In order to ensure the accuracy of the volume measurement value of the standard metal measuring device, an elongated measuring neck and a liquid indicating pipe capable of observing the liquid level position are designed at the upper part of the measuring device, and a vernier caliper parallel to the measuring neck is arranged at the liquid indicating pipe to read the accurate liquid level value. A thermometer is placed in a measuring neck to read the temperature of an oil gun opening and the balance temperature of oil in a standard measuring device, then the standard volume of the oil at 20 ℃ is obtained through manual calculation through a volume calculation formula and a temperature correction formula in a verification regulation of JJJG 43-2015 fuel dispenser, the standard volume is compared and calculated with indication values of the fuel dispenser, and after the measurement is carried out for multiple times at different flow rates, the fuel dispenser is judged to be qualified through the obtained indication value error and repeatability of the fuel dispenser. The method is a point-to-point verification method, and has the defects of low efficiency due to full manual verification and inaccurate and unreliable reading of the liquid level height value and the temperature value due to the fact that verification personnel are easily influenced by visual angles and environments.
And this method has several disadvantages as follows.
1. The basic information entry is cumbersome. Each gas station is provided with a plurality of oiling machines, information of the gas stations and the like needs to be filled in each original record, and the information is repeatedly input;
2. the manual reading of the liquid level data has large error. The liquid level height needs to manually move the vernier caliper to align the measured liquid level of the liquid display tube, the step highly depends on the resolution of human eyes, and when the human eyes are not parallel to the liquid level or are high or low, position deviation is easy to occur, so that the liquid level reading has errors;
3. the error of the manual reading of the temperature data is large. Generally, a mercury thermometer is inserted into a measuring neck to manually read the temperature of an oil gun mouth and the temperature in a measuring device, and the temperature is read by the same thermometer, so that the data accuracy is poor, and the safety and the reliability are low;
4. the calculation difficulty is high. After the numerical values such as the liquid level height, the temperature value and the like are obtained through field operation, the numerical values such as the standard volume, the flow rate, the index error and the like of the oil product at the temperature of 20 ℃ need to be manually calculated according to a formula, and the calculation workload is large and errors are prone to occurring.
5. Before the standard tank is refueled, whether the metering tank is in the horizontality is generally known through observing the level gauge, and the height of the metering tank can not be adjusted by the method, so that the measuring accuracy of the metering tank is reduced, the limitation of the metering tank is improved, and inconvenience is brought to a user.
Those skilled in the art have therefore endeavored to develop a dispenser verification metering tank and method of metering that is simple in construction, easy to meter, and does not require leveling.
