to the amount information to be paid in the consumption instruction and send the order request to the payment server, wherein the order request carries the amount information to be paid. Correspondingly, after receiving the order request, the payment server can create a payment order according to the amount information to be paid in the order request.
Step 603, receiving information of the payment order sent by the payment server.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the payment server creates the payment order, the payment server can send the information of the payment order, such as the order number of the payment order, to the payment terminal. Accordingly, the payment terminal may receive the information of the payment order sent by the payment server.
And step 604, displaying a payment page for prompting the user to execute card reading operation according to the information of the payment order.
Step 605, in response to the card reading operation, obtaining a payment result.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the information of the payment order, the payment terminal can display the payment page for prompting the user to execute the card reading operation or the card swiping operation according to the information of the payment order, so that the user can trigger the corresponding card reading operation or the card swiping operation according to the prompting information. Correspondingly, the payment terminal can respond to the card reading operation or the card swiping operation triggered by the user to obtain the payment result.
And 606, sending the payment result to the self-service equipment so as to display the payment result on the self-service equipment.
The execution process of step 606 may refer to the execution process of step 403 in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
As an example, in an order receiving scenario, a timing sequence diagram of interaction between a self-service device, a payment terminal, and a corresponding server may be as shown in fig. 8, where fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the interaction timing sequence in the embodiment of the present invention. In an online order receiving scene, self-service equipment initiates a payment request, and a payment terminal calls a payment page: and (4) carrying out card swiping/NFC payment, and returning a payment result to the self-service equipment through the serial port after payment to complete a one-time receiving process.
Specifically, during self-service settlement, the self-service device may determine information of an object to be paid by scanning an identification code of the object to be paid, and send a payment request to a server of the self-service device, where the payment request carries the information of the object to be paid, and correspondingly, after receiving the payment request, the server of the self-service device may determine amount information to be paid according to the information of the object to be paid, and send a payment response to the self-service device, where the payment response carries the amount information to be paid.
The self-service equipment can send a consumption instruction to the payment terminal after receiving the payment response, wherein the consumption instruction carries information of the amount to be paid, timing is started, whether the consumption response sent by the payment terminal is received before the timing duration reaches a set duration (for example, 3 seconds) is judged, and if yes, the payment result sent by the payment terminal is monitored.
The payment terminal sends an order request to the payment server, wherein the order request carries the amount information to be paid, and correspondingly, after receiving the order request, the payment server can create a payment order according to the amount information to be paid and send the information of the payment order, such as an order number, to the payment terminal. Accordingly, after receiving the information of the payment order, the payment terminal may display a payment page for prompting the user to perform a card reading operation or a card swiping operation according to the information of the payment order, for example, the payment terminal may call an SDK (Software Development Kit) to start the payment page. The payment terminal can detect card reading operation or card swiping operation triggered by a user, and when the card reading operation or the card swiping operation is triggered by the user, the payment terminal can respond to the card reading operation or the card swiping operation to obtain a payment result and send the payment result to the self-service equipment. Correspondingly, after receiving the payment result, the self-service equipment can display the payment result and send the payment result to the server of the self-service equipment.
Further, the self-service device can also send a cancel instruction to the payment terminal, and correspondingly, after receiving the cancel instruction, the payment terminal can respond to the cancel instruction to inquire the payment state, and under the condition that the payment state is an unread card, send a cancel response for indicating that the cancellation is successful to the self-service device, and exit from a card reading page or a card swiping page, and display a payment failure page.
Corresponding to the payment processing method provided in the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4, the present invention further provides a payment processing apparatus, and since the payment processing apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention corresponds to the payment processing method provided in the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4, the implementation of the payment processing method is also applicable to the payment processing apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention, and will not be described in detail in the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a payment processing apparatus according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention.

Although not shown in FIG. 12, a disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a Compact disk Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), a Digital versatile disk Read Only Memory (DVD-ROM), or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Moreover, computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public Network such as the Internet) via Network adapter 20. As shown, network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of computer device 12 via bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing, for example, implementing the methods mentioned in the foregoing embodiments, by executing programs stored in the system memory 28.

It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. If implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A payment processing method is applied to self-service equipment and comprises the following steps:
acquiring amount information to be paid;
responding to the detected payment mode selection operation, and sending a consumption instruction to a payment terminal through communication connection with the payment terminal, wherein the consumption instruction carries the amount information and is used for the payment terminal to execute a payment process according to the amount information so as to obtain a payment result;
and receiving and displaying the payment result sent by the payment terminal.
