Abstract

The invention adopts a split structure, the household refrigerator electric appliance is placed in the thermostat, the system heats or refrigerates the temperature changing box, and then the temperature balance state in the thermostat is realized by utilizing the circulating flow of air through the fan, thereby ensuring that the environmental temperature of the household refrigerator electric appliance is controlled in a stable range and prolonging the service life of the electric appliance.

Furthermore, a multi-serial-port card is installed on the industrial personal computer and used for realizing the expansion of 8 paths of RS232 serial ports or the expansion of RS485 serial ports.
Furthermore, a temperature acquisition system is arranged in the constant temperature box; the temperature acquisition system comprises a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature inside the incubator.
Further, the display panel is also included; the display panel is electrically connected with the air supply fan, the air exhaust fan and the temperature sensor and used for monitoring the whole system.
Furthermore, MCGS configuration control software is installed in the industrial personal computer.

Therefore, heat is transferred to the constant temperature cavity through the circulating flow of air, and the dynamic balance and stability of the air temperature in the constant temperature cavity and the uniformity of a temperature field are ensured.
The technical scheme can be applied to the environmental temperature control test of electric air doors for the household refrigerator, fans for the household refrigerator, electromagnetic valves and other electric parts.

the industrial personal computer is electrically connected with the control panel and the frequency converter; a resistance heating wire and a refrigeration compressor are arranged in the temperature changing box; the electric parts of the household refrigerator are arranged in the constant temperature box; the resistance heating wire and the refrigeration compressor are electrically connected with the control panel; an air supply fan and an air exhaust fan are arranged between the temperature change box and the constant temperature box; and the air supply fan and the air exhaust fan are electrically connected with the frequency converter.
2. The split type temperature testing system for the electric parts of the household refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the industrial personal computer is provided with a multi-serial port card for realizing the extension of 8 RS232 serial ports or the extension of RS485 serial ports.

The split type temperature measuring system for electric parts of a household refrigerator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a temperature collecting system is provided in the incubator; the temperature acquisition system comprises a temperature sensor for measuring the temperature inside the incubator.
