Description

Intelligent book sequencing device based on LED light waves
Technical Field
The invention relates to a book sequencing device, in particular to an intelligent book sequencing device based on LED light waves.
Background
Today's more advanced libraries can be divided into two categories. One is the entity class: an automatic library based on a closed bookstore comprises a bookshelf and a library integrated management system, and comprises books with RFID chips, a self-help borrowing and returning terminal, a closed bookstore management system, a self-help borrowing system, a self-help returning system and an automatic conveying system for realizing automatic book entering and exiting of the closed bookstore. The other is a virtual class: digital Library (Digital Library) is a Library that digitally processes and stores various pictorial and textual documents, and is essentially a distributed information system made of multimedia. It stores information resources of different carriers and different geographical positions by using digital technology so as to facilitate the inquiry and propagation of cross-region object-oriented network. In general, a digital library is a virtual library without a wall, is an extensible knowledge network system based on co-construction and sharing in a network environment, is an ultra-large-scale, distributed, convenient to use, free of space-time limitation, and can realize cross-library seamless link and intelligent retrieval.
Today's more advanced physical libraries do address the return work of returning books, but this also presents a problem to the reader. The majority of libraries capable of autonomous error correction sequencing are closed library automation libraries, which are closed as the name suggests. The automatic library of the closed bookstore hinders the enjoyment of reading and searching in the bookshelf by readers and also reduces the selectivity of the readers in book selection. The Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology also brings convenience for error checking through an electronic tag, but needs scanning, identification and result output of a bookshelf, consumes more time and is accompanied with the work of searching books according to names. Most libraries still do not use closed modes such as robots and manipulators, the sequencing work of books is mostly finished manually, the repetitive work is more, the consumed time is long, and the error rate is high.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, the intelligent book sorting device based on LED light waves of the present invention comprises a bookshelf and a book, wherein an LED wavelength signal transmission sorter is embedded in the book, and the LED wavelength signal transmission sorter is composed of four parts, respectively: the device comprises a signal receiving device part, a lightwave signal comparison device part, a signal transmitting device part and a result output device part. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the signal receiving device mainly collects the LED light wave wavelengths from the book B, the front of the signal receiving device is provided with 5 LED wavelength signal collecting tubes arranged vertically, the side facing outward is provided with 3 photoreceptors and 10 LED lamps, the 3 photoreceptors arranged in a triangular manner are firstly passed through to determine whether the LED light wave signal receiving device is aligned with the LED light wave signal emitting device of the book B, if one photoreceptor of the book C does not receive the light signal, the light wave signal comparing part gives a amber light prompt through the result output device, and the book is replayed, so that the LED light wave signal transmission sequencer of the book C is aligned with the sequencer of the book B.
According to the sorting method of the intelligent book sorting device based on the LED light waves, as shown in FIG. 7, after two sorters are aligned B, C, the light waves are sorted. The wavelengths of the LED light waves are collected in turn and compared, starting with the comparison of X0 with Y0, and ending if X0> Y0, the display module gives a red light indication that the book C is placed in the wrong place, whereas if X0< Y0, the display module gives a green light indication that the book C is placed in the right place. When X0 is Y0, a comparison of the second set of LED wavelengths X1 with Y1 is entered, and if X1> Y1 then the comparison process is complete and the display module gives a red light indication that book C is placed in the wrong place, whereas if X1< Y1 then the display module gives a green light indication that book C is placed in the correct place. When X1 is equal to Y1, the comparison between the third group of LED wavelengths X2 and Y2 is entered, and this results either, or until the last group is compared, and if the last Xn is equal to Yn, the result output module gives a properly placed green light signal.
The transmission of light wave signals between book layers can be completed by means of signal transmission tubes, as shown in fig. 6, by means of reflection of light, so that the bookshelf layers can be combined into a whole.