2. The payment processing method of claim 1, wherein after sending the consumption instruction to the payment terminal through the communication connection with the payment terminal in response to the detected payment mode selection operation, the method further comprises:
displaying a cancellation control for canceling the payment process;
responding to the triggering operation of the cancelling control, and sending a cancelling instruction to the payment terminal;
receiving a cancellation response sent by the payment terminal;
and determining and displaying a cancellation result according to the cancellation response.
3. The payment processing method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending the payment result to a server of the self-service equipment.
4. The payment processing method of claim 1, wherein after sending the consumption instruction to the payment terminal, further comprising:
starting timing;
if the timing reaches the set duration and the consumption response sent by the payment terminal is not received, skipping to an interface for executing the payment mode selection operation after the payment failure is displayed;
and monitoring a payment result sent by the payment terminal if the consumption response sent by the payment terminal is received before the timing reaches the set duration.
5. The payment processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the obtaining information of the amount to be paid comprises:
sending a payment request to a server of the self-service device in response to a triggering operation on a calculation control; the payment request carries information of an object to be paid;
receiving a payment response sent by a server of the self-service equipment; the payment response carries the amount information, and the amount information is determined according to the object to be paid.
6. A payment processing method is applied to a payment terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving a consumption instruction sent by the self-service equipment; wherein, the consumption instruction carries the information of the amount to be paid;
executing a payment process according to the amount information to obtain a payment result;
and sending the payment result to the self-service equipment so as to display the payment result on the self-service equipment.
7. The payment processing method of claim 6, after receiving the consumption instruction sent by the self-service device, further comprising:
receiving a cancel instruction sent by the self-service equipment;
responding to the canceling instruction, and inquiring payment state;
under the condition that the payment state is the unread card, sending a cancellation response for indicating that cancellation is successful to the self-service equipment, and terminating the payment process;
and under the condition that the payment state is the read card, sending a cancellation response for indicating cancellation failure to the self-service equipment, and continuously executing the payment process.
8. The payment processing method of claim 7, wherein the terminating the payment process comprises:
and exiting the card reading page and displaying a payment failure page.
9. The payment processing method according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the performing a payment process according to the amount information to obtain a payment result comprises:
sending an order request to a payment server; the order request carries the amount information and is used for creating a payment order according to the amount information;
receiving the information of the payment order sent by the payment server;
displaying a payment page for prompting a user to execute card reading operation according to the information of the payment order;
and responding to the card reading operation to obtain the payment result.
10. A payment processing apparatus, applied to a self-service device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring amount information to be paid;
the instruction sending module is used for responding to the detected payment mode selection operation and sending a consumption instruction to the payment terminal through communication connection between the instruction sending module and the payment terminal, wherein the consumption instruction carries the amount information and is used for the payment terminal to execute a payment process according to the amount information so as to obtain a payment result;
and the result receiving module is used for receiving and displaying the payment result sent by the payment terminal.
11. A payment processing device is applied to a payment terminal and comprises:
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving a consumption instruction sent by the self-service equipment; wherein, the consumption instruction carries the information of the amount to be paid;
the execution module is used for executing a payment process according to the amount information to obtain a payment result;
and the result sending module is used for sending the payment result to the self-service equipment so as to display the payment result on the self-service equipment.
12. A self-service device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor when executing the program implementing a payment processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
13. A payment terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor when executing the program implementing a payment processing method as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9.
14. A payment system, comprising: the payment system comprises self-service equipment, a payment terminal, a server of the self-service equipment and a payment server;
wherein the self-service device is configured to perform the payment processing method of any one of claims 1-5;
the server of the self-service equipment is communicated with the self-service equipment and used for sending amount information to be paid to the self-service equipment and acquiring a payment result of the payment terminal from the self-service equipment;
the payment terminal, in communication with the self-service device, for performing the payment processing method of any one of claims 6-9;
and the payment server is communicated with the payment terminal and is used for executing a payment process.
15. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements a payment processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, or implements a payment processing method as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9.
16. A computer program product, characterized in that instructions in the computer program product, when executed by a processor, perform a payment processing method according to any one of claims 1-5, or a payment processing method according to any one of claims 6-9.
