Abstract
There is provided a municipal equipment monitoring information processing system comprising: an information receiving part for receiving municipal equipment monitoring information acquired by mobile acquisition equipment in the smart city system; an information analysis part for analyzing and analyzing the municipal equipment monitoring information to extract original monitoring data; a standard information generating section that generates metadata conforming to standard municipal administration monitoring information, converts a data format defined in the original monitoring data into municipal administration standard term codes by referring to a standard term conversion table stored in advance, and generates standard monitoring information conforming to standard municipal administration data specifications using the municipal administration standard term codes and the original monitoring data; and a smart city server that receives the standard monitoring information generated by the standard information generating section. According to the structure, municipal equipment monitoring information meeting the market management standard format is obtained by carrying out standardized processing on municipal equipment monitoring information with different specifications and different standards.

Technical Field

Further, preferably, the standard information generating section further generates narrative data concerning the standard monitoring data based on the standard monitoring data, and transmits the narrative data to the smart city server.

Furthermore, the present invention provides a municipal equipment monitoring information processing method for processing municipal equipment monitoring information in a smart city system including an information receiving section, an information analyzing section, a standard information generating section, and a smart city server, comprising the steps of: the information receiving part receives municipal equipment monitoring information acquired by mobile acquisition equipment in the smart city system; the information analysis part analyzes the format of the municipal equipment monitoring information collected by the information receiving part, extracts platform information, and then analyzes the municipal equipment monitoring information by utilizing the platform information so as to extract original monitoring data; the standard information generating part generates metadata conforming to standard municipal administration management monitoring information after receiving the original monitoring data from the information analyzing part, converts a data format defined in the original monitoring data into municipal administration management standard term codes by referring to a standard term conversion table stored in advance, and generates standard monitoring information conforming to standard municipal administration management data specifications by using the municipal administration management standard term codes and the original monitoring data; and the smart city server receives the standard monitoring information generated by the standard information generating part.
Further, preferably, the method further comprises: the standard information generating section also generates narrative data about the standard monitoring data based on the standard monitoring data, and transmits the narrative data to the smart city server.

Detailed Description
Next, the municipal equipment monitoring information processing system and the municipal equipment monitoring information processing method according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The municipal equipment monitoring information processing system is connected with various mobile acquisition equipment for transmitting municipal equipment monitoring information in a wireless communication mode. The mobile acquisition equipment is sensing equipment capable of acquiring monitoring data of various municipal equipment such as intelligent water meters, gas meters, electric meters, heating equipment and the like in the smart city system. Because the mobile acquisition devices come from different manufacturers, different operation platforms are used, and different types of acquired data are obtained, the formats of the generated municipal equipment monitoring data are different. For example, the mobile acquisition device may use Windows, android, MAC, linux, etc. operating platforms.
However, in order to save data storage space and improve data utilization efficiency, a smart city server in a smart city system generally can only manage monitoring information conforming to a standard format. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and normalize the collected monitoring information of various municipal devices and then transmit the monitoring information to the smart city server.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a municipal equipment monitoring information processing system according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the municipal equipment monitoring information system includes an information receiving part 100, an information analyzing part 200, a standard information generating part 300, and a smart city server 400.
Wherein the information receiving part 100 receives municipal equipment monitoring information transmitted by a mobile collecting device in the smart city system.
The information analysis unit 200 analyzes the format of the municipal equipment monitoring information collected by the information reception unit 100, and extracts the operation platform information. The operation platform information refers to one of Windows, android, MAC, linux and other operation systems. Then, the information analysis unit 200 analyzes the municipal facility monitoring information based on the platform information obtained by the analysis to extract the original monitoring data. The raw monitoring data is sent to the standard information generating unit 300.
In addition, a platform data analysis rule storage part may be further provided in the municipal equipment monitoring information processing system, wherein a plurality of data analysis rule modules corresponding to various platform information are stored, and when a data analysis rule transmission request from the information analysis part is received, the corresponding data analysis rule module is transmitted to the information analysis part according to the platform information, so as to analyze the municipal equipment monitoring information.
The standard information generating unit 300 generates metadata conforming to standard municipal administration monitoring information upon receiving the original monitoring data from the information analyzing unit 200. Then, referring again to the standard term conversion table stored in advance, the data format defined in the raw monitoring data received from the information analysis section 200 is converted into municipal administration standard term codes. Next, standard monitoring data conforming to standard municipal administration data specifications is generated using the municipal administration standard terminology code and the raw monitoring data.
Preferably, the standard information generating unit 300 may further generate narrative data about the standard monitoring data based on the standard monitoring data.
Finally, the standard information generating unit 300 transmits the generated standard detection data and the generated narration data to the smart city server 400 to store and manage the data.
The smart city server 400 manages and processes the received standard test data and the related narrative data, and provides necessary information to the municipal administration.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing an information processing procedure of the municipal equipment monitoring information processing method according to the present invention.
First, in step S110, the information receiving part 100 receives municipal equipment monitoring information transmitted by a mobile collecting device in a smart city system.
Then, in step S120, the information analysis unit 200 analyzes the format of the municipal equipment monitoring information collected by the information reception unit 100, and extracts the operation platform information. The operation platform information refers to one of Windows, android, MAC, linux and other operation systems. Then, the information analysis unit 200 analyzes the municipal facility monitoring information based on the platform information obtained by the analysis to extract the original monitoring data. The raw monitoring data is sent to the standard information generating unit 300. Here, the system may further include a plurality of data analysis rule modules corresponding to various pieces of platform information stored in the platform data analysis rule storage unit, and when a data analysis rule transmission request from the information analysis unit is received, the corresponding data analysis rule module may be transmitted to the information analysis unit according to the platform information, and used for analyzing the municipal equipment monitoring information.
Next, in step S130, the standard information generating unit 300 generates metadata conforming to standard municipal administration monitoring information after receiving the original monitoring data from the information analyzing unit 200. Then, referring again to the standard term conversion table stored in advance, the data format defined in the raw monitoring data received from the information analysis section 200 is converted into municipal administration standard term codes. Next, standard monitoring data conforming to standard municipal administration data specifications is generated using the municipal administration standard terminology code and the raw monitoring data.
Finally, in step S140, the standard information generating unit 300 transmits the generated standard detection data and the generated narration data to the smart city server 400 for storage and management.
In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical function division, and there may be other manners of division when actually implemented.

a platform data analysis rule storage unit which stores a plurality of data analysis rule modules corresponding to various platform information, and when receiving a data analysis rule transmission request from the information analysis unit, transmits the corresponding data analysis rule module to the information analysis unit according to the platform information, for analyzing the municipal equipment monitoring information;
A standard information generating unit that generates metadata conforming to standard municipal administration management monitoring information after receiving the original monitoring data from the information analyzing unit, converts a data format defined in the original monitoring data into a municipal administration management standard term code by referring to a standard term conversion table stored in advance, and generates standard monitoring information conforming to standard municipal administration management data specifications using the municipal administration management standard term code and the original monitoring data; and
And a smart city server for receiving the standard monitoring information generated by the standard information generating unit.
