Claims (8)

1. An equivalent measurement method for idle speed emission of a snowmobile is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: preparation of measurement: selecting a group of sample detection lines, a plurality of groups of test detection lines, a plurality of temperature sensors and a plurality of rotating speed sensors, wherein the sample detection lines and the test detection lines are AVL Digas 4000 vehicle exhaust detection lines;
step 2: sample installation: selecting a sample snowfield motorcycle with the same model as the model to be tested, wherein the selected sample snowfield motorcycle needs to meet the national emission standard, installing a sampling probe of a sample detection line in an exhaust pipe of the sample snowfield motorcycle, marking the installation position and the depth, installing a rotating speed sensor on an engine, taking two temperature sensors, and respectively installing the two temperature sensors in engine lubricating oil and the surface of an engine spark plug;
and step 3: laying equipment: selecting a batch of snowfield motorcycles to be tested with the same model, referring to the installation positions of the sample snowfield motorcycle detection lines, the temperature sensors and the rotating speed sensors, and respectively installing a plurality of groups of test detection lines, the temperature sensors and the rotating speed sensors on a plurality of groups of snowfield motorcycles to be tested:
and 4, step 4: and (3) sample testing: starting the sample snowfield motorcycle, carrying out rapid vehicle preheating and idling preheating according to preset speed and time, and measuring the engine speed, the engine lubricating oil temperature and the engine spark plug temperature of the sample snowfield motorcycle as standards;
and 5: and (3) idle speed test: running a plurality of groups of snowfield motorcycles to be tested while testing the samples, quickly preheating the snowfield motorcycles to be tested, converting the snowfield motorcycles to be tested into an idle speed state, carrying out idle speed preheating, then adjusting the rotating speed of an engine to be consistent with that of the sample snowfield motorcycles, and measuring the temperature of engine lubricating oil and the temperature of an engine spark plug of the snowfield motorcycles to be tested;
step 6: and (3) testing and comparing: if the temperature of the snowfield motorcycle to be measured is consistent with the standard temperature of the sample snowfield motorcycle, namely the temperature difference of lubricating oil is about +/-2 ℃, and the temperature difference of a spark plug is about +/-5 ℃, idle speed measurement is carried out on the snowfield motorcycle to be measured by using an AVL Digas 4000 vehicle exhaust detection line after preheating is finished, and an idle speed emission measurement result of the snowfield motorcycle to be measured is obtained and recorded.

The equivalent measurement method of the idle discharge of the snowmobile according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step 3, a sampling probe of the test detection line is attached to an exhaust pipe of the snowmobile to be tested, the rotating speed sensor is attached to the engine, the two temperature sensors are taken out and clamped in the lubricating oil of the engine and the surface of a spark plug of the engine respectively.

The equivalent measurement method of the idle discharge of the snowmobile according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step 4, the snowmobile runs for 10km at the speed of 50km/h, and the snowmobile runs for four cycles on the chassis dynamometer according to the working condition specified by GB 14622.

The equivalent measurement method of the idle discharge of the snowmobile according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step 4, the indication values of HC and CO of the probe are read as sample measurement values, the interval is 1min, and the measurement results are the arithmetic mean of two times.

The equivalent measurement method of the idle discharge of the snowmobile according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step 5, the speed of rapidly preheating the snowmobile is v: v is more than or equal to 60km/h and less than or equal to 80km/h, and the rapid preheating time is t 1: t1 is more than or equal to 150s and less than or equal to 180 s.
6. The equivalent measurement method of the idle discharge of the snowmobile according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step 5, the idle preheating time is t 2: t2 is more than or equal to 60s and less than or equal to 150s, and the idle speed is controlled within 1500 +/-100 r/min.

The equivalent measurement method of the idle discharge of the snowmobile according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step 6, if the temperature of the snowmobile to be tested is not consistent with the temperature of the standard temperature, the idle speed emission of the snowmobile to be tested is not in accordance with the standard, or the snowmobile to be tested is retested after being cooled.

The equivalent measurement method of the idle discharge of the snowmobile according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step 6, a special sealing connecting pipe is additionally arranged at the tail of the exhaust silencer of the snowfield motorcycle to be tested, then the idling condition of the snowfield motorcycle to be tested is maintained, the measurement values of the detection line probes HC and CO are read, the interval is 1min, and the average value of the two measurement results is taken to obtain the idling emission measurement result of the snowfield motorcycle.
