The threaded compression ring is rotated reversely, and the fan-shaped teeth of the sealing head are ensured to be consistent with the fan-shaped grooves of the threaded compression ring in position; lifting the lifting ring screw, pulling out the sealing head and installing the O-shaped sealing ring into the annular sealing groove; and pressing the sealing head into the inner hole of the cylinder body of the high-pressure test container until the gap between the lower end surface of the fan-shaped groove and the upper end surface of the fan-shaped tooth of the sealing head is 3-4mm. the sealing head sector tooth and the thread pressing ring sector groove are aligned, then the sealing head is slowly pressed into an inner hole of a cylinder body of the high-pressure test container until a gap between the lower end face of the thread pressing ring sector groove and the upper end face of the sealing head sector tooth is 3-4mm, the thread pressing ring is rotated forwards by a wrench, the sealing head sector tooth and the thread pressing ring tooth groove are deviated by 30 degrees, and then the inner and outer double sealing is finished.
The invention adopts an internal and external double sealing mode for the ultrahigh pressure test container barrel, and has the advantages of convenient disassembly, high installation efficiency, good sealing property and good repeated use effect.

The diameter of a circle with the arc surface 2-4 outside the fan-shaped tooth socket is 5-6mm larger than the diameter of the cylindrical surface 3-4 on the upper part of the sealing head 3; the diameter of the cylindrical hole is 2-3 mm larger than the diameter of the excircle 3-3-1 of the fan-shaped tooth of the sealing head 3 by 5-6mm. The fan-shaped tooth socket 2-1 of the threaded compression ring 2 is 8-10mm wider than the fan-shaped tooth 3-3 of the sealing head 3.
The invention adopts a sealing head to seal the inner wall of a cylinder body of an ultrahigh pressure test container, and adopts an internal and external double sealing mode of a threaded pressure ring for the outer wall, and the specific operation steps are as follows:
the high-pressure test container barrel 1 is vertically fixed, the sealing surface 3-1 with the annular sealing groove of the sealing head 3 is arranged in an inner hole 1-1 of the high-pressure test container barrel, and the lifting ring screw 5 is screwed into the screw hole 3-5 at the upper end. And the threaded compression ring 2O is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the cylinder 1. The invention adopts an internal and external double sealing mode for the ultrahigh pressure test container barrel, and has the advantages of convenient disassembly, high installation efficiency, good sealing property and good repeated use effect.

Claims (6)

1.
